Downloaded the app and paid for a number. After 2 days of the app not working. Was told that servers had been down due to hacking attack. A week later I was told service was still down but I could get refund. So I got refund, turned off auto pay, and cancelled account. Imagine my surprise when a month later I am charged again. So I message the support and they say they will refund again but a refund never comes because my account info can’t be found. So I have my bank cancel the charge for me and ask them to please delete my payment info from their system so I stop getting charged. They don’t respond and the next month I am charged again, have to have my bank cancel )again) and this time I have to freeze my card so they can’t continue charging me. Basically they don’t offer anything of use and take your money regardless. Find any other service or pay a little more for one that will actually work. Just don’t use this one.

This is a terrible company with no sense of contract. When I got the eSIM card, it was supposed to be an unlimited validity plan, but they unilaterally changed it to a 365-day validity without any notice, betraying long-time users and providing no compensation whatsoever

The operator of this app is a scam company. They've secretly changed the user's usage period. When I purchased the ESIM number they provided, they stated it was a one-time purchase for unlimited use, but they've now secretly altered the usage time. I hope Apple will remove this app from the App Store.

这个app在各种媒体上主推爱沙尼亚运营商的5.75元保号套餐，其实是流量套餐，并不能完整的接收验证码，作为流量套餐，事先没有任何地区的流量资费说明，在越南使用1Mb要0.1138欧元，换算Gb费用惊人，只用了三天就没有费用了。这些还不算，购买了三张卡，三个套餐，只是安装eSIM卡在手机上，就不能退款，坚称已经使用了不能退款。现在原手机换掉，把未使用的esim套餐转移新手机上，被通知只能安装一次，即使没用，也不能退款和更换手机，这简直是一次精妙诈骗，从引流用户进入app购买流量套餐到退款，被各种理由阻挡，介绍页面和资费通知却从来不会提前显示，想使用esim卡的尤其中国小伙伴，千万别上当！！！

I have 3 numbers on this app and I can no longer receive codes to login. Customer support can’t get to fix it which is very bad.

Absolutely unacceptable. I had two active numbers, and both of them suddenly stopped working without any warning. Customer support was completely useless - hours of messaging and they solved nothing. When I purchased the numbers, they were advertised as “permanently valid”, but in reality that is absolutely false. Once the numbers stop working, they simply tell you to buy new ones again instead of fixing the issue or taking responsibility.
This is not a service - it’s a continuous money-grabbing trap. They provide no real technical support, no solution, no compensation, and no accountability. If you expect reliability, do NOT waste your money here. Chat gpt, google, twitch - was not accept number, 15$ go useless, am sad. So if you need this services go find another way to get yourself a eSIM
Ghastly app
This is the most non functional and slimey app I have ever had this misfortune to purchase. Not a moment of smooth sailing or functionality after you pay them nearly $80. Not the ability to make one call or send one text. You get nothing. You contact the support robots but you will not be helped. You cannot even get a refund. I strongly suspect criminal behavior and hope I am successful wiping every bit of this shifty company from my phone. Surprised Apple allows the to trade on their platform. I will advise them of my experience.
Charged Twice and Refused Refund
I was charged twice, both payment went through. But I also gained access to one account, leading me to believe I only paid once. When I see the bank statement, I immediately contacted the support. After hours of communication, they were not willing to come up with a solution and refund at least one of the duplicate charges, even though I have clear bank statement that two charges were made, and with my existing account, they can find at least one payment on record.

Please do not fall for this fraudulent app. I downloaded the app, paid and even did my KYC, they never said it would require KYC, I did it anyways, only for them to tell me I cannot send text to USA?? Like seriously? So why then was it written on your app, they have Geo restrictions. I chatted with the customer service and they told me to get a refund from Apple. I tried that and Apple declined my refund. $10 wasted. Please do not use this app, do not purchase their products.

I downloaded this when I didn’t have a working phone in a foreign country and it was next to useless. I got a couple of calls out, but it never worked when I needed it to. It wouldn’t text to the us, either. The support said that was on the agreement but I never saw it. Waste of time and money.

Fraudulent, Faulty Product
Purchased two separate numbers, one in the UK and one in the US. All kinds of issues, including “This number does not exist in the United States” message from one provider and inability to receive calls on the UK number purchased, despite being “verified” with my current government ID, etc.
Vendor (eSIM Plus) is a joke, sells a faulty product, then tries to claim that the issues are “covered by their T&Cs.”

Я не смог востановить есим, и попросил обновить qr, на что они сослать : "не можем востановить". Некомпетентность тех поддержки, ну окей. Я то вначале ещё и деньги пополнил думая, что дело в их отсутствии. И как вы думаете вернули ли мне эти деньги? Нет, меня опять послали на три буквый. И к тому же даже не пытаются, что либо выяснять они тупо кидают в игнор. Когда нет желания помогать, они будут вас игнорировать. Тех поддержка там это просто люди такие же как мы с вами, не понимающие как решить ту или иную проблему. Бесполезный сервис. Да сим карта раньше работала все было круто, правда этот безлимит кушает очень много денег на уровне любой вашей сим карты из вашей страны с роуминговым тарифом. Но за то можно получить уникальный номер с другой страны. Все же я не советую пользоваться их услугами

I just moved to a new country and needed a phone number. This app sounded great at first but the directions they provide to activate did not work. Finally contacted customer service and was told they require identification, mailing address, and phone number. World not have purchased if this info was known ahead of time.
Message confirmation not working
Was sold to me that this would give me a working sms number to receive annoying confirmation texts, but didn’t work at all. Plus, since coins are purchased in app through Apple Pay and not through the App Store, there is no way to request a refund.

Not as advertised
I purchased a number through eSIM plus that said I could use it for both voice and text. However, after purchasing, I was unable to text without completing “additional verification” through the app’s support chat feature…which turned out to be an AI chatbot. Completely useless app as I downloaded it for texting. Waste of money, if I could give it zero stars I would.
