And everything is like $10+! Not to mention, you lose all of your items when the next season starts. I mean ALL. It's completely obnoxious. I'm grateful I didn't, but some people spend REAL MONEY on this game! What a scam! I love episode, but this is truly pathetic. They're destroying any value that their company had.
It not fun
I was curious i tried it but at first i was having fun until i need to buy some diamond to help me get an outfits. And the leveling up takes forever you have to buy something to help you grew I already spend $20 not worth it maybe in the future have more features and make the levels for characters go up easily instead of making it difficult
Why AI??
I was excited to see episode came out with something new after the same old same old for years. I was even more excited to see it was a fashion based game. I really liked the story and choices until I saw an AI character portrait. I couldn’t believe this company would use AI and once I saw it there i began to see it all over the game. I immediately deleted it and hope to see episode change all the AI with REAL ART.

This game is absolutely horrible and it’s ok at the same time (I put five stars so it would show up) it’s a pay to win game and everything is over priced for example I was on the second episode and I had to go to Dani’s birthday party and they offered me a deal of 3.99!!! Just for a swimsuit I’m only gonna wear one time, and then it’s only gonna give me a few items with it and even then because most kids parents are gonna say no,so when you go to the store to use your cards you basically can’t even get it and I think it’s because I turned down the deal,but even then…
SEASON TWO BETRAYAL
So much fun….. until you finish season 1. Once you start season 2, EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF CLOTHING YOU OWN is suddenly out of fashion and you’re back at square one. Immediately deleted it.
Pay to Play
I’m really getting tired of money hungry apps. I love games like this, episode used to be fun and relaxing to play and easy to do extras or watch ads to get rewards to continue to play. But now there’s no way of getting diamonds or anything by watching ads or playing mini games or anything, you either have to pay money to continue to play or wait hours to play 1 scene that lasts 30 seconds. There’s so much potential here for a good game. Giving it 1 star because it’s become a pay to play game, if there’s an update to where you can earn gems and stuff without paying money or making it easier to play for free then I’ll come back and give it more stars.

Forces you to buy stuff
I kid you not, the game is great but when you get to a certain point. For me I’m at episode 5 I think. It literally forces you to buy stuff like there’s no way for me to move forward freely so I’m just gonna delete the app which is a shame because it was starting off really good and interesting but I’m not going to be forced to pay $20 for gems and etc. on a mobile game. Just make the game playable for all it’s so weird.
Don’t waste your time
You can’t get anything from the stores without first getting gems. You only get 20 free gems a day and the required outfits cost 100 or 450. Really there’s no point in playing.
Scam
I paid for an event pass and outfit and never received the outfit. After contacting the company I was told they weren’t going to give me what I paid for, even after I provided proof of payment! Their customer service know nothing about the app, and I caught them telling multiple lies, promising me compensation they never delivered on. Play the game if you want but don’t buy anything. Also, this is the second review I left because Apple deleted my first one. Why is that Apple? Do you want your customers to get scammed?

This game pushes so hard to make you pay real life dollars that it’s hardly even enjoyable.
Overcharging
I wanted to buy 10 dollars worth of gems and was immediately charged for 47 dollars !? Don’t understand how this happens, would surely like a refund 😐
Pay to play
I can’t play without having to pay! The swimwear outfit needs to be complete and can not go on the yacht without the swimwear! Very frustrating, restarted 3 times!
Super fun until you need to buy hairstyles in order to play
I was having a great time until I unlocked the hairstyles, and then every event required a hairstyle, and there was no way to earn the badges to buy hairstyles without paying actual money for them
SO EXPENSIVE
When I first started playing this game, I LOVED it. It didn’t seem difficult to play and succeed w/o spending money, but I was quickly proven wrong. You have to spend so much money to continue leveling up.

For completionist players, it’s difficult to move forward knowing content has been permanently missed, and it takes away from the long-term satisfaction of collecting everything. I hope the developers consider adding a way to earn previous seasonal items or giving players clearer notice in the future.

It’s good but..
There’s parts where you’re required to either wait or pay to continue the story and that throws it off completely. I’m considering uninstalling because that’s real money hungry.
No warnings.
I finally completed season 1 and moved onto season 2. I saved up so many tokens for outfits to prepare, and not even a single warning saying that they’re just going to burn it all and start fresh? They didn’t even let me go back to spend all my tokens. Why? Why??? This is the first game that actively PUNISHES people for saving up for events. I used to spend money and play daily, but it’s killed everything. I didn’t even get to collect all the outfits. At this point I should just quit while I’m ahead, no? It’s such a slap in the face.
Good concept
But it’s a money pit! Firstly, why have ppl purchase gems/tickets to get new outfits, only for it to be based on random drawings. Sometimes you won’t get anything new, wasting the tickets and causing you to pay more money. No thanks. I spent way too much in two days trying to get somewhere in this game. Def have to delete.

building relationships through communication completely falls off in season 2 and the only way build relationships is gifts which take hours to refill, idk why the feature of building relationships through comm… disappeared but i really can’t play the episodes anymore, it’s awful and not as fun, as well as all of my season 1 clothes disappearing when i entered season 2 even if i paid real money to have them you can’t use them because they’re “out of season” lame
Stealing/Disappearing progress
I was almost at level 3, which i would’ve earned a decent prize, 3,500 thumbs up, then all of a sudden as soon as i level up, they put me back to level 1 for the press for anika. I know im not tripping because i still have the headband from level 2.
The game
I like the game it’s just you barely get any gems, things for outfits and money, you’ll have to spend a lot of real money to do more in the game, can you guys make it easier to play? And please let us dress up are character and pick our clothes like how we do on episodes, I get you guys take your time with the game and all but not everything needs to be paid with real money, just please make the game easier to play for us.
