Game is fun but there is a reoccurring bug where you find the mysterious stranger but when you click him and it offers more reward if you watch video the video never starts and you lose the while reward because you have to restart game. Happens constantly

I love this game. However getting a message that I’m not connected to the internet when trying to watch ad for free spin. How do you not want to make money off me watching an ad? Clearly connected to the darn internet.
The end of gaming
The tragedy of this product is you can see the bones of an actually fun game, but it’s covered with the greedy mobile “just fun enough to make people use microtransactions” trash.
I can think of a thousand fun things this game could be doing, but now that they’re doing “seasons” you can really see how un-fun it is.
There is legitimately some manager involved here telling people NOT to add things because it would give too much value.
It’s just sad they keep proving mobile isn’t “the future of gaming,” it’s the end.

Crashed when loading Vault! Nice…
A poor company can’t solve this problem for 10 years. And now the next shelter is broken again. The game just crashes when loading. 3,800 hours of levelling and developing the shelter, purchased season tickets and loot boxes simply disappear. Once again…
Love the game but
I love this game, but everytime I change phones I lose all my progress, and it’s so frustrating.
More Bethesda garbage
Just like any other Bethesda title, it’s looks great until you play it. Besides the endless and unrewarding grind, you get glitches that rob your time and zero accountability by not only Bethesda but by the platforms that allow their absolute SLOP. A class action lawsuit has been threatened multiple times against this company for always falling short of claimed results and screwing customers. iOS is apparently complicit in this crime against users.

Invincible enemy glitch
Got a glitch where the rat enemies wouldn’t die and ended up killing a whole room full of dwellers with guns. The rats ended up in other rooms and killed more dwellers. The rats never died. Never playing this game again.
Overpriced battle pass and ads for loot nowadays.
I played this game ages ago and loved it deeply but playing it nowadays you got a battle pass event that is way overpriced for so little. They’ve snuck ads into the game for extra rewards which never were a thing in the past.

Micro transactions make this game near impossible… I restarted vaults more times than I can count trying to get down the best strategy for longevity, but nothing was ever good enough. It wasn’t ever about resources or crafting, I could get those down like a science. It’s always that if you expanded so did the attacks. And if you can’t afford fancy weapons or resource maids or special characters, the attacks can wear you down in one strike taking out 15+ people. So far I’ve gotten to 73 players and I’m just exhausted with attacks that come in HARD . If only I could afford for all my vault dwellers to be equipped with a weapon that has 3x the typical damage found in the game. If only I could afford to revive 20/70 when a pack impossible feral ghouls raid. I want to play this game long term, but the CONSTANT and overwhelming attacks the more you level up, just makes it a chore. I’m deleting.

Then the game got weird and started CRASHING! Deleted the game again, shut down my iPad Pro, left it alone for a couple of hours then reloaded the game and tried to play. It CRASHED again! What’s wrong guys!! Fix this mess! Loved the game and was enjoying the New Experimental Vault experience but then chaos ensued !

I had leveled up my vault to a pretty decent amount and while attempting to go on a quest the game kicked me out. Every time I attempt to go back into that same vault it’ll freeze then proceed to kick me out of the app without me even touching the screen.

I recently started playing this game and quickly became obsessed with it. At first, I thought it was an amazing game and would play it for hours almost every day. I had a vault with around 40 people in it, but then a bunch of aliens attacked my vault, resulting in many people dying. I did not have enough caps to revive the dead bodies and only a few survivors. I tried to use the remaining survivors to earn more caps so I could revive the rest of my dead dwellers however, my attempts to rush whatever tasks they were doing resulted in a massive rad roach infestation that killed the rest of my dwellers in the vault. At this point, all of my dwellers were dead. I was hoping the game would send some people from the wasteland to help me recover my vault, but no one ever came. I don’t know what to do now. I have no people that I can use to earn caps to revive any of my dead dwellers and it doesn’t look like any new dwellers are going to come here from the wasteland anytime soon. I fear I may have no choice, but to start all over again from scratch with a new vault which means all the work I put into this vault is going to be completely lost. I really wish the game had safety measures in place so that I can still recover my vault even after everyone dies. The least they could do is send me some new people from the wasteland, or perhaps integrate a new hidden room into the game I could build that would allow me to put a few dwellers in there at a time so whenever there’s a raid not everyone ends up dying and I’d still have a few survivors. It would be like a hidden room so if anyone tries to raid the vault, they cannot find anyone who is inside that specific room because the entrance to the room is not obvious. It isn’t obvious that there’s a room on the other side of the wall. I also really don’t like the fact that the game makes it very hard to assign weapons to new dwellers or sell weapons or clothing or pets that I don’t need. If I have one guy with five guns, please tell me why I cannot easily give some of the guns he has to a dweller with no guns?

Fun, but….
The game itself is fun, just very buggy. I experienced constant issues. The main one was telling me i had no internet connection when i tried to watch ads for bonuses, which would be fine if all my other games weren’t working fine. (They all use an internet connection.)
This used to be a fun game
Used to be a really good free to play game, now you have to pay money if you want your vault to succeed. Ads are a big part of the game now and your vault still functions during ads so mysterious stranger can visit while you’re watching an ad and you completely miss out on the opportunity to catch him. Fun for maybe a few days and then if you don’t start putting money it just gets dull.
Not Proper Fallout
This “game” is made by reddit incel losers that have nothing better to do, and it is designed to waste your time and take your money. Save up money, do yourself a favor and either scroll on Youtube or Tiktok, eventually get a console or PC, and play a proper Fallout game like 3 or New Vegas or 4…. or even 1 or 2 is better than this trash. Ugly devs made this, do not endorse.
Survival mode
Survival mode is absolutely brutal and killed my experience of the game, every 15 seconds my vault is getting raided, I’m getting Mole rats, and my whole vault catches on a near infinite fire, waste of 5$, the difficulty of this is absolutely sadistic if you like playing baby factory for 10 hours just to watch 20 of your people die after using 40 stims, I can’t say I recommend survival mode until it’s rebalanced.

Great game but issues with special events
I have played this game for at least a year. I love the game. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because of issues with the special events vaults. The first one I played was this Christmas season for New Vegas. It was fun, but would keep crashing. I could only go maybe 10 to 15 minutes max in the special events vault before it would crash. When I played the regular vaults I was fine to play as long as I wanted without incident.
I just started playing the new event and it crashes faster. If I am lucky I can make 10 minutes but often it is shorter than that. Needing to constantly restart is epically frustrating. I tried to go to the game website for support from the link in the App Store but got warnings about an untrustworthy certificate.
You need to clean up the special event. I got a new iPad and the special event vault keeps crashing after like 10 minutes. I get no response from the company on the issues. Love the game. Hate the support!

Fix the Experimental Vault Crash!
My experimental vault started crashing the app with 12 hours left. I was almost to level 20 with 120 dwellers. Followed those instructions in the link the developer keeps responding to reviews with. Not going to create a Bethesda account in order to submit a ticket. Pretty sure all of these similar reviews (and posts in forums) for this same bug are enough to fix it. Thank you 🙏
Buyer Beware
While I love this game I have to warn buyers of the seasons passes to be careful. I would wait until about a week or two into the season passes before purchasing. If you have any problems /glitches at all, and you called Bethesda, they will tell you to either delete the get a new season pass if something glitches on their end and not yours. This happened to me on two of the three seasons. This last season I had to rebuy and was denied the refund. Forty dollars for one season. I’ve been playing since day one and will not buy another pass. So let them iron out there kinks and check sites like Reddit to see if it’s stable.
I'm addicted to this game but it's suck
I played for about six days and payed for season pass and the next day I lost everything. At first, I thought it will start a new vault every season but I found that it is common that people lost the save. I tried to recover whatever they say on the web; restart my phone and reload the game. And you know what when I reload the game again my new vault that I just saved is gone too! So stupid! Thinking about how I played this all day and night, put a lot of effort on it and suddenly it is gone bruh. Last thing, I like this game but it's waste my time if this will happen again in the future.
Good but overseer office missions have a problem
The game is great so far but after playing the seasonal experimental vaults my game crashed once I entered my first overseer mission, and now every-time I open the experimental vault it would load before crashing. I worry this will happen to my base vault once I have the overseer office too, hope an update soon will fix it.

Two days left in the current season and it crashes every time you try to open it. The regular shelters will open but not the season. SUCKS BIG TIME!! I wasted money and time on the season and now I can’t even play. I’m too scared to delete it all together and redownload bc I’ll loose everything I’ve paid for. Don’t waste your money.
