사진에는 잘 적용되는데 동영상에 적용하려고 하면 계속 로딩화면에서 멈춰있어서 메일로 여러 차례 문의드렸는데 한 달이 지난 지금 아무런 답변을 받지 못했습니다.
평소에 화민님 사진과 분위기를 좋아해서 기대하고 사용한 앱인데, 필터앱 자체는 괜찮지만 대응이 너무 실망이에요.
CS 응대가 본인이신지 직원이 따로 있는지 모르겠지만, 이런 오류나 불편사항에 대한 대응은 조금 더 신속하고 성의 있게 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

작동이 안됩니다
현재 아이폰 15pro max 사용중이예요 근데 카메라 만 켜면 그냥 멈춰요 카메라가 작동이 안됩니다….그래서 지우고 다시 받았는데도 여전히 안됩니다 해결 부탁드려요

Great but…
This app started randomly charging me for things that I didn’t even buy, which is a huge issue because I don’t want to be charged for things I didn’t even purchased.
12mp photos and 1080p videos
Photos taken on this app is capped at 12 megapixels when the iphone is able to take 24 and 48 megapixels photos. Also, videos see capped at 1080p when the iphone is able to capture 4k 60fps videos. Please update and fix this issue.
no filters
the editing in the app is fine but i downloaded it for the filters that i saw online, but there are actually no filters in the app, not even to purchase. feel like i wasted $3
Limited and forced to share all photos
The only options for editing are adding filters (glow, grain). They also force you to give access to all your photos usually there is a “selected photos” option. I’ve never seen before. This feels like a free app with its limitations.

Due to privacy concerns I do not want to share access to all the photos in my library, which this app requires for use.

앱이 작동이 않돼요. 들어가면 카메라가 멈처있어요. 업데이트도 해봤고, 전화기 껐다 켜도봣어요. 지금 2주동않 그러고있어요, 빠른 해결 부탁드립니다.

I’m not really sure what happened with this app. It was functional at first, working as advertised. Then, the camera stopped working. I could still use filters on pictures in my camera roll, but the actual camera screen just wouldn’t load, nor would it take a photo.
Here’s where I feel like I needed to write this review. I tried everything to troubleshoot, deleting and reinstalling, clearing cache, even waiting for several updates to roll around and nothing. Even this newest update did nothing to fix the camera. On July 13, I emailed to inquire about this issue and make it known to the developers. I have yet to get a response and it is August 30. Very shoddy app.
For 3$, I basically just got some preset filters. Not the better camera i actually wanted to pay for
