How do the have the balls to charge anything for this garbage app? Save yourself the time and aggravation and just don’t download it.
No means No
For all the people giving 5 stars saying how great the camera is, this is a third party app to use with the cam. You are not reviewing the cam (which is great) You are supposed to be reviewing the app! Which is just an advertisement for cloud service. You can put in an SD micro card and select record continuously and still be bombarded with them trying to get you to pay for storage.

Where did the presets go? Also you never refunded my account for the year you over charged me !!!! NOT IMPRESSED

App crashes every time I open it!
Easy to set up. Camera is clear & works well. BUT…the app crashes every time I try to open it now. Worse it shuts my phone down! Set the camera up 3 days ago & it work well the first day. But it’s pretty worthless now if I can’t ever open the app! Plus the added annoyance of it restarting my phone every time the app crashes! Can’t contact anyone for support because I can’t open the app! Not happy!

Stay away! Does not work. Charges without authorization.
Not only did the app charge me for a subscription AFTER I cancelled the free trial, but no customer service reps respond to my numerous emails. AND the subscription service DO NOT WORK as advertised.

It was an OK app and now it is a terrible app. It has started forcing you to watch ads before you can view your cameras. I will be changing my cameras and app. Very disappointed!

This company will charge you even after you’ve cancelled your plan- and the joke is, the camera doesn’t even work when you are paying for a plan! buyer beware.

Used to have long videos now they want to charge for them and you get about 5 seconds of video. Caner goes bonkers at times, looses settings, says weak signal and are 15 feet from router. Not good at all
I mean I paid $37 for the camera
I really don’t expect much for such cheap garbage hardware, but it COULD be just a little better. This software is trash. For every true positive I got at least twenty false positives. And the inference time! Don’t get me started!

This app is ok. I don’t need the cloud service so I can’t speak to that functionality. Navigation is a bit clunky but you get used to it.
I’d give more stars but they recently put up a huge ad as you load the app. Awful experience. It takes a few seconds to load the “skip” button.
So if something is going on that I want to see right now I’ve got to wait for this ad to load so I can click by it. Just awful. I can deal with small banner ads at the bottom, but this is egregious.
Edit: down to 1 star ads at the beginning are getting longer. Can’t see what’s going on with the camera if I have to wait 10 seconds.

Advertising really
This is an app for my camera and I have to close advertising and click on different things to close all this advertising just to open my camera feed -ridiculous This app was once now it’s become unusable absolutely terrible would not recommend it.
App is almost Useless
When there is a movement notification and I click to go onto the app it only shows me what’s live and not the movement. When I go to playback the same. You literally cannot use the app for its purpose.
Pay to watch questionable ads?
All of the sudden, two days after my annual subscription renewal, I’m getting pop up ads of a questionable nature. Not happy at all and will not renew next year. Too bad they already got my money this year. We are shopping for different cameras due to this.
Expensive Rip off
Did the free trial found it not worth the cost of a subscription. Followed the directions but there is no way to cancel the auto renew at the end of the free trial. No response from company. May have to contest the charge

App Displays false SD card error messages to force users to pay for cloud storage.
This application allows users to playback recorded video from the camera. As of the most recent update, the application started displaying an error, stating that my memory card was damaged and the footage could not be viewed. The card was removed and replaced, and the error is still displayed. It’s an extremely distasteful way of trying to get users to pay for cloud storage, and makes me want to trash the camera and application.
Not a good system or app
This is a horrible app. Event setup does not work. It is not intuitive for use. The chat help desk will send incorrect and not pertinent youtube links. This app only is an ad delivery service.

You have defeated the whole purpose of surveillance cameras. Congratulations!!!

It lags more than anything if you move the camera to look around, it lags, if you try to talk on it, guess what? It lags. It says motion detection but half the time doesn’t record motion

KEEP CRASHING
I love the app and everything but it keeps on crashing everytime i'll open the app. It's annoying. Even if I clear cache it still crashes. Please fix that.

To anyone who checks the app before buy a camera that uses this app its a great app most camera u are going to find that uses this app are great but the app has a very big flaw when viewing what has been stored on the camera u can’t set the play back speed meaning u can’t fast forward so if u want to view an event and don’t know exactly what second the incident happened good luck I mean u would think the person who made this app would be smart enough to know u need to be able to control the speed at Which u watching the stored video anyway the app has many more flaws but let’s not get into those. Really hope the developers see this review
