I was charged 10 dollars when I wanted to do the 3 day free trial. I ended up using it still but if you want multiple AI generated photos it will try and charge you more. Don’t waste your time on this terrible app!!

What the H happened.
Why did I download and open this app just to be greeted with a completely new application interface. The old version was PERFECT-desire filter was amazing, screenshottimg was a breeze, and its holistic being was everything you’d ever want. Why has the app turned completely anew and opposite of everything I used to love it for? Why is everything inaccurately produced by AI generation? Why would you renew what once was a completely perfect app I used to gatekeep because you could never top it. The old reviews are what keep people downloading this app but at this point, just remove all of them. It’s a completely different application, drastically different from its former glory. BRING IT BACK.
Worthless app
It says you get a free trial but it doesn’t actually let you do anything for the trial, it forces you to buy a subscription. Then with the subscription it gives you coins which allows for like 3 project creations which aren’t good creations. A complete waste!

They claim you can cancel. They say it’s posted but it’s NOT. I’ve looked everywhere. Don’t sign up for even the trial. It’s a nightmare. An EXPENSIVE ONE.

RUINED. The old version was perfect, now it‘s a cash grab.
This used to be my favorite app. The old FaceLab was perfect - free, simple, and had all the makeup filters I needed. I could just take a screenshot and be done.
But then you updated it, switched to “AI generation”, and completely destroyed everything.
Now there are NO normal filters left. Only horrible, ugly AI-generated makeup that looks nothing like real makeup. And even that is locked behind paid coins. You have to buy coins for every single thing. Nothing is free anymore.
I literally cannot use this app now. It’s completely different. You took away everything that worked and gave us a broken, cash-grab generator instead. Why would anyone like this?
And to make it worse - I‘ve seen many reports of unauthorized charges even after uninstalling the app.
Do better. Bring back the OLD FaceLab. No one asked for this AI garbage.

So I download this app try the free trial, I done one picture, ONE. To see what it would look like if I had a son then it wanted me to pay to do a second. While still using the free trial. Then I go to delete the account and end the trail so it doesn’t try and change me when the trail is up and you can’t find it. They don’t give you an option to delete or end your trail subscription or anything!!! Stupid.

I think if you pay for the subscription you should get the subscription and not keep having to upgrade every 3 seconds

Never captured or created what is shown in example videos. Each video comes out different or shorter than expected. Also, if you make a mistake you can’t cancel the progress.
