Giant scam App, and support is AI
I was having a lot of fun playing this app, until they changed from using Apple Pay for in app purchases to a third party, and then didn’t give me the things I paid for. When I contacted support to fix the issue, they continually tell me to ask Apple for the refund, even after I explained and sent pictures of the third party purchase system that they use in their own app. And they further refuse to make the issue right, I just wanted infame credit for what I bought, but I can’t get that either.

Terrible event shop ruining plinko because we earn terrible event shop tokens from it. Merge pass isnt even merging anymore it’s just spending energy and you can’t buy the better prize track with gems and no more extra animal packs from it. Game freezes and glitches all the time. Everything the players ask for they do the opposite. It’s just going to keep getting worse. Save yourself the time and the headache and download merge garden instead.
So many things not working!
Used to be a great game, which I’ve played since not long after it released. The original developers made a lot of improvements during the first few years. Now there are lots of pointless things in the game and things that don’t work. And in order to get the energy you need, you have to watch ads. At least half of them cause the game to crash. And for the past few weeks, since the last game update, my game randomly crashes. Update after several more weeks: problems still haven’t been fixed. However, the only reviews I see you post are the good ones, even though there are many of us that are becoming more and more frustrated. Another update - you keep asking me to rate the game but you haven’t fixed anything. Quit sending rating requests and focus on making the game work better and getting rid of the junk that has no purpose in the game. And maybe even post some of the negative reviews you get so people can honestly decide whether it’s really a game they want to get sucked into!

I dislike the fountain and the sub challenges. Bring back the merge challenge!!!!!!
Merge Pass
I preferred the old Merge Pass version more. This version just makes players constantly have to buy energy or spend more money. Why do you keep making things harder for players?

I was just waiting for the money grab by the new owners and it’s here with their “improvement” to Merge Pass. They ruined my favorite game boost. Ugh.

Since last update I cannot use my apple gift card to purchase in game store things . So I will be not buying or playing the game. No one is able to fix this or help me fix it. I have spent a lot of money. I really enjoy your game but now I have to say goodbye until someone fixes this.

Love the game but the offerwall is a complete scam!! You spend ridiculous amounts of time reaching milestones to not be rewarded once the reward is highest and get told after completing and collecting rewards you’ve violated terms of service but haven’t done anything e

Are you guys serious about taking hours to have ingredients mature? It already takes for ever to get enough wands to open new lands. Waiting hours for more ingredients has just totally spoiled this game which I have been playing for over a year and spending money on. Hope this is an error and will be corrected. New update causes me to rate a one which used to be a five. Disappointed Lady.

love this game but As the title says, after the last update my game won’t load past 94% and thus unplayable. And there’s no app update available for me to even try. Please fix or advise

Terrible multiply, WAY to many items to merge
Multiply don’t make any sense!! Should give extra bonus every merge but nope, you can have 11-12 together and have one slip out and no bonus and nothing happen! Customer support says they will look into it however after 2 weeks no response… there is also 7 categories of items to merge over 75 items to merge to complete the game the speed you get stuff and energy use it would take 5 years to complete unless you spent hundreds $$$$$
Eligibility requirements to report a problem?
I have been playing this game for years. I used to be able to send game requests for help due to problems that I was encountering. Now I no longer meet eligibility requirements to report a problem? This is absolutely ridiculous.
New owners suck
I’ve been playing this game since before Covid, spent an admittedly absurd amount of money, got to an amazingly high level, and now my accounts corrupted. Every time I reach out to support they automatically close my ticket and ignore me. I’ve tried everything and I’m so upset I can’t get the game back. I just wanted something to destress and get off social media again.
Update: submitted tickets in game and through link provided and neither are being responded too. I do deserve a better experience but whoever’s replying to the reviews is only doing so for show. The old developers were amazing, always replied quickly and were helpful. The new developers clearly don’t actually care because any ticket I’ve submitted in the last 3 months (and week) has been ignored.

Boring
It takes entirely too long to make any progress in this game. So long that you lose interest and it becomes very boring and monotonous.
Loading issue AGAIN!
My game won’t open, it just gives me a black screen and then closes. It’s really frustrating as I haven’t been able to claim my energy or play the timed event.

Purchases
I really like this game and it is the one I play the most. I’ve been playing this for at least a couple of years, but the recent change in the in app purchases has really been disappointing. They will no longer take Apple Pay which is the only way I will purchase anything. I refuse to give any app access to my credit/debit card because of hackers (and I have had my card hacked before thru an app). So now I won’t be playing as much unless this situation changes.
