It’s a very very game with a slow burn on the map. Why is this game advertising this game or other games when these are just mini games.
Nothing like the add
Evony is your biggest waste of time and money. I played the game and while I met great people the game itself is completely different then the adds. When you start you are placed in a server with other players and you only have a couple of days to switch server, about 6 (which no one really tells you and which is unfair because you won’t know if you were placed in a server dominated by one massive clan that makes all the rules for that server - the strong rule the weak). The more you play the game, the stronger you get BUT you must be careful because if you are attacked while your shield is down you will loose all your progress. You can recover but you’ll have to burn through resources you have collected or pay to regain your status. Then if you get attacked again it’s the same thing, trust me, other players won’t care if you are in an emergency and can’t put a shield/bubble to protect your keep, especially during a server v server war, which happens every 2 weeks. Players from your own server will burn your keep in order to not give the other server points. Evony support SUCKS!!! They don’t care about helping you. For instance my server was merged with a server dominated by a big clan, we pleaded with support to move us but they never did. We proved to support the biggest player on the large clan was using bots to get stronger but they didn’t care. They said they were committed to stop cheating but in reality nothing was done. I had to watch how my friends were burned and their purple bases taken from them. Eventually we all left. I urge you not to play EVONY, it is the worst game ever and their support is even worst and their add is only 1% of the game.

Don’t even thing of playing this for the puzzles or the new shooting gallery monster charge game advertised. This company is a scary product of HK gangsters hiding under offshore tax shelters to appear like a legit company. That said, it’s highly addictive with a several year standard of play. Everything is plagiarized off of other games with only the smallest hint at inspired retooling. The game favors psychopaths and massive $100,000+ spending in game. You can farm and kill some monsters if you don’t pay, but then you will have to play several hours a day to get there and keep at a reasonable level. Several years ago, there was a chance to beat players in battle side game, but as your server progresses, they will add more coining opportunities that eventual make cleverness not enough to compete. What used to be an environment that fostered cooperation against rogue players and big spenders, eventually caves to predominately antisocial players who spend the most (very Qatari & Russian spread by middle or late game) and have the largest thirst for revenge.

If your not a big spender
Usually after one of there”updates “ something in the game stops working hence the need for another “update “, for me it seems to be the ability to purchase in game packages, or you do need theses if you want to upgrade your game,but there’s different levels of spending and this game caters to the big spender,this seems a bit petty but it’s been almost a week since I’ve been able to purchase anything, I’m not a big spender just the minimum basic monthly cards to keep the game moving,

the characters look way too underclothed and i feel like you could dress them better because its a 12 OLD GAMEEE!!!!! also the story is so bad and its pag to win and it feels like those ads that dont even look the same as it does in the ads and its horrible! FIX UR GAMEE!!!

BEWARE! Evony 5.27.1 unplayable on iPad
WARNING! Do not use! Constantly reboots making serious play impossible. I have tried to work with customer support. Weeks ago they claimed they were working to fix this recently introduced problem. The game is currently unplayable on my iPad and their recommendation is to use another mobile device! What BS! I’ve asked for a full refund of all $$ spent b/c they broke this and rendered it unusable for me.
Not appropriate for 13 year olds
The game itself is very slow and glitchy. There was also a ton of inappropriate sexual innuendos. Just based on the Cleopatra character this game should be for an older demographic.

Terrible Customer Service!
The gameplay is fun, but the bugs in the game are terrible, especially since when you pay to play. Customer service is THE WORST. If anything goes wrong, they won’t believe you and will accuse you of lying.
Stay away
The developers do nothing to protect users from hate speech profanity and a horrible environment. There are people stealing accounts and third party bots which make it impossible to play this game in a manor. Only the cheats can play and many wonder if the developers are the ones doing this to force players to pay for upgrades.
Trash and a scam
They load every server in the game with employees trying to drive players to spend more money. Plus the adds they push around are not even close to the actual game.

This game is horrible. Customer support is terrible. It takes forever for any issue to be resolved, if it is ever resolved. This game is tailored to people who are willing to spend money, lots of money, to play. If you don’t spend money it will take forever to get anywhere in the game.

This game is behind a pay wall, is nothing as advertised, A normal player is way too weak to actually have fun. You’re forced to put a bubble “force field” that you pay for so you’re not attacked and robbed while you’re sleeping. You’re also forced to join clans that for the most part suck any amount of fun out of this thing. They dictate what you can and can’t attack and etc. it’s like a damn job. Don’t let life get in your way. You can’t suspend your account. You’ll lose everything because you don’t put a bubble on to prevent marauders. This game is designed to take your money. You literally can’t get stronger without paying. Looking for special characters? Forget about it. It’s well designed for profit I’ll give them that. In this economy this game isn’t worth it. Play something else that doesn’t “force” you to do anything if you want to play. The lying on the adds are the tip off. The 5 star reviews are out right lying. Leave this game alone.

I played this and it really is the epitome of a game that focuses on engagement and does everything it can to keep eyes on it from the user. It is designed in such a way that really plays on the weaknesses of people who are more susceptible to addiction. It sucks you dry emotionally, socially and even financially if you decide to pay… and for what? nothing.

Not only does this game allow grown men to message you & ask for your age/location but you’re also not allowed to report these players until you upgrade your Keep to a certain level, they also don’t tell you what this level is! So you just have to keep playing & encountering pervs until the game decides you’re at a high enough level to report creeps. Game isn’t fun either.
Rip off!
Don’t play. Expensive & Glitchy game. What’s promised is not delivered. You will have to spend $500.00+ a months just to keep up and be average player.
Allows cheats of all kinds
They say you can only have one account. This is laughable,their are people with as many as 10 accounts. They allow Bots to be used, to run their farming accounts,and find bosses. This makes for a person wanting to enjoy the game frustrated. As if you try to play fair you are harrased,and sought out to zero your castle. I would recommend this game and company to no one. Nothing but greed in their eyes. Join at your own risk.

Only play F2P
I have played this game for over 7 years and never had a reason to contact customer service. I have spent (god knows how much) money on this game. I spend because I enjoy this game and I would give a 5 star but their terrible customer service that dismisses any wrongdoing on their part and deflects it on to me blaming me as the problem. I will stop spending money but the gaming experience is still as fun as it was 7 years ago.

App crashes after latest IOS update
I submitted a help ticket a week ago and all customer support did was tell me they’re aware of the problem and to wait for resolution. No timeline and game freezes and kicks me out every time. The way this plays now how do you expect people to play or even make purchases? Horrible support.

Customer service on this game is awful. By far the worst mobile game I’ve ever experienced. Definitely a pay to play game with paywalls for everything. Also, the marketing campaign is false advertising. My friend had their account hacked via facebook and evony did nothing to rectify the situation. Terrible company

This company has no integrity. A recent update made in-game items available and when people acquired said items, the items were taken away and those people were accused of violating the terms of service. Many players asked what part of TOS was violated and the company would never tell them. Stay away from this game. There are much better ways to spend your time.
