Facebook is no longer a pleasant platform. More than 60% of all the comments are hateful and disrespectful. There needs to be stronger consequences for people who are just awful and just spew hate, and bullying. It’s more toxic than instagram and TikTok PUT TOGETHER. And that’s saying a LOT. I’ve turned off my notifications for facebook and it’s honestly improved my life a LOT. Facebook as a whole should just be deleted from the App Store. Bring back vine and remove facebook. Stuck in a loop
I’ve verified who I am for hours but I doesn’t matter- you still insist on me verifying who I am more so and only through the app that I can not login to…. The entire purpose of this process is for me to learn and change my password. So how tf am I suppose to verify through the account I do not have access to?? I’m not the only one with this issue apparently… fix it

Facebook is awesome with analytics but when it comes to support they are garbage. Every time my account has had an issue ive been given conflicting reports or just no answer at all. Due to this its not reliable as a business tool. Its fun tho

I used Facebook mainly for selling local products, and it used to be a great platform for that. But over the past month or so, things have gotten really frustrating. AI systems seem to be randomly suspending Marketplace access or banning accounts without any clear reason.
There’s little to no explanation provided, and the support system is not helpful at all. It’s become very difficult to run a small business this way. Because of this, Facebook is no longer useful for me as a selling platform, which is disappointing considering how reliable it used to be.
I hope Facebook improves its system and provides better support and transparency for users who depend on Marketplace.

I received a message from an account called kill D that stated they wanted to kill Donald and all MAGA and Facebook says that is acceptable and not a violation of their rules. No wonder they are in so much trouble with congress and parents.

*update* minus another star. Issue below still not fixed. Plus, still cannot see date listed in marketplace anymore, and yet again can’t see the full title of a listing when you click to expand it.
Newest “update” claimed to fix reports, yet I’ve reported so many times that the Reels tab won’t go away or hide after I select “hide from tab bar”. It has stayed put, even after the update. It was off my tabs after I hid it months ago, now it suddenly reappeared a few weeks ago and won’t go away. Not cool.

Overrides my volume settings
Despite turning my phone volume down to zero, the Facebook clicks and dings are audible. No way to turn them off.
GIFs are gone
The last 4 updates have removed the gifs when adding a comment
