This was delivered past than what was originally agreed to. Still hasn’t arrived!! Bogus deal!
Poor Delivery Times
Been a customer for 2 years. More often than not, I would order a card, send it out, only to find out the card did not make it for 2-3 weeks later. Not only was I disappointed, it let down the person I sent it to - made me look bad, and CANNOT be counted on as a reliable service. These are going to standard US addresses - just 3 states away. Completely unacceptable. I sent another card via USPS snail mail to compare and received in 2 days. Let me sum up - 2 Days vs 2 WEEKS. This has happened at least 50% of the time sending cards from Felt. Do you want to take that chance?
Buggy UI
The tab bar is half cutoff on the bottom.

This application is VERY hard to navigate the writing tool. After taking 30 min to get a card done. The app cleared out my work, sending a traditional card.

Super confusing app design with really awful design. The only reason why I question my life choices when using this app.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I sent emails to customer service asking for an update about the card and the delivery. I still have not received any response and it’s been a couple of days now.
Don’t Use This App
While I have enjoyed the results of Touch Note, I gave Felt a try due to their personalized writing option. They failed on numerous levels. First, it appeared that my order would take over 12 days. However, the card never even came to my wife for Mother’s Day. Felt ruined my creation of a beautiful, memorable gift. Next, I emailed them twice - they do not have a support phone number - and received only a boilerplate reply. My hunch was that it was a bot. What a joke!
Horrible customer service
If you elect to send cash; don’t. I did and was surprised that that requires sales tax so it’s unnecessarily expensive and when it was lost / never mailed (based on “the unavailable”), The customer service department responded slowly and with no resolution. “Hope it shows up soon” “usps is sometimes slow”. No thanks! Just spend 1/4 of the amount and mail a card with a real handwritten message.

Despite no account activity for years (company confirmed this in writing), they continued charging my card annually without sending any renewal notifications or receipts.
When confronted, they refused a full refund despite acknowledging I hadn't used their service. Check their F rating on Better Business Bureau before subscribing.
Save yourself the trouble and choose a more transparent service.

Non existent customer service.
I ordered a card for my mom for her birthday. She never received it and it never said it was delivered. I have tried 3 times over the past month to contact someone to resend it or get my money back and there has been no response. I definitely think this app is a scam.
Horrible user interface, major glitches
The concept of this app is very good. However, i was designing my card the app kept glitching LITERALLY every second. I would try to edit one panel, but the selected panel would always switch to a different one, making it impossible to use. I finally had to find a different app to use instead. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. FIND A DIFFERENT ONE INSTEAD.
Hand written address does not work on iPad
Tried to add a handwritten address using my iPad, but it doesn’t work. The ui on my iPhone works, but using my finger on an iPhone does not work well. I would like to use my Apple Pencil on the iPad, but, can't seem to be able to do that.
Zero contact us help
Entered addresses 4 times….credit card info twice and it wouldn’t accept legitimate billing address.

Extremely slow and clunky
Took 10 minutes to build and purchase a card because each step involved waiting 1-2 minutes for the app to load. It wasn’t always this slow!
What is happening to the App
I typically LOVE this app, but today i have spent over 2 hours trying to create a card. The app is full of technical glitches today. I attempted to use the support function and there was nothing there that was useful. Perhaps this is occurring because I do not have a subscription and the non-subscription portion is now defunct.

This app used to be great. It is now virtually unusable.
Disappointed
I both love and hate this app. I love the idea of it and I continue to use it, but every time I pull my hair out because it is so Janky and never works properly. It absolutely drives me nuts. I end up redoing my card 10 times because something isn’t working right. They really need to update it. So frustrating.

I like this app but it takes forever - the program is extremely buggy and hasn’t been fixed or updated in years - the concept is great but the programming makes it very frustrating.

Slow shipping
This is a cool concept but you definitely need to plan way ahead of when you need the card. I’m in LA and expected wait time (per the tracking/support) is 10 days for 1 card coming from TX - no text just a photo! I’m on day 8 and still waiting.

I tried this app three times and each time I went back accidentally to reset something and it wiped out everything I had done out. It seems pretty obvious an option shouldn’t do that. I finally gave up and won’t be using the app.
Used to be a go to, but now seems really buggy
I love the felt app and have used it to stay in touch with so many people. Unfortunately, it’s been a bit too buggy lately and takes a long time for things to load regardless of updates to the app or the recency of my phone or iPad model. Not sure what’s slowing things down these days. I find I need to close and reopen the app several times just to finish working on one card.
Handwriting Feature Not Working
Like everyone else, I really like this app. I believe it’s the only one that allows for using your own handwriting on the iPad. However, that seems to be broken now. When I click “handwriting” on the card nothing happens. Disappointing.
Late delivery
Buyer be aware. Order your cards early. Mine was supposed to be delivered on 4/8 for a birthday on 4/9. It was delivered on 4/13. Reached out to support, received no response. Can’t even get a refund if I wanted to.
Cannot change account info
Losing my business because I cannot change my email associated with the account and there is no way to contact a customer support rep to help. Super lame. Good luck.

Be aware.
The concept is awesome- the customization options and output are wonderful, the design library, quick processing time, tracking info, and affordable cost are all positives. Everything else has me frustrated. Once you have addresses in your address book you can still change the name during your order, and it shows correctly in the preview. After ordering, it reverts back to how it is in the address book, and there’s no way to resolve this. (IE when my kids want to send something to their dad/my ex, and we want their names on it instead of mine.) There is NO support. I contacted through the app, and by email, and through instagram. No response. By far my biggest frustration. There is a ton of room for improvement in the app, it’s clunky and too many little things to list but they add up for a frustrating experience. IE, on many screens there’s no Back button so you have to close out of the app completely and start from Home Screen. Can’t rotate photos. Can’t move text. Handwriting places in different spots in preview vs draft - not clear where it prints. Can’t send a standard open on the right card, the “perfect pair” opens on the left (I get when you’re trying to upsell accordions but when your platform is subscription-based, why??), a lot of the features are way harder to navigate on a phone vs a tablet… there’s a lot more - none of them are huge deal breakers but like I said, they all add up!
