Poor customer care
I searched the entire description and saw no trace of a paid membership. But I never even got it all the way opened and there it was. So I hope this saves you a little time and from having to deal with morons.

Great EQ, but has a new issue

$10 per month for EQ? I admit that it’s a good application. But paying monthly for listening to my own music? What if I am not using this app for a few months? It would cost me $30 or more for just having the app on My iPhone? Please remove the annoying pop up add message many people would rate 5 stars.

I wish they take. Away the pay thing because l thought l can play my music without paying but after you open the it says that l have to pay first like nobody wants to pay to use the app
Where is user folders????
Developers even don’t care about users. Spent a time to adding my folders via file management and when open app it’s shows me a chaotic list without any directory tree or sub folders. This shows a lot, especially how this software makers “cares” about customers. In every option it says BUY and BUY and BUY!!! For now this is a dummy moneysucker program.
Limited access to music and refund policy bogus
Most of music on Apple Music not allowed to be played so what is the point? The EQ is quite good, but fairly useless.
I meant to click trial period (thought I had), but no, so charged. Went through Apple, subscription shows charged, but refund site says I have No subscriptions eligible for refund. Bogus.

Cost
So it cost more since you need to buy the songs to even play/listen to the music. Then it cost 39$ for the trial.

I wanted to make my phone louder and it is not free, so I just did the free subscription but I deleted it five minutes later because it didn’t even work and now I have to wait a whole entire year to download any apps because it says I haven’t paid the subscription, but I haven’t ever even touched the app ridiculous and I’m not paying $40 for some app I haven’t even touched
Licensing
The EQ creates great sound, but it cannot be used for all songs through Apple because of licensing issues.

This app is 1star it does not have good song that Spotify has and is just to hard to use
Predatory Menu Selection
The app opens to an advert with touch ID that prompts you about their yearly subscription. The x to close the ad wasn't immediately present & I almost nearly paid for a subscription. Uninstalled promptly, I don't support apps that hide behind the cowardness of intentionally obtuse UI. Make a better app people actually want to buy, lamss.

LONG TIME AGO
I got this app a while ago when there was actually 2 version’s. A free version & the one you pay for all features unlocked version. After 6 years I come to download & look for Equalizer + Pro but didn’t find it so I downloaded this & “restore my purchases” & comes out as error. Honestly I’m not paying a subscription to listen to music on the cloud. I get we can’t listen on platforms like Apple Music & Spotify, etc etc… because of certain regulations but not being able to restore what I have previously purchase is absurd.
Although the frequency cuts are really good not enough to keep the app around especially if I have to pay now YEARLY.

Immplaying mucis on Pandora and i wanted more volume and more bass, but when i tried to use the equalizer it cuts off Pandora. Worthless to me. Pointless unless you already have music downloaded. I want to EQ any sound but this isnt that. False advertising and fake app that tried to charge for a subscription. Blatant SCAM if you ask me

I recently downloaded this and tried to boost some songs but any song I try to boost is blocked by copyright

You can’t play any song you want, it ALWAYS says “we can’t play this for copyright reasons” then don’t make the freaking app.

How am I supposed to actually bass boost my music if it won’t let me use the music I have on Apple Music and I need some instructions to make the music that I want able to play.

confusing to set up
whenever i downloaded the app on my iphone, i expected to play whatever but i was greeted to only one song and it was restricted because a “copyright” issues. can someone help me out on this?

IF ITS ME.. Ill gladly remove this review.. everything seemed promising.. except for 2 things,
1) using a Brand New and Expensive iPhone 12 Pro,, i was disappointed to see the equalizer, playing the graphics to the music IN BLACK & WHITE… feel like i went back in time to 1960
2) I make a lot of my own music videos and i was surprised i couldn't access ANY OF MY OWN VIDEOS I RECORDED on my iPhone Pro myself
Please let me know if i missed something and ill gladly update this, as IF it IS possible to do what i wanted, its not easily found & possibly WHY the color graphics SHOWN in APP STORE (to me) is MISLEADING because that is BASS ONLY & NOT Playng along with a real graphics display & AGAIN possibly WHY the App Store Add DOESN'T SHOW THE BLACK AND WHITE GRAPHICS DISPLAY..
i expected much better.. ill try again if i see updates as competition isnt much better atleast what ive seen so far..
