Would not refund
I missed cancellation of my free trial by a few hours and got stuck paying for a year subscription, I tried to cancel and get a refund from apple which they rejected, I also reached out to the app developer and received no response. I am now out $70 for an app I do not need. I understand I missed it but they could have offered to just charge me for a month and refunded the difference. I feel as though I have been scammed.
Fraudulent-Avoid!!
I signed up for a one week trial, with it set to bill monthly from there. I cancelled it two days after the trial ended when I saw they charged me for a full year subscription, which was $70 dollars and I used it once! Tried to cancel with Apple multiple times, said I was happy to pay for the month since I went two days over the free trial, and they refused everytime!! Absolutely horrible.

Disappointed
This app would not let me cancel for some reason after it didn’t work for me during the trial period and I reached out the support team and let them know the issue and that I didn’t want to renew because of the issues I had with it and they told me they would do it on their end and what do you know they still charged me the $69.99 because they never canceled it. Very disappointing

This service ripped me off
This app stole my $69.99 it offered a free 3 day trial and the charged me upfront !!

I signed up for the free 3-day trial and no sooner than 3 mins the money was gone for the subscription. I quickly cancelled and the money did not go back into my account. I emailed the company no one has responded to me.

Exactly as the title said. I paid for the weekly to send ONE fax. It never sent. Now I’m out $8. Don’t waste your money.

Fraudulent app, charged me after offering free trial
This app offered me a free trial but when I accepted that it immediately charged me over $100 for an annual subscription. I have tried to get a refund from Apple with my luck and emailed the developer but no response at all. This is a fraudulent scam app that charged me and the wouldn’t even work to allow me to receive a fax. Terrible app! Beware, this app will charge you and you won’t even be able to receive a fax. Terrible and disgusting business practice!!! Stay away!!
Do not use!
I downloaded this app and used the free trial. I canceled before the trial ended and was still charged. I disputed the charge through apple and they refused to refund my money with proof of cancellation. I’m now going through my bank. Make sure you are monitoring your bank account as apple and these apps have been charging despite cancellation.

Beware of the plan!
I accidentally clicked on the purchase and canceled it 1 minute later. I didn't use the app, and they didn't refund the $74 even after I opened a dispute! Don't download it if you don't intend to use it; there are no free trial days, and they won't refund your money! Look at the reviews, they make money this way, it's a matter of common sense, but that doesn't exist for them! I feel ripped off!
Beware!
Click the button for App Support before you consider purchasing: the link leads to nowhere. They say they answer all emails within 24 hours-that’s not even close to being true. I sent an email on 12/10/2025 (and daily follow-up emails for five days) and have yet to receive a response. Do NOT believe the advertising in the app description: you won’t get a 3-day free trial. My card was billed $69.99 immediately. This app should be removed from the App Store.

Crashes w/no customer support
I’ve used the app for a couple of years for business purpose, and it worked as promised. However, this year right after an annual renewal the app crashes each time I try to actually send the fax. I’ve sent multiple emails through the app to customer support with no answer.

Watch that Subscription
I bought the service to fax 1 document, Cancelled it. Come to find out I’ve paid 10 $7.99 payments while I took my eye off the ball. Most expensive fax I’ve ever sent. Refund request made.

So, somehow-I accidentally signed up twice for 2 different programs. I asked APPLE twice to remove at least one. They refused to adjust it.
Most recently reached out to the actual Yearly Fax Pro company to correct. Hoping they do the right thing. I will be happy to adjust rating-until then STAY AWAY.

Every other app has given me a refund for accidental renewal after the free trail period. I am a struggling, broke college student and the fact they’re allowed to keep 70 dollars for one day over the trial is highway robbery. The developers should be ashamed of themselves

Misleading…they say you receive a free trial but you have to pay for a subscription immediately. I purchased it because I needed to send important documents off for my dad. I have been trying to send these documents off for days and they wouldn’t send. I ended up going through another fax service that actually offered a free trial. My fax went through on the first try. Don’t waste your time and money on this app. It’s definitely not worth it. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Misleading and dishonest
They promise a free trial but they charge you before the trial is complete. If there is another review concerning their misleading and dishonest act, believe it, it’s true. This is coming from an elderly lady that was in the midst of the trial period and husband had a stroke, ended up in hospital with him, remembered to cancel before the trial period and as soon as I canceled the annual charge had been taken out of my account and I called Apple and submitted a claim for refund and was told non refundable. Right when I needed to deal with hospital cost for my husband. Not worth it. Dishonest people!!!

I wish I’d read reviews first. Despite clicking on the 3 day free trial, I was charged immediately for an entire year. I can’t recommend anything that is so underhanded.
