Fake Tickets Sold Event Brite
I purchased Chris Brown and Usher tickets for my brothers birthday and when we got to the venue that’s when I realized my tickets were fake. I would highly advise everyone to stop using Event Brite. From what I’ve heard they refuse to give refunds and they’re is no way to verify the seller is legit!!! The guy doing security said all the fake tickets he saw was from Event Brite and only Event Brite for today concert and every concert he has worked in the past. Very disappointing because of this situation!

Why do you allow World Cup match tickets to be created within your app? I lost $200 because of your app. Who is going to reimburse me?

Scam!!! They will not let you cancel your purchase.
They claim you can cancel 7 days before event. I purchased a ticket and then requested a cancellation over a month plus before the event and Eventbrite said no refunds. Unless the event has been rescheduled or delayed they will not refund your money. Avoid using Eventbrite at all costs. Go with a better ticket seller/app.
Be careful paying for events
I paid for an event, it was cancelled, with no notification, drove an hour for no reason. Host isn’t responding and because the host isn’t responding to my refund request, customer service won’t give me money back. Customer service is completely automated, such a bad experience.

I hate that it’s so hard to find things on event brite that you know are happening! Like it only lets me look in the area my profile is set for nothing in the surround areas!

It’s great and it sucks
The options are there but the tech is discounted. The app freezes and when I attempt to heart an event so that I can comeback to it….that depends on the mood of the app some days are great and others are frustrating. Also adding a live chat would be a crucial game changer.
Bought tickets, cant access them, doesnt work
Every time I click on my email receipt to view my tickets "Something went wrong" and a ufo. So I didnt get much for the 20 bucks i spent

This app has really gone south- I reloaded it because I have tickets to an event, but I sign in, doesn't recognize me, wants me to change my password ( no matter what I put in, it wants me to change it), then when I get frustrated, it lets me in under my password, tickets are not there, so I sign up for two more tickets, click go to my tickets, and it wants me to sign in and the whole thing starts again. Emailing me a link doesn't work either- no email comes.
This used to be IIITTT but updates changed it
I geuinely thought this was so it and going to take off I’d find events and even hosted one on the site. The newer ish updates last few years has made it lame and I’m honestly deviated. This app was SOOOOO COOL and perfect. RIP eventbrite what happened girl
