Wanting to delete your game to start over? Well it won’t be easy.
I don’t know games make it so hard for it to happen. If it is hard for to delete my game to start over it makes me want to delete the game and not play at all.
Reportedly this will take at least a week to do. Will more than likely not wait a week and find other games to play.
I also agree with the other complaints about the mini games. I am not going to play them. So let me opt out. Let me skip being forced to go through the tutorials for them when I know I won’t play them. Let me skip going through the thermals for everything.

Eventually, I got help from OTHER PLAYERS even though the forum has been closed. Yes I still play because of the long term friendships from playing 15 years but if we all could move to another game together, WE ALL WOULD GO!!

They accuse people of cheating.
They had a seahorse race where you could use keys to get extra points. I used keys that I have been saving (for the 4 years I’ve been playing this game) and it flagged me saying I was manipulating the game!!! WTH and they refused to look into it for me. So disappointed in their support team. All they respond is their copy and paste responses. I tried to ask them to look into it. Now they refuse to answer any email that pertains to it. So don’t waste your time. I have played this game since it first started!! I saved up every diamonds I ever got. Once I reached 10,000 after 7 yrs they flagged me again ACCUSING ME OF MANIPULATING THE GAME!! I can’t believe I gave it a second chance and the same. Stuff happened. They won’t look in to it. Soooooo DISAPPOINTED 1/22/2025 still the same copy and paste emails from support. Very poor zygna support and will not try to help fix the problem. Only copy and paste comments. 2nd Review
I have been playing for years, and it's becoming more stressful every day. In the tournament, I can be in the top three, check scores, and others are so far behind me. How is it even possible that after I come back after a couple of hours, I'm at number 9?? For someone to pass me with hundreds of thousands of points, they would have to be cheating or up all night and all day. I don't get it!!

Pls FIX THIS GAME
I have once again deleted this app off my phone because it is so frustrating and annoying. They have mini games within the game and I don’t think I should be forced to play these mini games if I don’t want to. Give me an option to opt out. This game has gone down for so long and I don’t think they check it or update it because it is so horrible now. 0/10

Every time the game updates it doesn’t cross across between iOS and Windows so it delays my advancement in the game sometimes I’m tempted not to play it at all

My beach club encountered an issue we have never seen before. I still haven’t even gotten an apology, let alone an explanation. And forget about any restitution for their blunder. That won’t happen. I’m done.
Update Glitch
Since the recent update, I have been unable to receive the bonuses associated with winning the cruise ship event. Additionally, the Global and Buddies Club Buy Goods section does not appear to be functioning properly.
The area often fails to load, requiring me to repeatedly exit and re-enter before any items appear. Even when items do load, they are consistently marked as "Sold Out."
Could you please investigate these issues and provide a resolution? Thank you for your assistance.

Lost of earned rewards
I have played many years worked hard to get to the highest level. I do all cruises, craft items to the amount required daily, assist my teammates . BUT after earning the puppies that give extra help they are taken away an I was told I am demoted. Unsure after all these years if I will continue with this game, becoming to frustrated with it. This game is rigged
Other teams allowed to cheat, if you play fair, you lose. Played side game and did not get my 100 diamonds WASTED MY TIME got gypped, rigged - have been playing for years I GiVE UP

Years gone
I had years put into this game and it has been frozen for weeks, I saved my data on my device and to unfreeze it I had to redownload it. I was level 70 and now it's all gone and I have to start over all because it was frozen and not downloading the new content.
Cheaters and scammers
I’ve been playing this game for several years. The game was a lot of fun when I first started playing; but the higher I got in levels the cheaters and scammers started to get worse and worse. For example how can someone have over a million points in the weekly tournaments when only doing 15 - 20 crafts per day and very minimal activity on the other stuff (ie…cruise ship, helicopter helps…etc). It’s not fun anymore when you do things the right way and see that someone has to cheat to win. I’m close to the point of just deleting the game all together if things don’t change. Very frustrating.

I am unable to load years and years of game play. It will not load my saved progress through my Facebook when I login. Forcing me to play from scratch. Because of this, I am unable to provide my game ID BECAUSE I CAN’T access it any longer.

support - not being able to use the group chat
On the last update, they made a change and I was no longer able to send group chats. They put me thought different things to do which none worked. Then, they started all over again with the same things today all over again. Then I finally get a person who stated I needed to get a new IPad in order for me to be able to use the Chat. My IPad is only 2 1/2 years. It is not that old. I am not about to spend 1,000 for a new IPad just to play a game. Since I started playing the game, I have had issues, lots of times they help you with them right away, other times they put you through the wringer trying to get the issue corrected and make it should like it is you issue and no an issue with the game.
Who it concerns
I can’t access my chat group, the icon is grey and should be teal colored. I can’t do the cruise or any other online task.

I’ve reported this issue twice now with no resolution. I also cannot access cruise ships . This use to be a fun game.
Game bugs and Doesn’t allow sync
I loved this game until I purchased a new device and discovered the Game doesn’t allow you to connect to old islands that you’ve gained achievements in. You must start over from level one even after having played for years. Game also doesn’t allow sync to cloud or Game Center. It constantly says update to sync when there aren’t any available updates. Sad I can no longer play unless starting over.

Ive been trying to play this game for over a year now. I already have an account and when the game opens everything is there but it does not let me move screen or tap anything. Deleting and reinstalling does nothing, booting my phone does nothing. I really dislike that i worked so hard and actually liked this game but it will not let me .

Game would be okay if it didn’t keep losing harvested pineapples, wheat, etc. I just harvested 18 plots of pineapples and none are showing in my inventory. This is constant and not a one off. Contact me by the end of the week with a solution and I will change my rating. If not, I play elsewhere.

So after years of playing this game I started noticing that when I would buy gold bars all this sudden the amount of build items would go up essentially making it that I would have to buy more gold so I started taking screenshots and reached out to support yet they sent nothing back through email so I had no idea how no idea what to do finally I found the messages they responded with in my Game Center but by that time they closed the ticket saying their developers found no issues. This is lies as I have screenshots of everything. Which I’m more than happy to show to a lawyer as this is considered fraud with that being said I hope the developers are reading this and reach out before I reach out to a lawyer. Be aware especially if you purchase items and screenshots everything.

Can’t use them. The message when I try to use boosts is I’ve used 20 so I must wait until tomorrow. Yesterday I used maybe 3 or 4. Today I couldn’t use any. I must wait approximately 7 more hours to be able to use boosts. Thanks

It keeps telling me I need a newer version of the game that it needs to be updated. I go to the App Store and there is no update available couple other issues, but I will not go into them here. update it has now been seven days and I am still having the same issue with not being able to sync my game to my iPad because it says I need to update a DLC version of my game is showing updated.
Glitches first cruise ship now boosts
Had nothing but issues, can’t use boosts at all for 4 days now. Keeps saying I’ve activated them all and they’ll be available tomorrow but they aren’t. I have the unicorn and can’t us it all all. About done with this game. Not fun anymore

For a very long time when loading the game, it freezes up on 36% once again I deleted it and downloaded it again this time it came up with, need updated to sync hasn’t done it so I went to do a review and it set update now it’s doing the same thing you are lucky you don’t work for me. Not saving progress.
Played game for a few years now and now when I log on I have to start back where I started before. It’s not saving my progress and it shows I have made items but I can not collect them. Very frustrating because this game used to be fun. Hope this gets fixed because I would hate to delete game.

Stuck on Level 13
You level up to Level 14 and the game is stuck. I have deleted and redownloaded 3 times.
Cheaters
If you like competing against cheaters, this is your game. This game used to be fun. Cheaters have ruined it. Only way to win certain events is to cheat so if you figure out how to cheat let me know so I can win again.
