He literally threw the package dropped me over the fence the other day and now the new package that was supposed to be delivered today says delivered and it’s not even out there on
Morons
FedEx always tries to deliver to the house next door to mine. Their address isn’t even on the same street cause they’re on the corner. I put up 5 signs on their fence, trees…. I can’t control sender’s requirement for a signature or against holding at a FedEx facility. There’s no way to talk to anyone at FedEx. The voicemail tree doesn’t have an option to say “door tag on wrong house.” I told the driver face to face last year. Refused to try to understand me. You’re idiots.
Nothing works
I have tried to track one of my FedEx package using tracking number. Firstly I did my search as a guest user and all I got are errors. Then I tried to sign in and search, it log me out after I signed in and did a search. Also there is no result in the search. Even if I do not do any operations just refresh the app page, it gives me errors.
Not User Friendly
This is the worst app I have ever used. It is all over the place, difficult to follow and confusing.

Adding on- drivers NEVER follow directions on where to leave package. Put on top of that forced, useless updates, and you’ve got a huge disappointment. FS would not approve what FE has become.
The chat is a AI
If you need customer service help, it’s awful. Hands-down, the worst chat bot I’ve ever met. There’s no option to talk to a human, it just keeps circling back on itself or offering to give you a phone number to call. Almost every other company eventually connects you to a human to solve your issue. I will never choose this company for my personal shipments. Choose UPS or USPS… But avoid FedEx.
mis-delivered package
my packages were delivered to the wrong address two days in a row. They were delivered next-door, but my address is on my mailbox and my neighbor’s address is on the right side of his door in big black numbers. The numbers to the right side of his door and the numbers on the package did not match so I don’t see where there should’ve been any confusion. I have a package coming Monday from FedEx also. Let’s see if it gets delivered to my address or to my neighbors.

Avoid At All Cost
App support can’t be reached. The virtual chat leads you in circles when they haven’t updated your 2 week+ late package in 8 days. Avoid at all cost. Use UPS or the postal service. Pay a random stranger with a pickup. Whatever you have to do to avoid FedEx.

App doesn’t allow notifications via text, only via email. VERY INCONVENIENT. For a company this size, delivery updates via text should be a standard feature!
What an embarrassment
I really wish people would stop using you to send us packages. Your app is a failure. Your company is a failure. 18 YEARS AND WE STILL HAVEN’T HAD A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY FROM YOU. I would be embarrassed to work for such a failure.
Useless
This app is perfect for FedEx since it’s not helpful at all. Created an account, went to check my delivery and got the same info I received in an email already. Manage Shipments? Sounds promising but don’t be fooled. So I tried to set new notifications to let me know when they might possibly have an updated delivery schedule for my package. Filled in all the fields …and ERROR…action cannot be completed. Good grief. But like I said, it’s perfect for what I’ve come to expect from FedEx anyway.
Never works
None of the options ever work on this app. The map to track your package is never available. The option to get updates via email or text never works. You are pretty much left in the dark when trying to track your shipped packages. Awful awful awful
Beware of Unexpected FedEx Charges
I would not recommend using FedEx, especially if you ship items frequently. At first, their displayed rates may look much cheaper than other shipping companies. However, after one, two, or even three weeks, they can add extra charges for unclear reasons. These adjustments are often much higher than expected and can sometimes be 50% more, double, or even more than the original label price.
Because of this lack of transparency, it can end up costing sellers much more money and frustration. Save your time, money, and nerves, and use a more reliable shipping company instead.

Slow, buggy
I don't know how this app has so many good ratings, because it is super slow, clunky, and constantly logs me out. While the tracking information it shows is useful, getting to it takes more time and effort than it ever should.
Filled with error messages
Can’t even track a single package without it erroring out. Then the virtual assistant closes the chat on its own.
Doesn’t Work
I keep getting error messages for everything! It will kinda provide basic delivery info, that’s it. Called customer service regarding a package that “couldn’t be delivered because the business was closed.” I’m not a business, and I stayed home by the door the whole day to sign for my package. No one came by. No missed delivery note on the door. All the representative on the phone did was argue with me. App fail. Delivery fail. Customer service fail. FedEx fail!
FedEx FIX YOUR APP!
This app has not worked properly for months now, no notifications, no tracking updates, large heavier packages are continually lost. You can not change anything in your profile because of FedEx errors. No matter what you do you get an error. Please fix your app and make it better
Watch app doesn’t work
Awful waste of almost one hour trying to troubleshoot Apple Watch app. Stays stuck on screen saying to open phone app.
App crashes
Doesn’t matter what I try to click on. The app crashes. For example, try to open chat and it instantly closes again. Same goes for the website. I’m trying to have a package held at the facility for pick up, but it won’t let me on the app or website.

Widget on front page doesn’t load. Login process slow.
Can’t file a claim
My package has not moved at all since the arrival scan five days ago, and should have been delivered yesterday. “You have to be logged in to file a claim.” Fine I’ll create an account. Gets a verification email, successfully signs up. Tries to submit claim, “you have to be signed in” weird I should be signed in. Let me sign in again. “Password is incorrect” what? I literally created and saved the password to my phone at the same time. Tries to reset password, never gets the email or text message. Extremely frustrated. AI chat bot is useless.
Lousy AI-Bot interface
I received a notice last Saturday over email that a package I expected would arrive mid day Monday. No delivery within delivery window, and no updated ETA 24-hours later. AI-Bot chat interface is useless.

Several issues with this app. 1. Doesn’t allow u to link multiple email addresses to your account. 2. Keeps stating my address is not residential. When it is an apartment building. 3. Every time I request an update it says “not found” but when search the tracking # on the website it finds it.

System is a mess
Entire FedEx system gives estimated delivery dates that are not even close to accurate. They just received a shipment from a retailer and I got an estimated date of arrival today and it’s being shipped ground from across the country..

App is okay- could do more but I would like to launch the app without having to login EVERY SINGLE TIME
Doesn’t do what it says it does
FedEx says the app will tell you what time your package will arrive, but it doesn’t. The Virtual Assistant wants a tracking number, but there’s no way to copy and paste a tracking number within the app. Trying to set notification preferences always fails with an error without giving details. You’re better off using the regular web site without an account.
