The amount of ads your hit with is ridiculous. Not just sometimes, every time you open you app you have to close out of ad windows. Would not recommend in its current version.

this app used to be rated higher in my opinion, but now they have changed it and now members can screenshot pictures of my baby which is the whole reason we have it, so that people can’t share his image without our us knowing so 1 star for them.
Family Album - several important drawbacks
1) Family album does not play well with my iPad. It constantly shifts from portrait to landscape orientation and back again. This behavior is in spite of the fact that I have the iPad view locked so it can't rotate. What is worse, I can't upload Photos from my iPad because the upload menu goes off the screen when it shifts.
2). The designers of the website are much more interested in selling products than making it easy to use the basic functionality of the site to upload pictures.
3). To use FamilyAlbum as a web based app from my windows PC I must get special permission from the App administrator, my daughter.. you have to buy premium in order to be allowed to upload photos from your computer.

Haven’t received my prints
I liked the app but it’s been 5 weeks and my photos are still not here and haven’t heard back from customer service at all.

I have downloaded this app after a suggestion from a friend of mine,
At first I thought it would save my photos and thought it was working very nice, but today i go back and check and i notice that a whole month worth kf memories are gone, other months have lost most of the medias that were saved. It’s truly horrible, all those memories are gone because of this app.

It won’t upload.
I’ve been a premium member for some time. It won’t upload videos over 1min
Meh
I used to really love this app! But for the last few months I have to try to reupload pictures and videos multiple times before it’s successful. 95% of the time the videos don’t even upload. Very frustrating
