I’ve been using this app for over a year. It suddenly stopped sending faxes. I pay for a yearly subscription but when I try to recover info it loads forever. Tried deleting and re downloading to no avail. Reached out to customer service and got no response.

Sad one
Really needed to send some faxes, priced reasonably. Went to fax 6 pages, took roughly 45 min, got hung up at 99% and it eventually started all over again. This time it did work a lot quicker but it failed. I gave up and cancelled. Now to see if I get my money back easily!!!
This app cost me $200
Despite having the app paid for when my fax came through it said my subscription had canceled for non payment. When I contacted the app showing this was not true they said sorry and after weeks of attempts to get the fax through i was told oops just ask for a refund I guess.
Warning Scam
Don’t buy he emailed me & had me pay through pay pal. I asked for a one time charge for a one time payment but I’m on a auto & I emailed him to tell him it never worked & to stop charging me & to stop scamming me but he won’t. He is is Hong Kong & he is scamming people. The fax gun does not work.
Not User Friendly
They no longer give any free credits for you to try the service. You can supposedly earn free credits by performing different tasks. The tasks are very lengthy and require you to give out very personal details to scam companies. They require you to pay for an extra cover page with every fax even if you have no need for it.
A COMPLETELY USELESS APP
These people are crooks!! Immediately delete this app the minute you read this. It is NOT free and they make you jump through hoops just to send 1 fax page. I would give Covid-19 more stars than this app. Completely useless

It’s a rip off I paid $15 for a week of unlimited fax credits. I was only able to receive fax’s not send any. Waste of time and money. DO NOT GET THIS APP. UPDATE they had the nerve to email me telling me to ask apple for a refund and to remove my negative review lol. THEY DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW THE TRUTH. APPLE CANT REFUND MONEY THAT THEY TOOK!!!! ITS A SCAM.

Taking money from me
I was charged 16.23 weekly, for a little more than a month. So that’s more than 5 transaction 16.23 and was even charged twice in one week. I’ve tried to resolve this issue and there has been no help because I’m a little late to noticing these transactions. Guys always remember to check your account history.

I downloaded the the VERY first thing I was greeted with was 95$ for 1 year unlimited & 2 other packages 🤷🏽♂️

Charged me twice in one week & company never received fax after FaxGun stated it had been delivered. Never using again & would like money back. Definitely canceled subscription. 0 stars!

I faxed a document to my banking institution and they didn’t receive it. It didn’t work.
Beware of solicitations to buy credits
I purchased 100 credits from an in-app solicitation knowing I would need to fax again at some point. The charge was made to my credit card and two months later the fax credits are nowhere to be found. This was not a monthly subscription solicitation, nor was there any expiration date attached to the purchased credits. Where are my 100 credits?
Try to fax
I read a post on here that said that you get 50 credits to fax things. Well that was a lie I got one credit and it said I needed more to fax the rest of my pages.
“Free”?
When I got ready to finalize sending my “free” first time fax, a message about how much would be charged to my Apple Account appeared. I chose to cancel my “free” fax.
Wrong sensitive info Fax sent to Wrong people
My first fax went through beautifully. So I bought a subscription. Because of course, they don’t give you enough credits.No problem. My second fax, which they stated during the fax, they had to resend because they were having problems. Well here is the HUGE problem:
Not only did they NOT send the 5 pages to the intended person, they sent a previous page from previous fax with sensitive Doctor information to this company. Now I wondering where they Durable POA I did send ended up, because it never got faxed to the people I sent it to. EVEN THOUGH they say they sent 5 pages.
If you are sending important, sensitive information that matters when it is received in timely fashion, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Yes they can fax, but when documents get sent, who knows where they end up, who knows who else is going to see your faxes that is NOT entitled to this information, is a unfortunate gamble I am not willing to take.

The only free page is their fax sheet Regardless of what they reply, it is not free. And I have other fax services that are 1.99 for 25 pages. This one is 2.99 for 10 pages.

Misleading - No Free Credits for Trial
App Store description misleading, no free “credits” for trial, only one credit (one page) provided on download. Their own description states “You can try the app with some free credits to try the app for free”. That’s credits plural. Their top listed review (misleading) implies 50 credits/pages for trial. Apparently 50 credits is old policy. FaxGun needs to comply with Apple transparency policy and update their description. Obviously it’s their choice if only going to provide one page trial but if so, then so list that. Customers will then download (or not) accordingly based on accurate information.
