Forces play, no setting access
Ive been kinda playing for a couple days and when I went to log in today for credit, not feeling well, it forced me into a play session I was not up to. I couldnt do anything else, interact with the menu, exiting the song didnt help.
Since I couldnt do one simple log in, or edit accessibility settings while being forced through tutorial I wasnt expecting, I wont be investing time here. Shame, looked fun.

REMOVE THE ARROW NOTES
Look, the game is actually interesting, but the story could use a little more…. Everything. It’s just plain old boring, but that’s not what I’m coming here to complain about. I actually wanted to discuss the situation on the arrow notes. At least create a feature where it tells you which way to go because as someone with dyslexia and adhd as well as autism, I often forget which is right and left so either remove the notes entirely or remove them. You could use the one I had first suggested but It’s likely not going to happen so, would you kindly, please remove the arrow notes :) ❤️.

I love this game. I’ve been playing it consistently since it’s come out. I’ve seen many many update changes but this most recent one is absolutely horrendous. I hate how it looks, I hate the color, I hate the new font, I hate how bright it is. I genuinely might stop playing the game just because of how unbearable it is to look at. i’ve been a fan since 2017 of enstars, and i’m very disappointed with the way it’s going. the new UI is so ugly and it was way too early to introduce it - it makes no sense! we haven’t even had 4piece in global yet. very disappointed

Poor translations & censorship
Various translation issues ranging from typos to full mistranslations. The English translations are full of censorship that are not seen in the Japanese, Chinese or Korean servers. When players voice their concerns, they are ignored by support.
I feel slighted by the staff who fails to consider their playerbases’ concerns and by fellow community members who act as if these feelings are completely unfounded. I have loved this app since its debut, but it’s fallen far from where it once was. I hope that these issues are improved upon because I really have adored this game but these factors dissuade me from continuing to play.

This game seems like it'd be the main event at a fair where old racist men go to get gifts for their kids but they can't tell the difference between things with an anime artstyle so they buy merch for this for their grandson who likes Chainsaw Man

Big enstars fan for a few years now! Dedicated 2winkP I would call myself. However, there are a lot of things wrong. In this English server there have been many bugs including issues when spending real money. That is on the technical side. There have also been mistranslation issues, as well as seemingly intentional mistranslation such as referring to the only female character in the game (Arashi) with a masculine pronoun (refer to Polka Dots story) as well as usually avoiding pronouns with her altogether.
Not related to this server but instead the Japanese server: Ibuki should not be in AKATSUKI. #AKATSUKI3.
I will continue to appreciate the characters I have learned to love from a distance, but I do not support the game and especially not the developers.

I have never seen a game make such a bad decision that every fan from every country this game has released in is this angry. What is going on with the stories? Are there new writers? Is this game only trying to appeal to potential new fans and basically say bye to the years of story its built up? And then to use the voice actors as basic shields to not have to voice the criticism.. happy elements, don’t forget who gave you money and supported you all these years. What’s happening in this company?
