Horrible on iPhone
Useless as you can’t scroll on the standings screen, among others. So unless your sole interest is group A, it is a complete fail.
Absolute garbage
Epic failure. Impossible to login. Can’t even place the cursor in the password area. Unbelievable. The price of a single game ticket could have payed for a world class app. Did they even test this thing!?

Esta app fue hecha exclusivamente para la gente que planeó asistir a los estadios, no para los millones del resto del mundo. Lenta, no abre en determinados momentos. Las tablas de posiciones que debiesen estar a la vista por ser de consulta inmediata están escondidas y es complicado encontrarlas.

Required to download a faulty app to try and buy World Cup tickets, and the app won’t doesn’t function well enough to create an account. Even if it worked, the permissions required are WAY too intrusive. Total L on this one fifa
Validation errors
There are bugs in forms. Either fifa doesn’t want people to use this app or they’re just letting go too many developers. These bugs are just unacceptable.
Hot mess
Logging in was easy for me. However, once in it was almost useless. Unable to scroll on any page so could only access the info at the top. Not really helpful to only see the standings in Group A and half of Group B. Uninstalled right away.

One of the most disappointing World Cup apps. Disconnected information, detached from reality. User-Unfriendly. Slow. In one word: Bad. I recommend any other app to follow the championship.

if there would be an option for zero stars i would give it 0. who designs that? you need 4 clicks to get to the most important info - the games/standings. bloated with stuff nobody needs… and thes score doesnt update during the games??? absolutely useless

I tried create account for third times but it won’t let me in! It totally frustrating also definitely piss me off. I totally agree with people saying about this app. I give this 1 star because it won’t let me in and add my favorite players and teams. Totally disappointing so I switch back to ESPN app.
Wouldn’t let me sign up
The process was quick and easy, but it literally would let me finish making an account. I couldn’t create a password no matter how many times I tried. The next button would not do anything even after it approved my password.

How do you make a World Cup app, and not allow users to scroll through the group standings? And leave them stuck only seeing group A? Like that’s incredibly basic to have… scroll to see green standings. It’s not intuitive at all.
With all the ticket sale gouging you’d think they could afford a decent app.

I am baffled as to how bad this app is. I can’t seem to find the information I want. Just use a regular sports app or website like ESPN or whatever.
Shameful
Embarrassing. How can one of the deepest pocketed sporting event in the world set the bar so low? 90% of what you have to view is obstructing what you are looking for, like today’s games? Scores? My advice to FIFA, fire the idiot that hired the firm that convinced him/her that this App is what fans want, we don’t. In the mean time I assume the FIFA idiot in question is in good standing with his/her idiot boss, all the way up the ladder. Don’t waste your time installing this App.

Why are there SO MANY apps
FIFA is a corrupt bunch making all of these processes way too complicated. Why do I have to have FIVE apps related to one tournament that happens six weeks every four years. Figure out some way to make this more user friendly. Every app sucks.
Can’t find anything I’m looking for
In past apps we could select teams and build viewing schedules. This app is so much more geared towards people attending but not watching or keeping up with tournament. It’s awful.
