AI SLOP
The game is fine but I truly dislike that are your ads are clearly AI you would probably get more people playing your game if you actually hired somebody to make the ads for you whether that be an artist or just actors or something like that. Or just showed what your game is like. AI takes an extreme amount of water and electricity from the world in local communities I suggest doing research into it to see how much damage its doing.

The game is overly focused on money. Progress is intentionally slow and almost impossible without spending real money. Instead of improving gameplay details and making it enjoyable, the developers seem more interested in pushing purchases. It feels more like a money grab than a fun farming game.
Seniors be aware
This game will drain your check. The events are impossible to finish without paying. They will find a way after you purchase to make it even harder to finish so you would have to buy more packages. They don’t make their announcements clear enough for me to understand and I understand games and technology better than most my age. A lot of players don’t even know about the announcements and if they do there’s no steps to the events. You have to be in a Facebook group and those groups don’t really know everything it’s just other players helping each other. The support will not read what you actually say to them and only respond to what they think you’re saying. I know someone that’s 73 that plays this game and she spent her whole check on this game. It’s out of hand. Someone please start a suit against these people. They’re literally robbing seniors with nothing better to do.
Horrible customer service
The app glitched while I was on a game and took over half my RC. Reached out to customer service who blamed me and refused to do anything to help even though I never consented to them taking over 50 RC that I had spent months saving up. Do not play this game. They don’t care about customers and they will not fix errors they make. Will be filing complaints with other agencies. I hope this app gets taken off the store so no one else falls victim to their incompetence.

Customer Support Team does not help any customers who are not linked to Facebook, anyone using iOS and playing using Game Center does not get any help with in game issues they refer you to the Apple App Store for support but Apple support only helps with refunds and not game related issues or bug fixes. I say this because I used to get in game support but when I switched to Game Center I no longer received any help with my game related issues

I’ve been playing this game for years and I mean years. It has gotten boring because it’s the same thing over and over with same special events. Unfortunately, it’s time for me to delete the app and not play the game anymore.
Lost farm
I have played this game for over 5 years every single day and some how my farm got lost and I have tried to contact someone with this issue. I have not had any response. No one and I mean no one has tried to contact me. Don't get me wrong I love game and I have a lot of money and time invested in this game. You would think they would contact me.

I have the newest iPad and the game won’t update and I can’t play the game until it accepts the update. I hope you’re looking into this problem.

Suggestions: please do something other than these scavenger hunts they take way too long many powers and we don’t get decent rewards. The rewards in general are pathetic for the whole game. Bring back better tasks, these task the past 2-3 months are awful. What happened to the 200 cash reward for the mining, now it’s 100 cash and task ALOT OF MATERIAL!! What happened to the quest with boats-trains-planes work together to get rewards and we are competing against other players. Please we need to make this game fun again, my co-op is ready to bail on this game and they spend ALOT of real money

I’ve been playing the game for 12 years on and off . Had internet issues today and lost my farm. Contacted support and they want an arm and leg in information to recover my farm for me. I’m 73 and not computer savvy.My husband who passed last year always took care of my game problems. This is the only game I like and play. But now I guess I won’t be playing anymore. I’ve been playing your game for several years now. Not missing a day of signing in. I loved the game until recently…. It is becoming a money racket! I get on everyday and I try to do all the missions and have been really enjoying it, then came the $$$ Every new task requires, at some point, to need real cash to buy machines. I live on social security and don’t have big bucks, therefore I can’t buy these required machines. Can’t you make another option to buy these machines with coins? I have millions of coins. To get a lot of coins you gotta sell, sell, sell things it helps make friends through the game. This is all just an idea from a soon to be 70 year old lady that loves the idea of farming. Thank you for the chance to do so.

I have been playing my farm for 11 years. All of a sudden I cannot connect to Facebook to play it because I get a message that the app is inactive. My farm name is BettyBoopville and the ID number is DBSDZHU. I am on level 188.

I have been playing for a few years, and put a lot of $$$$ to this game, and I cannot link my farm to my fb in my iPad. I have many neighbors with the same problem. There is no acknowledgment of this problem from the developers.
I saw the message from support saying that they need to unlink the game from fb to be able to link the game to Game Center… the problem is that some of us have a farm with GC too. So, how can we recover our farm linked to fb if we have a second farm with GC ? 😡 If we cannot recover the farm, how can we recover all the $$$$ we already paid?

If you didn’t start playing since release of the game it’s so hard to get decorations. money in the game RC has a big inflation. Trees from 5RC now it’s 10RC, animals from 6RC to 15RC, collectible from 5RC to 9RC, Machines from 10RC to 16RC each. Missions need at 2 category to finish meaning at least 25 RC each month, but game don’t provide that much free RC for us. Beauty farm you need at least 10 decorations that are 10RC and up in order to win 4 RC and that’s IF you have 6000 votes. Mini games inside to win animals and decorations are also a divided if you wanna pay real money or not to have a chance to get but real hard to play or win. If you don’t plan on using money and want to have a nice fun mission to do just skip this. Treasure adventure is more like never ending adventure. No money no win. No time no win as if peoples don’t a life other than this game. Even if you have 48hrs a day you can’t complete it.

This was my favorite game until I started logging in and my plane was already at the sea resort with one visitor and I did not send it there. I was close to lvl sea resort to 8. I have asked for help many times and nothing has been done.

I love this game but I’m tired of it randomly forcing me to change scene when I never clicked on anything to do it. My pets also glitch out and won’t move to the customers. In order to fix the pets glitch I have to close and reopen the app.

This game is very similar to their old game called Townkins (which they sadly shut down due to “not viable” for them to not being able to keep the game up). But other than that the game is very confusing. I like concept of it yes, but it’s just hard to play considering there is so much stuff in it compared to Townkins. Townkins will also be the best farming game and all the people I still have in contact still talk about how much they miss it.
A fun game, but too pricey
They are insisting we buy expensive animals that are only used once. Fun though the game may be, many players will be lost due to the price. I am rapidly losing neighbors and buddies probably due to the cost of the game. I may delete the game soon.

Don’t waste your time
I have played this game for over 4 years - it just disappeared and will not open nor is it in the cloud where it is supposed to be! I loved the game but it’s support is non-existent. I had 34 million in coins, some RC bills and a full farm - all gone. Whatever you do, DON’T spend real money, eventually it’s a rip off!

I have played this game for several years and it is still my favorite game. But everything needs rc and I can’t afford it. This game needs to change. Rc should be given more for completing different things. More trees and machines should be bought with coins. This games needs to change or I am done playing
Too many items to understand how to use
I have been playing this game on and off for two years. I recently came back to play it but I really don’t understand how to use all of the items or how to obtain some of the items. This game is so influxes with so many items that it is so hard to comprehend. The produce should be able to be fertilized automatically without worrying about obtaining the water and fertilizer. The kitchen is ridiculously hard to obtain so many items to make only one dish. I am so confused and frustrated and I am an adult. Don’t refer me to the objectives of how to explore and use each item because it would take forever to get it all in my head while trying to play the game and expand at the same time. Just too many items in this game..just so confusing. Too many things going on at the same time. Like enough is enough already. Slow down ..install one new feature at a time. Mind boggling to say the least. Every farm produce needs fertilizer which should be able to be obtained without cost or just grow without it and farm it. Greed is the key here also.

I’ve been playing this game for over 8 years and still can’t get anywhere, everything cost rc or tc but when we level up how is it only giving 1 rc after all these years. And then it’s hard to get tc also. I had this game when most items and tress were below 10 rc now you want me to pay 700 tc for one tree , and y’all are stingy. Only giving 2000 dollars after completing a hard task . Can’t buy any trees or machines or parts because they cost rc but don’t want to give enough so we can afford it
Rude & Dismissive Customer Support
The customer service people claim that they have farm logs to show when there was a game error that caused you to lose progress and resources. However, they won’t help you unless you can recall the EXACT details in order to “verify” it with them. It makes no sense and they refuse to reimburse me
Good gameplay, questionable company
I really like this gameplay but i feel like it can be deceptive,its free to play but there are multiple times it requires you to have a resource where the only guaranteed way to get it is to use premium currency to buy an item that makes a resource. the game does not give you enough ways to earn RC without buying it, also items are really expensive like 12RC which would take forever to get without buying and basically halts your progress,
Also coming back as a old player, i have completely lost respect for this company and they are very clearly using AI instead of real artists for most in game assets, they don't disclose in game that they are, stealing from artists is scummy and that is how AI is trained. They are too cheap to pay for actual art and are going the scummy mega corp route. Do not give them money.

This game became way too expensive to continue to play so I’ve uninstalled it and it makes me sad to lose everything I worked so hard for

This game could be great, but real cash purchases for items are out of control! $9.99 - $14.99 for a hat for your pet! That’s crazy! Every decoration is $6.99 and up! Real cash! If you don’t buy their machines and decorations, you can’t get the rewards for the challenges! If you don’t win the beauty contest, the reward (that will be required later for another challenge) is gone forever! You never get a chance to own it! I have been playing for 6 years this month, but they have gotten so money hungry, I am considering stopping. If games charged a couple dollars for things, players would be more willing, but when you charge the price of a meal for a virtual decoration, that’s just nuts! I’ve loved the game, but I think I’m done supporting this greed. The support team said “we’ll take it into consideration”
