Does not receive from traditional fax machines. Sat on the phone for thirty minutes while the IRS continued to try and send it through. Never worked. 0 stars if possible, shouldn’t be charged if it’s not going to work

*Update-Developer said I needed to ask for help to get a resolution but failed to understand that my need was immediate and I did not have time to contact support. The app should have worked without the need for support for an $11.99 subscription cost. *I needed an important form from the IRS and while trying to receive the form, the fax number the app gave me to send was a phone number instead and I had to download another app and pay another subscription to get the important fax

This app has taken upwards of a few hundred dollars now and I have decided to cancel and request a refund after the app was unable to find a recently purchased subscription. In addition, they charge an 0.85 tax on subscriptions. This is blatant fraud and I request Apple to look i to this app and developer.

I was sent a message that Something went wrong so I cancelled the subscription but they still took my money. I’m disputing the charge!1

When you search for a free fax app, this one is listed. Until you load it and then find out it’s a weekly/monthly/yearly charge that can cost you about $250 a year.

Made to frustrate you into buying
If you also downloaded the app while searching for free fax for IPhone, just to be blindsided by a prompt to pay for it as it sends, then you’re not alone. Trashy design made to make you frustrated enough to just buy.

Let’s you do all the work of scanning and adjusting the photos only to tell you at the end you need to pay, just be up front about it you scum bag

This is an absolute scam. They charged me $12.80 a week and I only used it one time. I found out they were charging me and stopped it. I will be seeking a refund or contacting a lawyer. This is an absolute scam.

A costly 1 week subscription was required to send the one fax I needed to send, but that one fax failed to send after multiple attempts. I cannot recommend this app.

I paid the charge to even use this app. Not worth it. And can’t even get my money back. Tried to fax something twice did not work.
