Why did you hide the clear display button!?? It was right on the screen and now I have to long press and then scroll. It was already easy and accessible. Stop fixing what’s not broken!!
Creator help
We literally paid $500 for the premium subscription to try and speak with a representative over issues with our monetization program and we STILL have not gotten it resolved. So they get 1* for being the most difficult platform to receive support and help from any actual human.
Meta has ruined Facebook
With the introduction of AI, Facebook has been entirely ruined. I have been filing reports for harassment for several days now to no avail. The new AI content ID system can’t handle the slightest of issues. Someone is pretending to be me and is posting inappropriate pictures of me without my consent, and the AI Facebook uses to regulate content can’t detect such obviously malicious behavior.

I have sent many reports to FB that I can’t post in all the groups I am a member of for almost two weeks. I can’t post only in my group that I own and Administer to. No response!! No one to talk to either. Nothing but. Glitches and no one to fix them.

Garbage
This app and company is garbage. They disabled and deleted my linked IG and Facebook accounts about two years ago that I’ve had for fifteen plus years at least. I tried making a new one to go on marketplace and it still has my information somehow even though it said it was gonna delete everything after a year. I even used a work email and it allowed me to make a profile but thirty seconds later it disabled it. I didn’t even upload a profile picture. For being a high praised company meta is pretty stupid. ALV with this company and this app.

Very disappointed with the support experience. My account was disabled, and I was unable to get clear answers or assistance through the available support channels. The lack of transparency and difficulty reaching a real person made an already stressful situation much worse.

The amount of right wing garbage on my feed is obnoxious. You block or ignore it and more takes its place. You can tell they bent the knee.

Is it worthless app all they do is take your app and your profile and your data they sell your information to crazy companies. They’re blackmailing people and they’re stealing all of their account accounts. Do not work with Facebook. Do not give them any money or handle them any business will be reporting them to the police ! 💯💯💯👍🏽

Very heavily pushes religious and conservative content while suppressing anything useful. I hate Facebook so much.
Permanently disabled
AI failure detection. They disabled my account of 16years without notice. They couldve just disabled it temporarily but didn’t. I trusted facebook and instagram for years. A lot of photos and memories were there even the last conversation with my late dad that has his voice messages. I think they want you to subscribe to meta in able to talk to their agent, they want you to pay and they just disabled random accounts for nothing!

Facebook deleted my account
Facebook deleted my account of over 20 years for no reason. I am not able to have it any longer because I got a notice saying I violated Facebook standards. No clue what that even means. I’ve operated my account like I have since I’ve started it. It’s complete bs all my family photos and everything are gone
Can’t use on other devices
Tried to log in on my other device and I can get a code that works. It keeps sending the same one over and over again or it just doesn’t send at all. I put in the right password and it said it’s wrong (when it’s not) and I can’t even change my password because I can’t even get a code to allows me to. It’s horrible, irritating, and makes the app like poor quality.

Needs revamped and better security
To be honest when I first downloaded this it worked pretty well and I wasn’t constantly bombarded with friends requests from fake account but now I don’t even get suggested friends from actual accounts with more then two posts and the only two post they have is of the profile pic and cover photo at the top of the wall and frankly I don’t even want to keep using Facebook because it’s overloaded with fake accounts that are only promoting someone else private links and explicit accounts that they black mail people into spending money on and it’s BS that it’s so easy to make that many fake profiles just to use people
