Sorry but I can’t be part of a system that bleeds you dry. Created a top tier account only to find that I’m on credits instead of flat rate. Along with a monthly fee. The voices aren’t as good as even ClipChamp. But that app has since gone. My name is Les, yet the voices say Lez. If I chance to a different voice (because of their mistake) I have to pay. Each change of voices (because of their inept software) I pay. Another words I’m paying for there mistake.) My wife’s name is Jorgie, yet this app calls her Jor-gee. The voices pause in odd uneven sentences. I changed the sliding bar for better quality and get the same poor performance. The hype was concise but you missed the target by far. If this were a one time fee, another words I bought the program then I would be happy. But no, not only a monthly fee but credits also. Wish their hype was as good as they say. There demos sound great. But in actuality, below par.

Hey so i just downloaded this app to generate voices (my first time downloading this app keep this in mind) when i tried generating a voice it said i have made too many accounts and was using a vpn?? I dont even own any vpn apps? Im very dissatisfied with this.

I am based in the United States and have been trying to create high-quality songs using the platform. While I appreciate the technology and the potential of AI-generated music, I have consistently encountered issues with pronunciation, vocal delivery, and accent quality.
The biggest challenge is that the generated vocals often default to a very strong and unnatural African accent, even when my prompts clearly request an American English vocal style. Many words are mispronounced, syllables are stressed incorrectly, and the overall delivery sounds unnatural and difficult to understand.
As a result, the songs do not sound professional enough for commercial use, social media campaigns, podcasts, or radio-quality productions. In many cases, the emotional tone and pronunciation do not match the lyrics that were provided.
Areas that need improvement:
• More accurate American English pronunciation and diction.
• Better control over accent selection and regional voice styles.
• Improved lyric interpretation so words are pronounced exactly as written.
• More natural vocal phrasing, rhythm, and breathing patterns.
• Stronger quality control for music vocals before generation is finalized.
• More options for users to choose specific singing accents and vocal characteristics.
• Better handling of multicultural names, locations, and international vocabulary.
The platform has tremendous potential and some of the best AI voice technology available today. However, the music generation feature still needs significant improvement in pronunciation accuracy and accent control to meet professional standards.
I believe many creators would benefit from clearer voice customization options and higher-quality vocal outputs that accurately reflect the style requested by the user.

This app is awful. I only have one account, and it’s saying I’m ‘using a VPN’ or I’m ‘using too many accounts’ and I’m not going by the rules. I fear this is an awful first impression of an app if it doesn’t even work. I’ve tried to work around it but this app is so money hungry that nothing works. No, I’m not paying 11 dollars just for the bare minimum. Why have a free part of the app when you can’t even use it? Please fix this, this is a terrible first impression of the app and I’m not bothered to pay you just to even have the app function.

I wouldn’t download this even if your job depended on it. It’s terrible. I wouldn’t leave such a bad review if customer service didn’t refuse to refund me the $60 I paid for the year even though I had it for 3 days. Completely useless.
DONT SIGN UP FROM APP STORE
This is so dumb. If you sign up through the App Store and you use all your credits then want to upgrade you have to cancel your apple subscription and wait for it to expire before you can upgrade on the website. If you blow through your credits like I did you have to wait weeks for the subscription to end and go through the hassle of submitting help tickets in order to upgrade to PRO/ API subscription. Save yourself the headache and just subscribe on the actual eleven labs website.

A pesar de que clone mi voz no tiene la naturalidad del sentimiento al leer un poema. La voz sale genial pero le faltan esas pausas al recitar.
One issue but 5 stars other than that…
I’d change my review soon to 5 stars if this gets fixed but I made on account, wrote words and it said I had too many accounts or I was abusing it but I only had that one account and now I can’t use it unless I’m forced to pay.
I do not like this app.
It’s actually kinda annoying of when I type “hi” it just bans me from using it. I tried multiple times already and it’s still not working. The app itself is good but the problem needs to be fixed. Even when I typed “hello” it still doesn’t even let me.
It was ok not the best.
It’s great but yet not so great. Randomly in the middle of the speech becomes robatics or changes accents to a New Zealand accent. It was very strange.
