After purchasing the $19.99/year plan (do not pay more than this), the company automatically assigned me an international fax number-and worse, it appears this number was previously associated with a doctor. As a result, I began receiving confidential medical faxes that clearly were not intended for me.
I immediately contacted customer support to report the issue and requested a domestic number, explaining the seriousness of receiving private information. Customer support (“Mia”) informed me that the only way to get a new number was to repurchase the subscription, despite the fact that I had been a paid customer for only about 10 days.
This response demonstrates a lack of concern for user privacy, basic business ethics, or customer service. At $7.99 per week for their advertised service, the priority appears to be extracting more money rather than correcting a legitimate and serious issue.
The App Store is full of fax app alternatives. I strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.

The app waits until you are all set up and ready to send your fax to notify you that is not a free service. Cheapest option is 9.99 for a week. I just need to send one fax!

They deducted over $200 from my account and have refused to reverse or refund it. I canceled the subscription less than an hour after downloading the app, while the free trial was still active. This is a scam. The app is poorly designed, has no customer support, and once you subscribe, they take your money and insist it’s non-refundable. Beware

I downloaded the app because I needed to send one page. Use on your advertisement you say download for free now pay later. And it’s telling me I need to pay $11.99 for one week?

Tried sending even after upgrading and it gets stuck after trying to send a document. You hit done and it does nothing. Troubleshooted too, power cycled, deleted, reinstalled and still didn’t work.

The app crashed several times even after several attempts and restarting.

It is so misleading! The 3 day free trial must be cancelled 24 hours before the 3rd day. So it’s really a 2 day trial. Why does Apple allow this type of deception?

It’s not free. After you subscribe, the app allows you to you to fax. But it took a long time (20 minutes) and it was still not faxed over.

Watch out for monthly charges
I used this app that is not free, for a one time faxing of some documents. First, like I said, it isn’t free, they charged me $10.81 taxes included, then they kept charging me that a month afterwards. If used they put you on a subscription. After requesting a refund and cancellation they gave me a refund then charged me again for a subscription. Not fun having to spend time to get your money back. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was really hoping this would work. It should tell you ahead of time it only allows 7 scans at a time to send. Waste of $
I paid for a subscription so I could fax an important document. It would scan the document and let me attach photos it wouldn’t save so I could actually send a fax. Requesting refund.

This has been the worst app I’ve used in. Long time. I’ve emailed and tried all the tutorials. I have 14 faxes that have been tried and tried again. Always said sorry your fax has failed. $9.99 a week with no tech support and I’ve emailed 3 times and I’ll I’ve revived is crickets. Save the money.

They say that subscribing is optional but there’s no way to unselect subscription option when you go to send your fax. Just be transparent and stop wasting people’s time downloading an app that you can’t use without spending $
Service promised but not rendered
Despite several attempts to fax my documents, I was unsuccessful each time. As a result, I had to pay double to use another faxing app, which was able to deliver the service as promised and successfully sent my documents in a timely manner. When I requested a refund, I was unable to send an email through the app and only received a generic automated response when I emailed from my computer I was emailed back with a an automated reply with a list of FAQs. To my knowledge, there is no actual real support available.

It was advertised as Free facing which is not true. You have to subscribe for a week, a month or a year. Terribly annoying and very misleading!
