Confusing & Stressful
I’m going to cancel this after an hour. It just wasn’t for me. I think it’s supposed to be guided, but it feels convoluted and unpleasant.
Free trial
Scam. They charged me even though I cancelled my free trial.
I feel completely misled by this app.
During onboarding, I selected a 1 euro free trial, shortly afterwards I was charged 40 euros for 1:1 coaching that I neither wanted or knowingly agreed to purchase
I have already cancelled all subscription and contacted support requesting a refund but this experience has left me with a negative impression
What frustrates me the most is the use of hidden subscription, upsells or confusing billing practices that make people for services they don’t want or intended to buy. Transparency should be a priority especially when handling customers payment information
I will not recommend this app base on my experience and I will do everything within my power to get a refund for a service I have not used

It’s so sad that an app meant to help is hurting people
I signed up for Fabulous app and then couldn’t afford the 39.99. For some reason the app didn’t have a place for me to cancel. Some kind of error within my account. So the app declined a refund. I said okay there’s nothing I can do but stop charging me moving forward. Now months later, I have another fraudulent charge and I no longer even use the app. How is this helpful? My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow and my bank is saying I can’t have access to my card because they have to send a new one at this point. That will take a week. How is that helpful? How is this contributing to my wellbeing or mental health. This app used to be upstanding but now it’s just fraudulent. What you are doing is disgusting. With all life stressors, people don’t need another one. I suggest no one uses this app.
Ridiculous, offers of free trial buggy
The signup process is completely broken. I clicked through from IG, opened in browser, took the survey, got to the payment page and selected $1 for the trial. Tried to Apple Pay, which said it went through, but declined. Tried 4 times. Got email saying I had a 30 day free trial waiting for me. Clicked through from there, got to payment page again, same issue. Decided to download app directly. Did survey again, got to Another payment page, this time only giving me a one week trial. So now you’ve told me I have 30 days, then two weeks, now 1 week. And want another payment. Impossible to get started! I already spent 30 min on this.
Cancelled but charged me anyways!!
This app is a scam. I ended up with a $40 charge without ever using the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Scam
Somehow started to charge me despite me never opening the account, no record of the subscription in Apple (but charged through Apple Pay). I had to create an account just to cancel it.
Be careful
Update 2: I had to escalate by filing a fraud claim with a French group that helps consumers (The Fab is a French company). That was the only thing that worked to get a refund after they continued to charge me. I read online they are considered a predatory company. This type of thing apparently happens so often (cancellation followed by continuing to charge the customer then gaslighting and refusing to stop) that there are guides online for how to get out, which is how I knew about the French fraud protection group. From what I can tell, if you like the app, great (and I did not); if you don’t, buckle up and get ready for an adventure!
Original: There are a bunch of associated apps that apparently have separate charges that I downloaded just to check out, then I thought I cancelled my subscription but I guess I only cancelled some parts of it and a few days later got charged $39.99. To their credit, they voided the charge, but told me that I never cancelled my account. They make it really confusing because there are too many separate apps. I didn’t even like the main app because it was really inconsistent in terms of experience / vibe. Sometimes it seemed like it was for children, but the whole reason I tried it was because I thought it was going to be a science-based, more rigorous experience.
Update 1: they charged me $40 again and when I contacted customer service, they apologized but did not say they were refunding me.

Garbage App & Ppl Running it SCAM
Absolute trash app and people in charge of it. 3 months after doing everything to cancel subscription, they’re still attempting to charge me $39.99. 🤡
FRAUD, SNEAKY, SCAMMY
I see someone else in the reviews had the exact same experience as me. I signed up for a trial version but canceled my subscription within a couple of days. Double checked under Apple subscriptions, which indicated that it was now inactive. And then a week or 2 later, was charged 4 times on my credit card for a total of $150. My credit card blocked the 5th payment. I had to cancel my credit card and get a replacement. I reached out to Apple support and they could not see these charges on their end. App subscription charges should go through Apple which was not the case. I know they’re gonna reply here referring to their policies. But they’re just sneaky, scammy policies. For everyone who has had a similar experience, please report this app to Apple through “report a problem” to have it shut down. It’s looted people enough.
Preys on you feeling stuck and frustrated with your situation so you’ll spend more money.
This app comes with glowing reviews and recommendations from all sorts of “behavior scientists,” counselors, and lots of influencers as well. It’s insane though that they prey on you feeling bad about yourself so that you’ll spend more money on plans and apps. Of course it gives it to you free trials of everything. Once I get in I’m immediately overwhelmed with a ton of tasks and things I need to try and work on. In trying to cancel it because it’s information overload, I realize they planned to bill me over $100 in a few weeks. Absolute insanity and in no way helpful for someone that’s easily distracted and a professional procrastinator.
Unwieldy, frustrating waste of time
Horrifically restrictive UI and user experience, infuriating and slow animations, difficult to find any information or adjust settings, and app does not seem to verify email well or really have any functional integration with previous purchases, trials, or information from the non-app website.
SCAM. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Spam charged me 20 times after I cancelled the free trial. Luckily my card declined them all. This is a SCAM
Too buggy to use
Cannot get the first “mountain” to load. Force quit app and restarted phone but it keeps freezing.
Tricky.
Lost credibility when they said $1. And then asked a series of questions where you click to accept “free offers” and they sneak one in and it’s not free. Then you have to jump through hoops to cancel. And even their cancel page is deceptive. They have a cancel subscription button on top and is assumed you have cancelled them all. Nope. You have to go to each one and cancel. And it’s so tricky that the one that has a big charge…the cancel button is in slightly different location (and it seems) in hope that you’ll miss it. I dont care if you’re Harvard or Duke or Stanford…you have lost all credibility with your free this and that and sneaking in with charges and making cancelling tricky. Shameful!! I’ll find a different app or just use AI to design one for me.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
This is a predatory app simply created to fleece vulnerable people. BEWARE.
Subscription scam
Dude, you can’t get people sign up for expensive subscription with incomplete information. And then make it so hard to cancel. Because of the apps like you, everyone else on the app stores is suffering from ever tightening regulation.
STAY AWAY
This app is one big scam. I cancelled around the time my trial was over. Used the app once the day I signed up. Fully cancelled my subscription and DELETED MY ACCOUNT. They kept trying to charge me for weeks for an account I DELETED! Woke up this morning to a $40 charge. What am I being charged for if I have no active subscription or even have an account!? This is fraudulent activity that I will be reporting to my bank, Apple and the better business bureau. I’m reading countless reports of others experiencing the same and company refusing refunds. This is nothing but a money grab. Stay far away.
Predatory billing
This is basically a scam
Too much time spent on upselling
Filled out the form, opted to pay 10$ for two weeks. My first negative sign should have been AmEx contacting me for a fraud charge. Cleared the issue, downloaded the app, cannot get free of the constant attempts to upsell me. You want my money? Treat me decently in the trial phase. One of the things it asks about is drinking water, I told it I drink water all day. The first habit I’m to “build” is drinking three glasses of water a day… ??? What part of “already drink water all day” was difficult? I’m assuming that’s the start of the habit stack but a statement to that effect would improve the training. If I stay past two weeks I’ll re review but if the upsell attempts continue I’ll drop out early.
scam
if someone walked up to you and said “you can pay one dollar for this drink but i’m gonna charge your card 40$ secretly in a week.” you wouldn’t take that deal, so don’t waste your time with this app.
Too many prompts feels scammy
This app is so stupid. I will be canceling immediately. It takes forever to set up, does not save passwords, drags you through a billion prompts before you can get to any kind of setting menu and looks feels like a scam 0/10 do not recommend
Free is NOT FREE
It’s really ridiculous that I had to cancel my bank card and all of the inconveniences associated with that, because I attempted to use an app that was supposed to be “free.”
Time management? Well I guess I’ll be using my time to reconnect all my recurring expenses. I would have never tried this app if it hadn’t said “created at Duke University.” SMH.
Update: I understand the definition of cancel… I can screenshot the cancellation date. So I don’t need clarification on how my card was charged four times back to back a month later. Neither did BOA, which is why they notified me of the attempted fraud.

Can't cancel ❌
So I thought I canceled, I didn't it multiple times, went through the process, hit cancel even though it kept asking if I was sure multiple times, and the next day still tried to charge me!!
I had to call my bank to to get my bank to remove my card!!
NOT WORTH IT ❌❌

SO Hard to Cancel
I spent more time trying to figure out how to cancel starting with how to exit the app onboarding than ever trying to use the app! Very disappointing. Why create raving 1-⭐️🤬😤instead of ravings fans?
Let’s see how they handle the refund process. I’ll update review if they do the right thing…

WORST APP EVER
This is the worst app, I downloaded it and used the free trial to see if I would like it, 7 days before the free trial ended I decided to cancel my subscription, they still try to charge my card after I canceled 7 days before the free trial ended. It’s been 15 days and THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD!! This app is designed for you to forget you downloaded it so they can charge you and basically ROB YOU! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!
They stole my money
This app is a scam! They offer an option to pay a minimal amount to trial the app but then actually charged the full amount. It’s a scam and the app is not worth even looking into. For real, don’t waste your time and money on this. Take that $20 and put it to much better use.
Low Rating
No customer service easily accessible
Not Fabulous
“Fabulous” replied to an earlier comment regarding the DIFFICULTY of cancelling a not-signed-up-for subscription with a link to a website that won’t load. Thanks, Not Fabulous.
Scammy
Do not download this app. Full of bugs and scammy. Wastes time.

Never Signed Up
I never signed up for this and now it is impossible to cancel this.
Beware
Merchant is fraudulent and will try to charge you repeatedly even if you didn’t sign up. Stay away.
No no no
I thought I signed up for one thing and there are like six. I thought I canceled all of them the very next day but one of them is still trying to charge me! Trap!
kind of annoying and overcomplicated
i just want a free customizable habit tracker but just to see the app’s interface it made me click through stuff for 30 minutes and give it my email just to see the app doesn’t really look like the pictures, has an unnecessary number of tabs, and wants to force you to do things its way. also parts of it feel ai generated. and the replies they write to bad reviews definitely ARE ai generated considering they refer to the “user” in the third person like it’s a summary and not a response.
scam
what a great idea to hide the opportunity to unsubscribe and complicate this process so much, thanks for stealing the last money from my card
Can’t Cancel
Not worth the time nor the energy. Tried to cancel and they won’t let you cancel. Still try to charge my credit card even though I’ve canceled it, and I have appealed to Apple.
Cancelled in March
Luckily PayPal will not allow them to charge me $39.99 3 months later. I’d delete the app but I want to keep tabs on them to make sure they don’t try it again.
Hate it
Edit: I have cancelled my card; unsubscribed and they still charge me. HATE THIS APP $39.99 like 5 times and I unsubscribed earlier in the year; and deleted it! HATE this sooo much!
I’ve unsubscribed. Deleted the app. And they still charge me 39.99 like 3 times a month this is frustrating. Especially for someone with ADHd! 0 stars if I could

Notification Spam
Spams your notifications with no configurable options, unskippable animations on daily routines that are extremely annoying when you are in a rush, weird app structure where they try to push you into downloading and paying for more of their apps? It’s really weird, minimally helpful, not configurable at all, and expensive. With that price tag there should be polished, worthwhile software, not whatever this is.
Scammers - do not download
This company enrolls you in multiple subscriptions and even after you cancel they still will take money from account. I am now dealing with 19 different unauthorized $39.99 charges from them on my bank account all within the last 24 hours. You’ve been warned. DO NOT download, trial or waste your time with this app.
Terrible Customer Service
I cancelled the service in February and they will not stop trying to charge my Credit Card. The is no phone number to call and they will not respond to email. This is a very shady company
Price
It is just too expensive $40/month? Seriously
New graphics and push notifs off-putting and make me avoid
It feels like there hasnt been much new content added but we get this annoying little fairy type character, pouting on my lock screen when i dont complete habits. This makes me wish i could get my money back it is so not what i wanted! I loved the insights and wisdom, now its just gamified slop like every other app
SCAM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
This app is incredibly deceptive, requiring a “activation” link to start using the app, that tricks the user into opting in to a $39.99 subscription bimonthly. They make it unreasonably difficult to unsubscribe and delete your account, and offer no help for requesting refunds.
They claim you can request a refund from the Apple App Store, but the app is “not eligible” for one.
In the app itself, the user is constantly pressured to upgrade and buy extra add-ons. I did not agree to any of this. All I did was agree to the $1 download charge and click the “activate” link in an email, as is common for new accounts.
The fact that they bury text about future charges after a trial period in this “receipt” and activation email is manipulative and infuriating. This all happens with an app that is supposed to help busy people who feel overwhelmed.
I bought this app because it was listed as an “Editor’s Choice” and claimed to be award-winning and backed by rigorous research. IT IS A SCAM.

Auto charged without consent
I was charged without agreeing to a subscription.
0 out of 10, do not recommend
I downloaded this app to test it out. Paid $1 for the trial period that automatically subscribed me to the premium account. I decided I didn’t want to use it and deleted my account. But that doesn’t cancel the subscription. The process to cancel subscriptions and delete your account is so convoluted and predatory, especially for people with ADHD. I hope the developers always stub their toe on furniture, are trapped in traffic with chronic diarrhea and sneezing fits, and their homes plagued with promiscuous fruit flies.
DO not it’s a trap
You can try this app out for 2 dollars but within two weeks it will charge you 39.99 instead of 19.99 and furthermore I’ve cancelled it through my subscriptions and you have to go through a website to cancel it and even doing that I’m still getting charged.
SCAM WARNING
They use this to prey on people who have ADHD and won’t remember to cancel the subscription, so even if you just pay the 1$ and never even subscribe to premium they will charge you and getting off their pay list is so absolutely difficult.
