Everything gone
What good does saving data to the cloud do if you can’t get it back out? App wasn’t letting me have any of the mocha updates or any new maps, etc., saved and deleted the app, reinstalled it and it was right back at the beginning. No option anywhere to download data from the cloud, so my nearly year of progress with the game is entirely gone. Just deleting the whole thing at this point because there is no point.

Five stars if you can fix it! I adore this game! It’s been redownloaded from different operating systems I love it so much. But since one of the last updates my cloud save won’t load past 70%. I’ve done all the tips and tricks, I’ve waited, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, which partially worked but went back to being stuck at 70% the moment I signed back in. This is a super bummer! I wish I could get it back to playable, especially during my favorite themed events

Can’t open the app
I loved this game and did spend some money on it, but eventually you run out of thing to do and I hope they add more soon. This isn’t the problem though. I can no longer open the app. My phone storage is fine, so that isn’t the issue. Whenever I open it, it gets to the loading screen then stops loading at 70% and freezes.
Love this game! But the bugs…
I agree with the summary review, but beware that you’ll not be able to access ur village for the next 4 months after playing for a couple days (;_;)
LET ME INNNN
I spent weeks building my gorgeous village just for it to no longer let me into my village. I consistently opened and closed the app in hopes of it finally wanting to load. After two days of that not working I decided to delete the game and redownload to see if it would then load and let me play. NOPE. It still won’t load past 70% and now I cannot play.

I’m not going to type it all out again, but I will say the game lost another star for me. Not only has it become redundant with the lack of items, maps, homes and things to do, but you guys are also stingy with the events. All the good stuff is for purchase and not free. I get you want people to pay for the game, but it hard to when you offer nothing good during the events for free. At least in the coffee shop one there was good stuff in both which made me want to spend money to get the things that were slightly better. The Christmas one has barely anything good. It’s mostly gems, and the little trinkets(red yarn, etc) that you don’t actually use for real. All the cute clothes and hair are for you to buy which sucks, because for months the same items have been cycled through many times in the shop. I have just about every clothing items, hair, eyes, etc! Please add more. I’m getting bored. We need more decore, wallpaper and roofs too. And more houses. I guess three months in and I’ve hit my limit on fairies too, because it’s been over a month with no new fairies being added to my village. Also please add more wings.
annoying tutorial
had to uninstall after trying to get through the tutorial. It was so long and grueling and forced me to spend coins and decorate my house ugly.
