Are you guys serious about taking hours to have ingredients mature? It already takes for ever to get enough wands to open new lands. Waiting hours for more ingredients has just totally spoiled this game which I have been playing for over a year and spending money on. Hope this is an error and will be corrected. New update causes me to rate a one which used to be a five. Disappointed Lady.

Terrible multiply, WAY to many items to merge
Multiply don’t make any sense!! Should give extra bonus every merge but nope, you can have 11-12 together and have one slip out and no bonus and nothing happen! Customer support says they will look into it however after 2 weeks no response… there is also 7 categories of items to merge over 75 items to merge to complete the game the speed you get stuff and energy use it would take 5 years to complete unless you spent hundreds $$$$$
Eligibility requirements to report a problem?
I have been playing this game for years. I used to be able to send game requests for help due to problems that I was encountering. Now I no longer meet eligibility requirements to report a problem? This is absolutely ridiculous.
New owners suck
I’ve been playing this game since before Covid, spent an admittedly absurd amount of money, got to an amazingly high level, and now my accounts corrupted. Every time I reach out to support they automatically close my ticket and ignore me. I’ve tried everything and I’m so upset I can’t get the game back. I just wanted something to destress and get off social media again.
Update: submitted tickets in game and through link provided and neither are being responded too. I do deserve a better experience but whoever’s replying to the reviews is only doing so for show. The old developers were amazing, always replied quickly and were helpful. The new developers clearly don’t actually care because any ticket I’ve submitted in the last 3 months (and week) has been ignored.

Update: I woke up one morning right after the new year and my very advanced game with only one castle left in 3 lands was reduced to one lane and only 2 castles. I sent a message to the company to resolve it. I have heard nothing. The game is stuck. Don’t know what happened but I cannot invest the time I did all over again. Fix it or I’m out.

It helped me start thinking strategically, again, in the game flowing over into my personal life. I have even enjoyed most of the improvements even to the recurring mini event games. My favorite is rewarding building with treats of $ and energy. The only thing I can complain about is the constant ! on the market when there is nothing to get. I think it’s to either encourage to buy or something. It is very annoying.
Otherwise, a wonderful game. Now I must go cause I see the floats passing by.

Pathetic money grabbers
I’m not 5 minutes into the game and in order for me to progress I have to either wait 3 hours or pay some amount of money to progress by clicking on a sugar tree? Yeah no. Take your corporate greed and shove it where the light don’t shine. Terrible game.

Not sure what happened on there update January 2026 but it undid at least a year of progress in the game ! I’m so frustrated!

Updates Glitch too much
I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and have been enjoying it. Until lately, the updates make the game glitchy. The customer service has since declined. The FaceBook links don’t work and haven’t for at least 2 months. The prizes from the events go missing, or the events stop working.
Ads
So many ads. After playing for years and happily watching ads for boosts, there are now forced ads randomly throughout the gameplay. I’m not sure why but they have slowly implemented forced ads to their members over the last couple years. Sometimes it gets to the point that I have to close the game because there are ads any time I click something. I used to love this game so much.

It made me restart EVERYTHING after i got to level 14
Game WAS fun
New update came back with random add pop ups. Going to a new location? Ad. Clicking an item? Ad. Never consistent and no new features to offset the annoyance. STILL waiting on older features like story time to come back. But no, let’s add in even more ads. I’m deleting the game.
