Terrible eSIM, does not work
I purchased the eSIM for my trip to Mexico, and I never once even received a bar of service from the plan. After going back and forth with customer service for DAYS. Literally 5 days and all they had to say was “this is not a normal case. We don’t know what to do.” They provided no help and said I would not be able to get a refund. This thing is a scam, strongly consider pretty much any other option when it comes to getting an eSIM. Hopefully you won’t get as screwed over as I was by these people.
Terrible customer service
My phone was not compatible with the eSIM and I requested a refund. It was not clear to check if my phone was compatible. Once I requested the refund the bot said it would connect me to a real human to request the refund but they never responded or said anything!
Auto renew without my knowledge
First of all, did not work great, but was able to use. Second, i bought a week pass, and it was setup without my permission or knowledge as auto renew. They keep trying to run my credit card.

Fraud
I have signed up for a 7 day use of eSIM. Now there is a subscription active charging my credit card every 7 days and there is no way to cancel or stop it. Support is not responsive. Apple please remove this app from App Store
Bad choice
I changed $18.00 for 2 weeks , but it worked only for 10 min. Bad business. 👎👎in Morocco.
Would not work on my iPhone 17 pro
I paid $9.99 for one week in Japan and couldn’t get my iPhone to recognize the eSIM. Maybe because it’s a new iPhone 17 pro. Wasted $10.

No matter what I did it didn’t work. There is no support available to help.

Don’t waste your money. It never activated for me and I just ended up feeling like I threw money away. I don’t recommend at all.

I got it for the week because I was in vacation for couple of days and canceled and the app still charging me even though..
eSIM Not Supported on My Device
Unfortunately, after paying for the service, I discovered that my prepaid Monthly cell phone plan with Verizon does not allow eSIM which happened when I tried to connect. Further, I learned that the iPhone SE is too old a model to use with eSIM which I didn’t learn until after payment of $30.
I have heard these services are great. Unfortunately mine was less so.
I would’ve loved to give a positive review with eSIM. I would prefer not to give a star rating at all / just given my circumstances as I wasn’t able to use the app at all. It looks like it would’ve been a great option.

Steals your money
I bought this for the sole purpose of being able to access my school work while on vacation. It says you can connect it to your phone number. It does not work. I spent over an hour troubleshooting because nowhere in the faq’s does it talk about this as well as their ai slop they use to answer questions doesn’t help me figure this out. I now cannot do either of my finals. Garbage app and garbage help
A rip off
I purchased eSIM so that I could travel to Ireland. It worked the first two days, then the third day it completely quit. Having to stop into restaurants to connect to Wi-Fi for directions was not ideal

Don’t even try
Support service it is useless, it is no way to contact a person directly. It is way more expensive than others. It din’t work for me; because during my trip I added more data, and when I change to a different city, inside the same country. All my additional data was gone. their useless support. answered; they will add 3 gb data without appearing in my app. and they will review what happened. my additional data was 5 gd. They stole my money
Can’t cancel subscription
I deleted this app before canceling the weekly subscription and am still being billed for a subscription I am not using. I would understand that this is my fault originally, but I have reached out to customer service/app support and have gotten no response at all. I’m currently being charged $10 a week for something I am not using and I can no longer cancel the subscription myself, as the app doesn’t retain the data when you download it again. Overall my issue is the lack of customer support when faced with a cancellation request.

I downloaded the app and paid for 15 days, but when I tried to install it on my iPhone, it said it was not compatible. I have an iPhone 14. I tried every possible way and it didn’t work. I hope they refund my money.
Ripoff
I downloaded this in Columbia and it doesn’t work there. Also I see I’ve been getting charged every two weeks $15.99 after I canceled.

App is ok, does the job with some slow connections. Though the app seems AI built even the support. Plans are expensive, there are better eSIM options

Worked great while I was in Japan but after I came and cancelled the subscription it keeps trying to charge me causing fraud alerts with my bank.

Fraud app that stills your money
This is a fraudulent app with which you have to be very careful - they activate your eSIM even before you enter the country, they automatically renew your sim subscription without your specific request for that even after you left the country. They sound similar to their competitor Yesim ,being in fact a miserable attempt to bite their solid marketshare
Very Expensive
It works but is a lil difficult to get working but it’s pretty expensive. You also don’t get reliable support since it’s just AI. I tried to switch my country’s but it wouldn’t respond to be. Do not recommend, go with something else
