Most obnoxious ads ever
Ads are fine but this has multiple intrusive ads that are impossible to close. If you give me an ad and I want to buy the item I will do so, but making them impossible to close is a lousy marketing technique. I don’t need to be tricked into buying things. The app has some useful tools but who can stand to use it? Very annoying

SUPER FAKE and horrible customer service
They refused to refund me when it renewed after my trial which is honestly super messed up because I’m unemployed and don’t want to spend a YEARS worth on an app that is terrible. I rather FaceApp or Facetune. This thing is super AI-y and all The edits (templates ) look super fake and make you not look like yourself. For example I used the jaw feature - gave me a MAN jaw! And you can’t even make it softer!!! I’m mad since I paid a year and can’t even use it since it’s so bad

OVER CHARGED BY $25
What the? I just bought this to edit a self tape, and I got the free trial, and when I accepted the 7 day free trial, it immediately charged me $35!!!!! Also, you can only edit like 10 second long clips !!! Convinced the reviews are fake. Do NOT get this app

Undo the latest update (it’s trash)
Adding muscles is now extremely fake and stupid. Like, did you even try it before launching it? I don’t get how you would think it looks better now. Was a 5 stars before but now 1
New muscle update isn’t work for clothes
Please change the update for muscles, it was a lot easier when you can draw the section you want to muscle up. Now the function don’t take the clothes. Please go back to prev version!!!! Otherwise will cancel my subscription

Would not recommend this app
I would not recommend this app to anyone. When I initially downloaded the app I didn’t realize I was subscribing to two different subscriptions ( one weekly and one monthly?) doesn’t make sense but when I called that is how Apple explained it to me. I ended being charged twice and I explained that was done in error and they still denied my refund request. I haven’t even used the editing services in the app but they have terrible customer service. Find a better app.

Incredibly disappointing
I paid for the Pro version of this app and it is, without exaggeration, completely useless. The image generation is laughably bad-some of the worst AI imagery I’ve ever seen. The “edits” look like low-effort computer graphics from 2001, with zero realism, terrible lighting, and bizarre distortions that make photos objectively worse than the originals. Nothing about this app feels modern, intelligent, or even functional. It fails at the one thing it’s supposed to do. Charging money for this is embarrassing, and selling a Pro tier for something this broken borders on a scam. Absolute waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs.

I had ordered this app and realized it wasn’t the one I wanted seconds after getting it so I cancelled it. Since that time they have charged me twice for it. Once for 29.99 and once for 39.99. I never used it nor do I have it and it shows it was cancelled right away. I want my money back.

I bought this app a few years ago and paid the full price. They changed their terms and now I need to buy it again. Try not doing that to people that paid already and your new subscribers can the. Determine if they want to pay your fees. I don’t want to hear about how you changed your rules, I bought it and expect to keep it!

I downloaded this app for the free trial and instantly canceled it so I wasn’t charged. 7 days later I get charged for 2 weeks. Apple refused to refund me. I was scammed by this shady company. Do not trust them!
Free trial caution!
I have been an apple app user for decades with zero issues or complaints until now. I’ve never experienced this type of charge! The Facelab app said I would be notified when my free trial was up. I NEVER got a notification that my free trial was up and my credit card bill was charged for $49.21! I am waiting for a decision on my refund before I escalate.

I had success with this app when I first got it. 6 months later, it’s quit on me nearly every single time. I rarely get more than 3 clicks into an edit before the entire app shuts down. I completely regret getting a year long subscription.
Money problem
This app used to have a free trial but now they don’t even have a free trial I used to love this app until they started playing with the prices. Now to use it for the first time you have to pay $45. I think that’s ridiculous.
Please read before getting this app
Face lab is fine, but there are a few things that are annoying me there are 1 million adds and you have to pay for a bunch of the things on there that’s why I rated it. Two stars. I would not recommend this app. It also shame your body. Boo to whoever made this.💀😡🤬👎❌

Constantly Crashing
Every time I use this app it ends up freezing, crashing and then sending me back to my home screen which loses my progress on my edits, so I have to start over. This has happened MULTIPLE times on the photos that I am editing. So annoying!
Not as easy as gif shows
First, if the auto select of people isn’t correct, there’s no way to alter it to select the right person, or isolate people that overlap (as we often do in group photos). Next, I tried multiple different edit tools in the app, and most didn’t seem to change anything. Maybe I wasn’t using them right but that means it’s not very intuitive.
