Lost all history!
I loved this game and played hundreds of games. One day I opened the app and it was all gone! What can I do to get my history back??? ☹️
Game ruined
I love this game, but now you’ve taken away the ability to watch an ad to get a “free” spaceship or other power-ups. I paid for no ads, but I still voluntarily watched ads for power-ups. (I even bought one of your special modes because I got tired of waiting for new levels.) But no more. If you don’t restore the voluntary ads, you will lose me and my ad revenue. Because I will not pay the ridiculous prices you charge for power-ups that get used up too quickly, especially when you create levels that cannot be beaten without them. You’re only getting one star because I can’t submit this with no stars.
New levels?? WHEN???!!!
And I haven’t even mentioned the fact that once the level is completed that uses the playing cards, you’ve never added anything else to replace the unusable cards. And you want me to upgrade the stars?? Get real!! Give us new levels NOW, & be honest with us in regards to if you are running behind on updated levels, & I will…but not until the game goes back to how good it used to be; occasional free aids, new levels that are solvable without the aid of items, etc. UPDATE US HONESTLY!!!

Did the creators give up
Used to be fun played for maybe 5 years but each new level that opens are now the same over and over again. Not worth it anymore

Free power ups gone
Part of what I enjoyed about this game wasn’t just playing the game but also unwinding to just working on building up my power ups.
One day, I decided to buy a package and then all of a sudden all the free stuff just disappeared , so when all of my free power ups are gone, I will be too.

Too many ads
This game has way too many ads and it prompts you to buy features constantly often tricking you into purchases. You have to be very careful not to fall into their purchase traps
Last update made the game jam
I updated a few days ago and now when I play the “jungle “ feature and finish, I want to continue to play in “main mode” , but it either freezes or gets stuck on “loading….”and I cannot play in main mode any longer. I’ve tried everything I know but I can’t fix it. I’ve contacted appsyoulove twice and have received nothing from them. So frustrating! I may just have to completely delete this game which would be disappointing as I’ve enjoyed playing it!

No longer able to watch adds for boosters
The option to watch ads to get free cells and extended times has been removed. Now you have to pay to get a free cell or extended time. I absolutely love this game and have played it for years. But I will no longer play this if I have to pay to get boosters.

There is no customer service for this app, at least I never get an answer. Outdated and repetitive game. They just want your money.

Pretty typical lots of ads game. Pretty fun for a while. The thing that really bothers me is the scareware antivirus ads that pop up during game play now. Shame on you!!

Child accidentally subscribed. Subscription was cancelled. App continues to try and bill us even though the app was deleted and subscription canceled.

I enjoy the game but I’m tired of the random spam ads that randomly take me from the game to a spam webpage. I previously deleted the game because I got tired of this issue and I’m about to permanently delete the game due to this continued issue/bug.

Greedy and deceptive developers
Really enjoy this game but the devs are so greedy and have deceptive and misleading practices. Every time you complete a level you get the same 15 pop ups to buy this and buy that and some of them they hide the purchase behind a “claim” button like you’re claiming something for free when in reality you’re paying for it. There is no where that shows these cost money until it pops it up through Apple’s payment system.

I’ve enjoyed this game tremendously, playing several times a day for months! Only purchased minimally, but several times now I’ve encountered games that trick you to purchase. Unfair! I’ve finally decided I will quit and delete if they don’t respond to this. After purchasing they force you to use up the re-dos/ restart, which makes you need to purchase more because it is literally impossible and unfair. Also The only way to contact them is by downloading a mail app, instead of using your regular email or text.
Used to be a great game
I’ve managed to make it to level 5000. Got sent back to space mode where I discovered you took away the freebies for game assists by watching ads. That’s the end of this game. You got greedy that’s a shame it was a good time killer. I’m done playing it.
Impossible
This game cheats. It gives you puzzles that can’t possibly be solved without using any hints or help. You can get those by watching ADS or paying an exorbitant price. Also the prizes/awards you get for finishing levels or challenges is so MINIMAL! They just give you cards to fill “albums” and always so many repeat cards.
Cheap prizes and PUZZLES are also too hard to solve without watching ADS or buying the hints/help.

The levels are fun but I got stuck on the winter levels and I don’t know how to get out of them this would not be a problem if the levels weren’t this hard
Loved the older version so much!
I loved playing this game, one of the perks was no stupid life limit like other games. Now it’s just like any of the other match games, and the pop-up ads while actually playing the level are so distracting. Not a fan, miss the older version!

I got to level 89 and the game froze up both times. Please fix!
Cards are not a reward for faithful players
I collected all my cards months ago. Please add more sets or quit giving them as a prize. I currently have 44 wild cards. That’s a lot of challenges I’ve played and received nothing in exchange. And when you click on the card tab, you are forced to watch as it awards every new wild card. There’s no way to skip it or get out of it. There’s an err on the developer.
Keep reusing old levels, but hike the cost for the rooms
Went for a round 100 stars to finish an area out of nowhere it’s over 200. And I keep seeing g the same levels as before just the animals in different spots.

The last couple of weeks, some ad for virus blocker keeps interrupting my game. It stops my game in mid play and opens up an internet page. Very frustrating!
Prizes for card packs don’t get rewarded
I am awaiting 15 “+” for my stall so I can add an additional animal if needed. I completed 2 card packs and was supposed to get 15 in total but got 0. It’s a bug or a glitch or pure trickery. Disappointing. I wrote to Appsulove twice and still no response or resolution.
Could be a lot better
Seems like a fun premise, but the ads ruin it. Too many ads between levels and pop ups to purchase in-game junk. There are reminders about watch your Time but I’ve yet to see a timer clock. Plus you collect boosters which I’ve also yet to see available. Very laggy overall. Will be deleting.
Beware of Ads
Love this game but the ads are getting ridiculous. They literally are 5 minutes long first starts at about 90 seconds then they flip thru do many others being minimum of 30 seconds. Disgusting and frustrating!
Hints are annoying
I love the puzzle, but the constant hints when I am trying to think about my next move are incredibly annoying. I deleted the game because of them. When I play a puzzle game I want to figure it out myself! Let me decide if I want a hint!
