I have tried to cancel my subscription every which way, done charge backs, tried changing my payment method and filed fraud claims with my bank & with apple support and this app keeps charging me. Sometimes TWICE monthly. NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBE. This company should be reported, I am furious and have spent hours trying to prevent them from continuing to steal from me. Especially for someone with ADHD this is incredibly hard to manage and I’m sure that they know their demographic and seem happy to exploit. Don’t let these scum bags rob you, never ever ever EVER download this app unless you want to be giving them $40-$80 a month for the rest of your life.

DO NOT BUY. These positive comments are fake. This is the worst app I have ever had. Charged me $100 through three different transactions. I never picked to be a premium member it did it against my knowledge. It won’t let me deactivate my account and keeps charging me. I’m going to have to get a new card. You charged me $40 every two months when it said that my subscription was cancelled. You peddled self improvement and caring, and those things are good, but your company is run by profiteering money-grubbers. I have a horrible taste in my mouth, in case you can’t tell. Taking people’s hopes to improve their lives and trying to turn it into a $240 per year check for a repetitive app? I hope you find peace and start practicing what you preach. Have a nice day. Expensive and confusing signup
I signed up for the trial version. As I was clicking through what I assumed was the setup I inadvertently signed up for an additional 3 apps, or add-ons for $39/month each. I went to the website to cancel as soon as I realized and had to cancel each one individually, going back and logging in each time. I haven’t started using the app, this was enough to turn me off.

I thought this app would give me “boss up” vibe but It gives an “look what I did” when u complete a task it shows an animation which you cannot turn off,There is no reminder to do ur tasks or list either. I will stick to my timer and say planner

Subscription automatically starts without notice and in app graphics use fear tactics to encourage use. Not happy with this app and the methods to gain payments from vulnerable users.
Fraud - deceptive sign up practices
Signed up for a trial that was supposed to be $1.00, they charged my Apple account $39.99 two times after 2 weeks and I never even opened the app. They conveniently get you to subscribe through a website, so it doesn’t show as an active subscription in your Apple account settings. Therefore it’s difficult to realize their trial offer will continue to bill your Apple Pay account without prior notice. And forget about asking for a refund because they won’t give it.
Checklists
I’ve been able to crest checklists in the app, but I can’t figure out how to mark off items or show that I have completed a daily checklist. Checklists help keep me focused, but it’s important that I can see my progress by marking off items as they are completed. I also like to have lists for “tomorrow” as well as items to be completed “this week.”

They make it hard to cancel, they package a bunch of other apps in the price, I never used them when I cancelled fabulously the other app’s didn’t cancel and I was charged again. NOT WORTH IT!

Charging even though I canceled over a month ago
They’ve been repeatedly trying to charge my card even though I canceled before the free trial ended. Now I have to order a new card to get these vultures out of my account. Never have had this issue with any app before. Do not give them your card information you will regret it.

I got the app for free. And then it started charging my Apple account $39.99. I disputed it once and 2 months later I got charged again. I don’t know how to unsubscribe from it, because it doesn’t show on my subscription page and I am trying to do it through the app but it doesn’t show.

This app is loaded with flashing boxes you have to wait to click out of, can’t imagine how this is for productivity when it feels like a casino game. Worst part is they charge 39.99 A MONTH and it’s super weird how they trick you into paying it, currently disputing this charge - app is just a weird scam for you to click their subscription and pay a large fee. No way you need to pay $40 a month for a habit tracker.
Tried this 4 times
I have tried this app 4 or 5 tiles and it does not work. Its philosophy is strange and the little fairies and other fantasy elements do not enhance this as being a tru life tool. It is A LOT. It is not intuitive to use. The stated purpose and goals are things I really need help with. I was in my second attempt when they did the big overhaul. And nope. It did not help. I’m cannot recommend this app.
Really shady app
Horrible app that needs to be taken down for its really shady dealings in regards to the subscriptions you sign up for they make it to where if you keep clicking through the subscriptions page you would get charged multiple times and makes it extremely difficult to cancel

I’ve tried to cancel a million times and it won’t let me. It says I have but then continues to charge me hundreds of dollars. But my account says I have a free account. Totally unacceptable.

I agreed to pay the $16 and something for the 2 week trial. Then as I was paying for that, I agreed to $23 and something every two months. Then, when I try to begin to use the app, every single step was followed by a page asking me to pay again or to agree to $39 quarterly! I can’t even see if I like the damn app, because of every other page being about agreeing to pay!!!
Overcharging
It’s very difficult to cancel the subscription. It doesn’t appear in the App Store subscriptions, and even if you delete the app, you will still be charged. To cancel it, you have to find a way through the website yourself, which is very inconvenient and not obvious.

BS I have asked for a refund because I don’t use this app. Only tried it once. It was boring and wayyyyy too expensive. And they don’t respond when I asked to cancel. Then when they finally respond, it’s a total run around annoying scam. Just refund me for the 3 months equally about $150…. Enough is enough!!!

Scam on fees.
I trialed this and cancelled because of the price. But you keep billing my card $57 every two hours despite showing cancelled on your site. I believe you hoped I would not notice. Shameful. App is nicely visual but I can set an alarm for to do things myself.

This is clearly a fraudulent service. They double charge, repeatedly try to charge after termination, and then make up lies when confronted. Others have complained of the same thing. This app should be delisted.
Hard to Cancel
I cancelled my subscription awhile back only to discover I continued to be charged. That negates any good I may have gotten from using the app. VERY frustrating. Considering the needs of target audience, this app needs to have a MUCH more robust system for alerting users to upcoming renewals, costs, end of trials, etc. Of course, that’s only if they TRULY want to support the needs of their community - or just prey on them for money. (PS Thanks for telling me to ask for a refund and then rejecting the request. Reinforced my low opinion of the owners of the app.)
Charges on no premium subscription. Negative experience
I was charged hundreds of dollars without activating any subscription and under free app. I don’t see any active subscriptions under their help center, app or website, nor in my Apple Apps account. The team denied any requests to refund or understand the problem, and just kept expressing regret without giving any actionable steps to cancel the ‘free’ user app that I am being charged for.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

That being said, somehow I was signed up for 3 subscriptions and charged $39 for each one. I contacted them asking for a refund since I hadn’t touched the app (and I definitely didn’t want three subscriptions) and they refused to give it to me.

This app is a scam. It charged unexpected higher amounts repeatedly in the same day, put multiple paywalls up, had terrible customer support, and I am still unhappy about a lack of resolution after over a month. If the pricing was fair and the charging was honest rather than putting each section behind a paywall to try and take advantage of people desperate to do better in their lives it might be great but as it is it absolutely sucks.

I never write reviews. Until now. I guess I should consider myself lucky. After almost 2 decades as an iPhone user I have yet to be scammed by an app. Until now. Two “non-refundable start-up fees” totaling $20 written into the fine print of a “free trial” and now I have to start relentlessly researching yet another thing in my life. Continuously trying to charge my card after I cancelled my subscription, luckily my bank declines the charges. This is happening to many people, search their web reviews. To do this to people with ADHD is the absolute scummiest.
Very distracting for a focus app
Cancelled within minutes of joining. Received five emails from them in ten minutes. The app interrupts your focusing with constant pop ups for “premium” membership, to buy this or that book or add on, listen to some new agey piece of music or listen to some calming voice read random encouraging thoughts. Some windows wouldn’t close, so had to quit the app to restart it. Asked to restore my progress when I opened the app on a different device which takes up to TEN MINUTES, even though my only progress was drinking water in the morning. Then it didn’t even restore that progress, so I had to check off that I drank water AGAIN on the new device. All of this seemed like an incredible amount of distractions from getting anything useful done that I actually wanted to get done in the morning. If you are a person that actually has trouble focusing, none of this is helpful and is far more intrusive and distracting to accomplishing anything. Try something else.
Canceled but charged for months
Been charged since 09/25 for $90/mo even though I canceled before the free trial ended. Sometimes it says it’s in France and it’s a clothing store. It’s become so bad that I’ve had the Fraud Dept at my bank call me multiple times and I had to get a new card from my bank. Despite reaching out to the company for the app I’ve never heard back. The contact page on their website took forever to load as well and trying to submit a request was a big issue.
Tricky App
Just when you think you’re getting a free trial, your bank card notifies you this app is caging you for a full subscription. I may have accidentally hit subscribe, but it’s hard to know when you’re setting up the app and the account. It’s not a straightforward app at all. I don’t really recommend it for an assist at managing ADHD.

Tried the app because O was offered to “pay the price I was able” with no subscription as stated via the Instagram link. 10 days later the Fabulous App attempted to charge $39.99 to my account 9 times!!! I searched on the app and online and found nothing about paying $1 which is how I signed up! Only thing found was I’d be charge $39.99 thirty days after subscribing. The Fabulous App attempted to charge the $39.99 on day ten!!! Trying to cancel was extremely difficult and was continuously redirected from app to website to an info page eventually landing on a page where I could actually cancel the subscription. I was able to officially cancel and took a screenshot for proof. This afternoon I was charged another $39.99!!!! I had to contact my bank and they are now investigating. This app is a scam.

The process of actually getting to the screen where you can initiate Canceling your free trial was ridiculous. They make it difficult on purpose. I finally got to the screen. I needed to be on and I canceled my free trial. I canceled any type of membership whatsoever. They kept showing little pop-ups that ask if I’m sure and offering a discount. I just clicked continue to cancel.
Imagine my surprise whenever I get a notification from my bank tonight, a full 24 hours after I canceled, for $39.99. Then, they continued to attempt the charge again over and over 11 times. Thank God, my Bank realized that something was fishy.

Horrible Billing / Customer Service Experience
They continued billing me after I cancelled and I was charged for up for a “bundle service” that I never signed up for. Customer service was extremely unhelpful - could not explain what services I was being charged for and refused to refund me.
Took money from my card
Do not get this app, it will be very persistent in getting you to spend your money just for wanting to get help. It will use different ways to trick you into pressing a button that automatically subscribes you to a subscription and charges your card. It is a process to cancel your subscription and if you subscribed on the website it wont be under your apple subscriptions. I am upset and disappointed another self-help app was just another money grab.
