Expensive Rip off
Did the free trial found it not worth the cost of a subscription. Followed the directions but there is no way to cancel the auto renew at the end of the free trial. No response from company. May have to contest the charge

This application allows users to playback recorded video from the camera. As of the most recent update, the application started displaying an error, stating that my memory card was damaged and the footage could not be viewed. The card was removed and replaced, and the error is still displayed. It’s an extremely distasteful way of trying to get users to pay for cloud storage, and makes me want to trash the camera and application.

This is honestly crazy to me. They added ads to this app that show up as soon as you open it. I had to check my camera in a hurry because of what I thought was an emergency and was immediately greeted by an ad. Horrible horrible horrible. There should never be ads on an app like this for SECURITY AND SAFETY reasons.

One camera that worked fine with no problems only works
From 8pm to 8am now.
I’ve used a RF, EF meter to see if there was any interference in frequency during the day and evening hours. The meter gave me the same readings morning and evening. Customers service told me to move the camera closer to the router.
If the camera works perfectly during the evening hours
It should work perfectly fine during the day time hours.
So there’s no need to move the camera closer to the router.
With the new app update now you get these advertisements that you never did when you open the app.
My security system always sends me a warning notification that this is a risky website and blocks it.

Stop trying to scare users into buying a subscription
It has the basics, but it regularly makes false claims and even prevents you from using the software temporarily trying to make you choose an option for a subscription. This is really scummy.

If I could give it no stars I would. Battery does not last long at all. Then they start beeping at you like they want charged again. And you charge it and nothing happens. Then you have to delete the camera off of the app and try and set it back up again. Which does not work at all. Customer service on these damn cameras suck. Don’t buy them at all. They also keep sending me the same email about this you reply to it. Well you need the receipt so you can get a new one. And mine was when they were having problems with them they sent me a new one.““ And now it went to sh-.

Any button you touch, you’re getting an ad. Get an alert that someone is in front of your camera? Sorry, can’t see it immediately, you need to be served an ad telling you to upgrade to premium first. While setting up it had in bold letters that this is free to use and I wouldn’t be charged! What a scam! I had to enter a card to continue and again it said I would never be charged! Right away I received an alert from my bank asking if I made that purchase. NO! This company tried to charge me $34.95!!! When I googled them it says that’s a MONTHLY CHARGE! They tried more times and my bank stopped them all!!! I never got to use this camera at all!!!

Charged multiple times without receiving service
Very frustrating experience. I was charged $59.99 twice and $6.99 once, but the cloud storage never activated. The whole reason for the purchase was to access cloud recordings, which I never received. Customer service couldn’t fix the issue or offer any kind of refund or credit. Charging customers without providing the service is unacceptable.
Don’t pay for it
When you pay for it after a few days the app will log you out and say you never paid and tech support will say they can’t find you.
Scam app
This app charged me a fee to install cameras that you DON’T find out until after you pay the fee that cameras aren’t supported. I did Not get a refund.
Camera problems
Had this for 5+ years never work when you need it. Down to a 5 second video without $ upgrade. When it goes down will not buy again. To limited on what you record. Used to be at least 30 seconds now 5 seconds. Dissapointed

NOW, as of the last few months, between getting an app alert and being able to log in to the app and connect to our DVR, the stupid app puts not only what was already annoying and inserting a static ad in between, the stupid app now loads a VIDEO ad, with SOUND, relevant if you’re trying to look at your security cameras with an active intruder and your app makes a LOUD video sound from your phone, potentially giving away your position!), and THEN, if you accidentally miss the insanely tiny “x” icon to dismiss the commercial add and miss, THEN you get taken out of the app and sent to another ad in your browser.
THEN you have to back to the camera app and start over.
From receiving an alert to getting a live feed used to take a reasonable 8 seconds; NOW, with these stupid ads, it can take over 30 seconds or more to get yourself to a live feed from the time you receive an alert.

Constantly asking for location
I used this app for about a year, and never had to provide it with location access. There is zero reason to. Now, every time you click something, it asks you to enable location access. No, there is no reason this app needs my location constantly.
Constantly asking to turn on location
I've been using this app for many months for some cameras I bought. Everything has been working great until today. Now as soon as the app opens there is a popup saying I need to share my location. Why do you need my location? You don't. I just want to see my cameras. You don't need my location for that. If you try to close the popup it just comes back immediately. This app is now basically useless unless you share your location. Avoid buying cameras that use this software.
New update renders app useless for iPhone
The newest update has rendered the app useless as a constant pop up demanding my devices location continuously pops up every four seconds despite closing it out. I have had SO many issues with this app it’s just ridiculous at this point. STOP MESSING WITH THE APP.

To anyone who checks the app before buy a camera that uses this app its a great app most camera u are going to find that uses this app are great but the app has a very big flaw when viewing what has been stored on the camera u can’t set the play back speed meaning u can’t fast forward so if u want to view an event and don’t know exactly what second the incident happened good luck I mean u would think the person who made this app would be smart enough to know u need to be able to control the speed at Which u watching the stored video anyway the app has many more flaws but let’s not get into those. Really hope the developers see this review
No alerts
I received alerts at first now I’m not receiving any alerts from my camera with motion detection on. Can’t get in touch with customer service at all.
App has become unusable
The app has to be deleted and redownloaded 2X a month for me cuz it just won’t connect to my cameras
No no mejor pero pasable
Thief arrives, robs you, and leaves before the camera sends you a notification, before it lets you monitor the camera, super slow. Has a lot of good features but whats the point if security is lacking, it works, but sometimes, not all the time, and it will send you a ton of notifications for changes in sunlight but not for person movement
pay per view
“No subscription required” is a bit of a lie. After 2 months you will need to subscribe or “due to finacial issues” yoh endure ads. Your house is being broken into -on camera- and you have to wait through a 30 second ad to see the activity. And the playback is limited. And the company you bought the camera from is out of business and no longer supported. *thanks Amazon* but the same cameras and app are for sale under a new name. Better than nothing… sort of.
Works fine at home…
These cameras work great while at home, I can view them anytime. However, when I’m at work they hardly ever work! Always get “Network error, try again later”. Then it says they’re offline when I continue to try to view them. I’m connected to WiFi while at work, everything else on my phone works fine besides this app. What’s the point of cameras if I can’t view them from work??
Inefficient and hard to use
Twice, delivery people dropped stuff at the door next to this camera and it didn’t notice, but it immediately notified me when a bird flew up to the camera. It takes way to long to get to the screen that shows what the camera is seeing, making it near useless for real time scanning.
