Unfairly Lost Points
I’ve used Fetch for a long time, but after this experience I can’t recommend it. They removed about $30 worth of points that took me weeks to earn without any warning or giving me a chance to explain. Instead of notifying me that there was a concern, they simply took the points away and refused to reconsider.
Their explanation was that they believed a receipt wasn’t mine, but it feels like they made that assumption because the cashier happened to have the same first name as me. That isn’t evidence, and it made me feel unfairly targeted. If my name had been something more common, I honestly wonder if the same assumption would have been made.
Customer support repeatedly sent the same generic responses and refused to escalate or provide any actual proof for their decision. If your rewards can disappear without warning based on assumptions, it’s hard to trust this app.
I expected better from a company I’ve supported.

I was told that I can play unlimited games and earn unlimited gift cards, only to be told that there are NO more games for me to play AND they stopped giving me points on ANY game!!! COMPLETE SCAM

My friends future referrals & old referrals would love it if you can raise the receipts to a minimum of 35 points, raise the referral points to 6000 and 3500 (make it last 14 days), lastly that you could scan more receipts per 7days (like 45)😁. “You get more 🐝 with 🍯 that without 🤷♀️🫂”. Have a wonderful day.

Fetch once I’ve saved up my points LEGALY TO TERMS OF CONDITIONS I tried to spend the points and Fetch froze my account this app is horrible dont waste your time biggest waste of time

Great idea. Poor execution
Takes a million years to achieve anything. You cannot find anything you need in the app easily. Wait til you try and get a reward. OMG. 6 months 25,000 points and I get a $10 gift card. What a waste of my life
Was Good. Not so much now
I’ve been using the app for a while and have a little over 131,000 points. The app was good in the beginning and I was able to rack up a lot of points in one shopping trip.
For the last several months though, I’m only getting 25 points per trip unless I verify almost everything I bought. And quite often, the description that comes from verifying the product is the same as the description from the scan of the receipt.
I don’t know if it is the app or Kroger’s receipts, but it would be nice if this issue was fixed.
