Ok here me out. They’re promoting their app on the store, by giving you a free game called 911 operator. But for some reason only Iphone and Ipad users in the EU can redeem the free game.
There is also a game made by the same devs called 112 operator, which is the number they use the EU. So you can’t get the game for free on IOS in the US, for the game set in the US. What?

All I can say is why? Why would you have a dedicated chat client that masquerades as a way to play your games on an iPad? Useless.

Problem with the login
The captcha stops me from logging in on an iPhone, trying to play rocket league sideswipe. The login don’t work for rocket league sideswipe because it’s the same problem with this app trying to verify that I am a bot or not stops me from logging in
Completely useless
Epic requires you to install this app before it will let you claim certain giveaways, but even after it’s installed, you still have to try to claim the game via browser, and in my experience, it doesn’t work anyway! I’ve been snubbed several giveaways through this and I feel cheated. The binding arbitration agreement they force you to agree with is draconian too. Do not install!

You advertise and giveaway games on mobile and this is my first time ever trying this I wasted my time setting everything up downloading the mobile app and my account and linking…. And I see no game library , can’t even see the games I’ve purchased and no way to access the mobile games. Why even have this app??

Didn’t send the six digit code to my gmail. Disappointing.
You see, I was trying to download some 3d models from sketchfab, and the log in option was epic games, I made a new account, and there, the six digit code where you have to go through gmail. The code didn’t send. AT. ALL. Just disappointing man..

Fix this
I am trying to log out of one account and log into another, but it won’t let me. I want to log into my other account, because I have a bunch of stuff on it. I press log out, and then go to log in, but then it automatically logs me into the wrong account. I then tried to go to manage account and log in there, but it wouldn’t let me. This is because it says to check my email for a code. However every time I do check my email and find the code, it looses all my progress, and makes me start all over again. I keep trying, but it just looses my progress every time. Please fix this NOW!

if i could give this zero stars i would but i cant so i will put one because it was asking for personal information that they dont need to know also they said my email was not a thing and deleted my rocket league account i have had for over 5 years horrable dont waste your time on this app.

I see on my pc that there is a fee mobile game each week if you use the app. So I downloaded this and all I see is chat messaging stuff. How the heck do you actually get the free epic mobile games on mobile?

I’m looking to change to a Samsung phone now as I can’t download something as simple as Fall Guys on my >$2000 device.
Mislead me so bad
First of all I had so much trouble logging in and it took be about 2 days to try and log in but then after all that trouble I finnaly logged in and there’s only chatting things insted of games and the worst part is it’s called epic games but there no games bro
Why Epic?
Epic games destroys everything it touches anyways so I don’t know what I was expecting, but this is truly a new low.
1. It tells me my email, which I use for other epic services, doesn’t exist.
2. It’s somehow managed to be less user friendly than the IRS, which is damn impressive.
3. The app doesn’t even work. Every time I log in, the app crashes and logs me out.
Also it for some reason won’t even let me post this review. I’m about to start my 14th try at posting this.

Claims to send you a verification code to your email but it never gets sent. No way to actually log into the app when it’s as faulty as it is.
Login is awful
Can’t login or link accounts without getting stopped by “404 error” or “we’re having trouble doing this” and I can’t do anything because nothing saves and everything keeps refreshing. Epic games sucks! And thanks to their new use of AI assistant who also can’t do its job I can’t speak to a real person to get help. Don’t recommend

Won't let you login, leave and come back and all the sudden you're logged in. epic serves are horrendous and need to be fixed. even the email for resetting my password couldn't be downloaded from the server. this app also took 5 minutes to download on my gigabit fiber internet. save your time

I got logged out my rocket league account and I forgot my email but they have the thing where you can find your email if you type in your ID I spent so long waiting for it to find my account and it never did so I made a whole new account to try to get onto rocket league finally after a hour I went into rocket league put the new email in and it’s still saying please enter the email address Epic Games….. epic I’m going to end it

It returns me to the login page every time I log in. It’s been like this for years but Epic never cared enough to fix it. I don’t think anyone has had a genuinely good experience with this app. And there are barely any features, it just redirects you to the web version half the time… then logs you out again.
