Aggressive advertisement for paid users
While being a premium subscriber, I still get prompted to upgrade to the life time subscription at least once a day. This is really annoying and very intrusive to my flow because it pops up when I want to play something. Please fix this, as a paid user I shouldn’t be aggressively prompted to upgrade every day
Expensive and doesn’t provide everything they advertise
The commercials make it seem like it’s going to provide different types of noise played at the right frequency. The app has like one selection for four to five situations and the features are not impressive like the commercials say for 59.99. It couldn’t even work with my alarm correctly.

extremely expensive
Was really excited to try this app until it told me it was $120 a year or $70 a month for 3 months as the subscription options. That’s absolutely insane for an app. Would have loved to give you guys a try but that’s simply ridiculous, don’t waste you’re time downloading unless you’re cool with spending an arm and a leg.

They charge you $130 after the free trial period, whether you cancel or not, then they tell you can only request a refund through the App Store. But they charge your credit card directly, not through the App Store, so there is no receipt there which you could use to request a refund. And, like their soundscapes, their customer service is all AI, so it's impossible to get any help from them. Total scam.
Fraud
No customer service to contact. Contacting via email isn’t an option. It will not go through to customer service how convenient.

macOS Newest Version Sucks
The new UI update is a joke. I can no longer access and change the sound I want on the top bar, the icon at the top bar only has play & pause, also they won’t work. I gotta find the window in multiple windows, hit many buttons, and find the sound I like. This is so inconvenient.
Scam - charged me immediately for a year
Used for a couple days. Ok product but equally good stuff on YouTube for free. But then I realized they charged me $120 upfront even though it should have been a 7 day free trial then a charge. Having to go through Apple refund process, what a pain hope it works!

I’ve had Endel for over a year I like it enough I bought a lifetime membership but now one of the playlist is not working and I can’t get a hold of customer support. He keeps wanting me to verify my email. I’m very frustrated. Please help.
Bait and switch
Downloaded the app because of the music that was found on Instagram. It really helped listen to it . I download the app and the only thing on here is basically wind chimes, really wanted to hear what I was hearing on Instagram can’t find it not interested

This should be clear up front. I tried to cancel and couldn’t get out of the app. Cool concept but too expensive and prices not clear upfront.
Scam, taking advantage of people with ADHD
For an app marketed to people with ADHD it is incredibly manipulative to not have clear information about how to cancel the app and no notifications prior to charging over $100 for a year subscription. I tried to seek a refund and was denied. I do not want this app and I would like a refund

Hard to use
Everything takes 5 minutes to generate and then it just plays the same background effects. Repeats. Doesn’t really matter what ur in the mood for - it’s all the same. If the app was 3 bucks a month, maybe.

Nice music, but an obvious subscription trap. Almost nothing is labeled in an already cluttered UI, making unsubscribing a frustrating task. Not to mention the full price is ridiculously expensive.

App is interesting but phenomenally expensive. Plus some bug in the cancellation process left my account in a state where they billed me even after cancelling and uninstalling the app.
AI garbage
Sub par AI mixes of either spa music or low-fi cafe study music you can stream for free made by actual humans. Complete rip off. Ten minutes of listening at a time unless you get “premium”. Zero evidence to support any actual effect on ADHD. Besides that, no matter what I did, I couldn’t find the music that was advertised. I’m attempting to get a refund.
Premium Account tho not on desktop app
I have a premium subscription, but when I log into the desktop app my account appears as free and I am missing the premium features I should have access to. Everything works as expected on mobile, but I assumed the same access would carry over to the desktop app as well. Seems like it should so dunno what's wrong. Def makes me glad I didn't get the lifestime sub but also not sure I will renew my sub next year tho i love the service
No communication no refund
Did the 7 day free trial, went in to cancel it on the 7th day and saw they charged my bank account (which this should have been charged to my apple account) for $119. Left a handful of messages different ways to company…still no replies

False Advertisment
I seriously dislike these apps when they say it’s a free product. Free to download but you have to pay to use it before you know you like it or not is not free to me. Call it what it is… Subscription for life. Not free.

These guys flood social media with advertisements, but the truth is that this app doesn’t do much. It’s also not helpful for focusing, and the price point is stupidly high.
Poor Subscription Practices
Do not fall for the free 7-day trial. After it is over they charge an exorbitant amount for a year’s subscription without warning of the imminent charge. Once your card is charged there is virtually NO mechanism to stop the subscription AND get a refund. It sucks.
Seems like a cool idea however …
It costs $119 per year and, in my opinion, that is much too high. I hate the subscription model, and certainly won’t commit to $10 / month.
False advertising
I saw an ad for this app on Facebook and Instagram. It had an audio clip on it. That was absolutely incredible. I downloaded the app I subscribed, and that audio is nowhere on the app to be found. I bought the app specifically for that sound. And it is not on there. I would like my money back.

#1 worst thing, it told me 5$ per month subscription, not 60 YEARLY. I ended up disliking this app quite a bit as I still got ads and almost nothing interesting with premium..You are basically paying for sounds that you can find anywhere on the Internet for free with ease not to mention the options are very limited, considering that you’re paying money. For example, I was trying to do a mix of nighttime sound with just some rain and I couldn’t get that mix without it having to be a thunderstorm even though there was a rain option. Awful awful greed going on with the developers.

This app was recommended by a social media algorithm - I was intrigued and downloaded - never opened the app. My “free trial” ended with a $119 annual charge. Despicable and disgusting.

Thank god I don’t have Apple Pay set up. If you do a free trial it charges you through apple PAY not subscription. You cannot cancel it. Anyways I paid for 1 month because I could only use my Apple ID if I paid up front. NONE of the sounds advertised were on the app. I will be submitting a refund through the Apple Store. Waste of my time. False advertising.
App is a scam
There’s no way to cancel your free trial and then they charge you for the full year. They only let you cancel your subscription after the trial ended so there’s no way to prevent the annual charge. I reached out to customer service and got no response. Huge scam

They charge you even when you’ve cancelled during the trial period. The charges just show up and then to request a refund you have to go through a website that autogenerates a response that says you don’t qualify. You can’t contact anyone. Stay away.
