Tried sending a fax like 4 times and every single time it failed. The reason was that “the call dropped”. I double and triple checked the number I was sending my fax to and it was correct. I thought maybe it was because I was sending it at night so I waited for the next morning, but that didn’t work either.

The ad said “Fax from iPhone for FREE! No subscription required”. The first thing you see after entering recipient number is the icon to subscribe and the fee of $7.99 to fax. So browsing is free? You should say that Cause the App isn’t!

Poor customer support
I contacted support twice and never got a response. I didn’t realize this had a weekly (!) charge. I don’t need that but got charged. My request for a credit was ignored.
Received a response (3 weeks later) requesting I provide email/phone to investigate but they failed to give me any way to contact them.

Where is the price?
This app is not free to use, which is not an issue. They need to make a profit. What is not right is no where you can easily see how much you have to pay. I was charged for a one time use $1.08. And there is I think a fee of $5 a month which I only saw after I sent my 1st fax. This is not right. Price should be presented upfront. Not hidden. This has a patina of dishonesty.
False Google Advertizing
When I searched Google for a fax app, this was advertised as being a free solution. I get through all of my scanning and uploading only to be hit with a charge.

Lies
I wish I could take stars away instead of giving them. They lie and say it’s free and the cheapest option (currently) is $7.99 a week. Hopefully my review may help one person not be tricked.

Needed to send a 3 page fax to the IRS - downloaded the app, created fax, uploaded the pdf, entered the number and pressed send - failed due to “unknown reasons”. Tried multiple times including toll free and non toll dress numbers same issue. Read other reviews and troubleshooted with WiFi connection confirmed as reliable and high speed, tried cellular and my neighbors WiFi - same issue. Restarted app, made sure I was on the most recent version - essentially all the steps that others have been told to do. Ended up driving to UPS and printing and faxing the doc - went through successfully first time. Cancelled the subscription and requested a refund from apple

Scam - unauthorized charge for $100
I downloaded this to use for 1 document. It said there was a 3 day free trial. I cancelled within the 3 days and 2 days later was charged $99.99. I have contacted them 5 times and received a form letter saying they will get back to me in 24 hours. They didn’t. The website doesn’t work. There was a phone number that was wrong. Additionally no where on the app said it was $99.99.
Not clear instructions
There isn’t anywhere that states if you can receive the fax correspondence back. There isn’t anywhere where they tell you the different plan options that may include the opportunity to receive faxes back. There is no information space to entire personal information that would allow the customer to make this a more trailer fax. The fax seems to be sent ok but I don’t like this not knowing anything and can’t find the information anywhere online.

Dumb app froze while sending
Of coarse I waited until the deadline. After scanning with this app I put my original documents in the mail. When I returned I found the app stuck saying my fax was ready to send. The documents did not save to my phone and all I can see is my document is ready to send and the circling icon that says it’s thinking. I hope they send. I have waited three hours so far and it’s still stuck in limbo. I canceled my subscription I paid the dollar and seven cents for before it renews automatically at ten bucks. All for nothing.

I bought this app at first I thought it was free but there’s always a catch to something but anyway I bought it. I went to go do a fax it never worked so I had to go somewhere else and pay for it to get it done which got me more aggravated, so yeah it was a waste of money and I wind up paying like $28 for nothing.

DID NOT WORK
I was able to download the app for free. However, in order to fax the one document that I needed to Fax I had to pay $6.99! I did so and tried 3 times to fax the documents and it was unsuccessful all three times! I also verified the fax number of the recipient! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!
