Terrible Service: No Support Response After 15 Days!
Even after purchasing a one-year subscription, I am unable to access the recordings. I created a support ticket, but no one has responded. It has been 15 days, and I haven’t received a single reply.

Why the new cloud recording feature with subscription is added when we already have physical storage set up . With the new version it is a new way of making money. Wish there is an option to degrade the version. I can’t even view anything even after having stable internet connection. You developers have ruined the app and made it unusable

Loved the app so far but, the new version auto updated, and am no longer able to view the images and videos saved in the gallery. Please fix this, this app is worth 5 stars and will update the review after the fix.
Great until it stopped
I control my cameras from US. This new version needs me to be physically present in order to 'upgrade' my cameras.

Slow and cumbersome
Camera has good/clear picture although view is pretty limited but I knew about that when I bought.
Mounting needs a fair bit of pre-work to get orientation right. Easy to install.
App downloaded well but is not as intuitive to use. Hangs when view screen is maximized. App is slow on iOS.
