First the vocabulary, probably gets from some context, the meaning of that words some of them only suitable for that context.
Second, the listening, some sentence does not pronounce some words, specifically the beginning word.

학습 섹션은 네개인데 즐겨찾기는 세개밖에 안되면 대체 무슨 의미가 있나요.
종류별로 매일 골고루 하는 입장에서는 업데이트 이전에 비해서 너무 불편합니다

Poor Customer Service Experience - Subscription Issues
I’ve been using this app individually and wanted to upgrade to a 2-person subscription plan to use it with my friend. However, I encountered significant issues with the subscription system and customer service.
When I contacted customer support regarding the subscription upgrade, I was extremely disappointed with their response. The customer service was:
• Slow to respond - It took way too long to get any reply
• Unhelpful - They provided only brief, generic responses that didn’t address my specific issue
• Unprofessional - The tone was unfriendly and dismissive
The representatives only gave short, robotic answers that were completely unhelpful in resolving my subscription problem. It felt like they weren’t even trying to understand or solve my issue.
For an app that charges subscription fees, the customer service quality is unacceptable. I expected much better support, especially when dealing with billing and subscription matters.
The app itself might be decent, but the poor customer service experience has left me very frustrated and considering switching to a different language learning platform.
Fix your customer service team - customers deserve better treatment, especially when we’re paying for your service.

Soy fiel usuario de la app simplemente me encanta todo, su diseño, el método de estudio, pero los anuncios están arruinando mi experiencia por favor piensen en sus usuarios porque es horrible al entrar a aprender tengas que ver un anuncio a los 5 ejercicios también por favor no lo tomen a mal pero me molesta mucho

No me deja terminar el tutorial de inicio
Muy buena aplicación pero lo único malo es que yo apenas melo instale y no e podido hacer ni una racha nomas por que cuando quiero escribir la respuesta me pone que me suscriba y yo no me quiero suscribir y cuando le pico ala equis y intento poner la respuesta me pone lo mismo por favor arreglen ese error por que literalmente me están obligando a pagar y no quiero pagar nada por favor arreglen eso :(
