i try multiple time to get the access in the app.i send OTP mulitiple but its show limit acceced over try again.

Very poor app
Very poor app, not able login and pair my Fastrack smart watch. It’s very frustrating, while entering my mobile number it’s always throws error ‘something went wrong’.
Not running with iOS
I'm using a fasttrack watch with my iPhone (XS Max, iOS 17.3), but I couldn’t open or connect on this app for a single time. While I tried to open this app, it just forced to shut down. I don't find any solution to this fact on YouTube or Google. I can't sync my health data to my phone through the watch. Do you have any solutions?

Unable to register the app
Registration with mobile number does not work. Either the app errors out or does not send the OTP to my usa mobile number. Really frustrating to encounter issue even before i could use the smart watch.
Issue accessing app with American phone number
I’m unable to access the app with my American phone number. I have tried multiple times and with different phone numbers, but I am still getting the message that something went wrong, the number doesn’t exist, or that it is a forbidden task. I have a valid phone number, so it should be working as when I first got my fastrack reflex watch, the app connected smoothly. I have had it for only 7 or 8 months, making it fairly new. I deleted the app because the watch band broke, so I had to wait for a new one. Once I re-downloaded the app, I could not go back into the app or my old account. I would appreciate some help and advice on what to do. I am willing to change this review if I get some help. Thank you!
Very poor development
I’d tried thousand times to get the OTP but I think it’s lost in space. Doesn’t go with the brand like Fastrack!!!
Waste app and watch
Always displays no watch found in phone and no good features in apps.. unable to update time manually also .. waste of money.
App is full of bugs
The tracking data don’t sync with watch properly. Specially the “Sleep” data.
The Custom Watchface feature doesn’t work at all. After 99% shows sync failed.
Using it with iOS phone is a nightmare.
Overall, the app is more struggling than it should be.

Issues with app and watch
Too many issues with the app and the watch data doesnt sync youll really need to up the game as its really disappointing from Fastrack
Issue accessing the watch with American phone number
I have been using the watch for 9 months. Now the app cannot recognize my American phone nbr. I cannot get text messages to reset my phone. How can this issue be fixed?

Doesn’t pair
I have been trying to connect the watch reflex 3.0 but it’s not connecting. I tried it with my iPad and iPhone it’s not working on any of the devices that I’ve used.
