I am extremely disappointed with this service. I have a valid subscription, yet I am unable to log in or activate my account. The QR code does not work, and even entering the activation code manually fails every time. This is very frustrating, especially when I have already paid for the subscription.
There seems to be a serious issue with the login and activation system. I expected a smooth experience, but instead I’m stuck without access to the service I paid for. Customer support needs to address this problem urgently and ensure subscribers can actually use what they’re paying for.

Not able to login
I have yearly subscription. When i try to login with my email id it says users doesn’t exist. If i try to signup it says email is already registered. I tried calling customer care multiple times. But its useless as they never respond in time
Fraud app
Be careful with the subscription. They don’t have a way to cancel the subscription before renewal. Only option is to stop auto pay from the bank/card. Too bad.
Shameful product quality
The app is full of bugs and shows inconsistent behavior throughout. I honestly did not expect such a poorly built product from ETV.
The overall experience feels unpolished and unreliable, which is extremely disappointing. This reflects very poorly on the quality standards of the development team. A much better job could and should have been done before releasing this to users.

I hate to watch ads during the movies being a subscriber.
I will never subscribe again, useless app and greedy management . First improve the content s by buying movies or series every weekend so that subscribers will get improved and you can generate revenue in right way. Otherwise you won’t get money

Best for playing ads
Always get hung while playing content .. extremely good playing ads when we reopen the same video but video gets hung every few seconds spoiling total experience. I am guessing, with new users app is not scaling . Not going to renew if this experience doesn’t improve
Replay the video from beginning and loop play after add
Too many times playing same add within 30 minutes time and the video play go in a loop from start to till the first add where it starts.

Too many ads
I paid for a subscription, and this app still feels like a joke. The ads are nonstop-showing up every few minutes like I’m using a free trial. The controls are a mess too. Hitting “skip intro” doesn’t skip anything; it just throws me into the next episode. It’s sloppy, annoying, and honestly feels like nobody bothered to test it. For a paid app, this level of frustration is ridiculous.
Too many very long ads with no skip option
When I subscribed, there were no ads included, and they added them later during my subscription. Customer support was useless. I don’t recommend this service.

I have premium plus subscription. Still I get too many ads. So many times raised a ticket for customer service. But no response.

This app is annoying every release or update has a bug, they get paid in USD but provide a 3rd grade service. Adds are way too long you can never skip, every time you pause and navigate from different app, there is an add playing. Don’t have an option to save favorites, cannot navigate from episode to the season list… it is never ending performance issue. Not worth to pay for this app.

I don’t understand how can you run an app without basic functionality working. If you can’t run an app in this digital age then just stick to TV. This is just basic functionality. This is a problem mentioned by other people you still running the app. Such a disgrace
Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the viewing experience. A 25-minute show is being interrupted by nearly 20 minutes of advertisements, which is unacceptable. If this is considered normal on your platform.
Horrible User Experience
I subscribe to a monthly plan but the app just wouldn’t reflect that I made the payment. Happened on 2 phones got charged twice for the subscription. I will not recommend it. Looks like a scam

I have purchased a yearly premium plus subscription through apple pay and it doesn’t reflect on the app. It asks me to subscribe again.

If there was an option to give minus rating, i would have given minus hundred it is so bad even after subscription cannot watch movie. Stupid the UI is so bad. response UI page showed the whole token, header, subscription id.

I am being continuously being logged out inspite of my subscription being active

Paid for annual subscription, after few weeks they cancel my account. I am now not able to login. It says user doesn’t exist. Hopeless service.
Worst App ever
Faced atleast 10 streaming issues for buffering and saw atleast 10 ads for a 30 min web series episode. Waste of subscription money.

It is so annoying as we are getting sonmany ads even though we have purchased premium account. Especially in the USA. It doesn’t make sense to get ads for paid account. I may not renew this next time.

Too many ads - interruptions even after subscribing
I understand that most OTT platforms have moved to paid models with ads, but interrupting musical programs before the song is completed is unacceptable-especially when viewers are paying for the service.
I started watching a movie, browsing between movies makes me watch a 30 sec app. If you want to follow other OTT strategies, please also use their advertising strategies as well. Very frustrating!!! I am not renewing subscription. Sorry not worth the time. Get better and reply, I will subscribe.

This has to be the most abominable app I’ve ever used.
I’ve paid $8 per month to avoid shady, unofficial websites-only to be bombarded with ads every 5 minutes on your platform. Honestly, if you’re wondering why your ratings are so low, start by looking at the user experience. It feels like the product managers and UX team never actually use the app themselves. This is not just disappointing-it’s frustrating, borderline exploitative, and a complete waste of both money and time.
Won’t login and no proper customer support
I paid over $60 for the service, but I’ve been unable to log in since. What’s worse is the lack of proper customer support. There’s no real-time help or chat option-only an email, and the response was simply a phone number to call during Indian office hours, which is highly inconvenient. For the amount charged, I expected a much smoother and more responsive support experience.

I signed up and paid yearly subscription. The app doesn’t allow me to login, says user doesn’t exist. It doesn’t allow me to sign up again, says the user already exists. It doesn’t allow me to reset my password, says the user doesn’t exist. Tried multiple times on different days still same response. At this point, I will report to Apple for refund.

Takes payments and the subscription is not working, this happens constantly. We pay through Apple Store and then the app works for a day the next time we try to login it says no active subscription. No tech support, no active channel to contact, absolutely fraudulent. Worst apple app experience.
Not able to watch on iOS app Apple phone
I’m unable to watch ETV Win app on my iPhone. This is happening for more than 3 months. Not sure how to reach out to Support to get it fixed.
Absolutely trash and fraudulent app
I would give -10 rating if given an option. When I tried to purchase the yearly subscription using a credit card the app showed a transaction failed error so I tried again using a different credit card and the same error showed up again. I then checked the subscription page and it showed that I have an active subscription and I was charged on both the cards. Basically double charged and they won’t refund me back saying they have a senseless “no refund” policy. Stay away from this app and ETV they are stealing our money. They are fraudsters. Having such a big reputation of owning so many group of companies and doing pure fraud. I assume that’s how they became billionaires, by cheating people.

Fraud
Unable to cancel my subscription, it is the worst app and it doesn’t work on my ROKU TV TOO.
Such a rip off and they wont give you refund not the enable your account after charging.
I wish I could give a 0⭐️rating. I have been charged 2 times for yearly subscription more than a week ago now and app still shows I do not have membership to watch. When I opened support ticket, they asked me to email them proof of the apple charges, which I shared with them. Then they emailed me a contact number to call them, I’ve been trying to reach out to that number and no one answers and the voice mail box is full. We can’t leave any VMs nor getting any response in fixing account or to give the refund.

Landscape view cuts screen aka zooms in automatically
The app is so horrible. When viewing any movie in landscape mode on IPad or tablet device, the screen zooms in automatically and cuts a portion of the screen, very poor viewing experience on tablets/mobile devices. Hope the developer sees this review and fixes it.

It’s really frustrating when the orientation of the screen does not work in the right order. I expected to get a full screen picture but it’s going back to thumbnail view. Weird app. No support being provided. No updates to fix these issues on constant basis. Waste of money.
Poor picture quality on Apple TV
This is for review on Apple TV app (not iPhone). On multiple complaints, finally the team released firmware update on November 26 which still has not fixed the picture quality issues. Still it’s poor. The settings while playing video has Auto, low, medium, HD and Full HD options. Selecting the HD /Full HD does not improve quality. 2 versions prior to this update, those options were perfect. It seems the team is not testing thoroughly on TV before releasing to public or testing on the phone. Phone screens are small on which quality is always good. They should test in TVs to understand the issue. Team should take the issue seriously to fix this.

I have 1200 MBPS internet speed, this app never loads, just keeps spinning , never connects to tv for screen cast. They hired unprofessional developers for this app, shame on them. This app is a total scam, I would give negetive 5 stars
