Very frustrating app
50% of the time when I open the app, it will not accept or recognize my bid. The app fails to read my watchlist. It also fails to read my win auctions. I’ve had to re-log in several times to “reset” the app, both to the app and eBay. If I hadn’t already paid for the service, I’d abandon it for something more reliable. Very disappointed!

While the old UI was rather ugly, it was much more efficient if you deal with dozens of auctions. This updates makes it impossible to manage even 5.
I’m one to look for competitors after so many years. Sigh…

After updating for the first time in years I thought that the portrait view only, while stupid, was something I could live with. It didn't take long to figure out that was the least of my concerns. Congrats on taking a great app and totally messing it up. Constantly disconnecting from eBay is a fun new feature as is hitting "add" over and over again to get the auction snipe to work. Missed out the first time I used that great feature. Too bad.

Buggy mess, pop up ads ruin bids
The pop up ads killed this app. The buggy infrastructure ruins basic operation as pop up ads don’t close and your bids disappear.

Waste of time. The app freezes preventing me from even registering, lame. Try Baytomat it’s working fine.

This app and bidnapper r the exact same app with a diff sites which is also the exact same and you have to subscribe uninstalled

I press the app, it looks like it’s trying to open but all I have is a white screen. Shame because I’ve used it online and it works great.

Very unreliable.
Missed five auctions even though I was the high bidder. For 4 days watched EBays items were not imported into this program, or they would be imported and then forgotten. No response from developer. I will NOT be renewing.
It is supposed to be “free”, but I got a bill as a condition of renewing for 30 more days. Unreliable garbage.

Unreliable
Been using the site for years. Decided to download the app which is utter garbage. You can only view it when you are connected through WiFi and not on LTE which defeats the whole purpose. Either fix this app so it works or try another sniper app.
Won’t launch.
Won’t launch, so useless. I’ve used the website for years with great success, but the website doesn’t load on my phone. Tried the app and all I get is a blank white screen. Uninstalled and reloaded multiple times, restarted my phone...nothing.

It does nothing. I open the app and it says loading forever and never goes away. It's not just the app, but their website too. Every time I try to log in, I get a timeout error. Use something else. Avoid this. They even charge to use it.

Bad Update, Bad!
The previous version, will not very slick looking, was super user-friendly and virtually bug-free. The new update, while sexy-looking, is absolutely filled with bugs, super-slow, and a real headache to use. I won’t be adding any new snipes after today and when my last snipe ends, I will be forced to shop for a new sniping app. It’s a shame because I have used this app since it’s inception.
Bring back the old app, and I’ll come back too.

Wouldn’t load
The program didn’t allow me last the login. I tied 3 different times. How can anyone trust an app to snipe bids if you can’t trust it to load right out of the box?
Poor customer service
Phone app is very buggy and will not work over LTE, only WiFi. Same with the actual website ... great when it actually works. I’ve notified them of these issues and I’m being told the problem is on my end and it’s resolved in their end ... but it’s not.
