I had an issue with taxes and needed to fax a form in. I got the app and sent in my info. Then cancelled the subscription and never sent another fax. I have been getting nothing but spam calls about IRS debt relief ever since. There is literally no one else it could be since no other entity or person saw anything tax related from me.
Poorly setup
Needed to fax a form to the irs and required something to be faxed back but the app doesn’t automatically give you a set number to receive faxes back so my confirmation is just sitting on a randomly generated number that it was sent from. How do you not ask someone to set a return fax number first? Poor app structure turned a 4 day process into a 4 week process while I wait for it in the mail.

Don’t buy FAX-rip off
This app misleads you into thinking that you pay for a one time fax but it’s really a weekly subscription. Misleading ripoff. Opaque, there are better ones out there

Terrible
The tech support does not work at all. Tried to talk with Aleks was waiting for her response for 40 minutes. And she was only wrote the first message. Oh hello let me check this for you. A Joke… I just tried to restore my purchase on laptop and another iPhone. And it doesn’t work at all either.

BEWARE Fake Trial Period
They advertise a free trial period of 7 days but it’s FAKE. Scammy “subscriptions” need to stop. You will get charged and Apple isn’t siding with its customers on this. I appealed the decision and Apple didn’t refund me. It must be in the fine print. Beware the false trial period.

i downloaded it, paid and tried to fax something the whole day and wasn’t successful, it simply does not work and i would like a full refund for wasting my time and not provide the service it falsified

I only need to fax 1-2 sheets per month. They don’t give you an option to pay by pages. Only a $15 monthly subscription.
