This would be a fun game, but the difficulty growth with each blood moon is clearly designed to make you buy the game. Ironically, I probably would have bought the game - but I don’t like being manipulated.
I had a nice base going, easily destroying the zombies even on a blood moon and fully repairing my wall afterwards, with lots of buffer in my wall health. Then, suddenly, the difficulty spiked, and my wall was completely destroyed in seconds, without warning.
No, I’m not going to pay you $0.99 to resume playing from this point, and no, I’m not paying $4.99 for the full game so I can change the difficulty. I can’t trust that the full game has any better difficulty scaling than this did. Consumers don’t like being tricked. You’d have a good game here, and it would sell if you were just patient.

Impossible to progress
I hoped this game would be fun but instead its stressful each time i even play it. The blood moons are way to much the zombies keep getting more harder to kill and it keeps costing me every single resource i have. The farthest i can even go is 35 days i cannot go any farther with how impossible it is to make stronger walls or defenses. This game is so whack and ridiculous if zombies gotta be near impossible to kill since the knife units only kill them one at a time instead of grouping up to take them down.

Good game, but very challenging, and overpowered zombies
Beautifully made game, however I do not understand the purpose of allowing zombies to attack your wall during the morning, it stops the workers (blacksmith, farmer, etc) from working even though they are inside jobs. Then again why do they retreat if they can “take the sunlight and attack the walls” it seems counter intuitive to their nature. I think it best to pick one, also how come a stone wall is stronger than a iron is stronger than stone, so why is it that a wall with minimal iron can take a blood moons from day 200, what I would suggest is adding a bit of durability for iron walls, otherwise it is just I just have a flimsy wall. In summary, all I ask is for a resistance against zombie attacks in walls and for zombies to be fully eradicated by mornings.

I hate payed to win games
Honestly this game is little too unplayable mainly due to the difficulty I seen the reviews on this game they say the same thing as I am saying. They make this game hard to play to get there greedy hands on some money

You made the game difficult so everyone would have to spend money to win and keep their outpost alive. Like the title says “Too hard, not fun”. If I’m not having fun you’re not getting money.
Last update really tanked the game
Have been playing and enjoying this for three years and sadly the 1.5 update ruined the game. If you had existing saves, even ones you’ve worked on for months or years, you’ll be paying real money to save your town every.. single.. night. If you start from scratch you’ll be paying real money to get materials from day one or see your town overrun.. every night. Even if you pre-buy materials you will be scrambling to last 10 days at a time, sacrificing citizens to starvation simply to keep the walls repaired and manned. The game used to require careful thought and strategy. It used to be about balancing population with food production and material sourcing while budgeting cleverly for upgrades… now its just another boring zombie defense/survival game like every other where the whole focus is on living through each night just to repair and prep for the next night’s struggle. But hey, you can pay money, over and over, to save your town if you want. Sent multiple screenshots and emails to support. Was told some people “wanted it to be harder”. Know your audience, there are hundreds of very challenging zombie survival games out there for people who want that challenge. This game was for people who enjoyed a relaxed strategy based game. But I’m sure you’ll make more money this way, as people pay to keep saving their months (or even years old) saves over and over again.
Can’t play game, play button doesn’t work
It loads the main menu, and I can tap the play button there, then it lists my save games, and tapping the play button / the 3 lines button next to save slot 1 does nothing, so I literally cannot play the game.
Keeps on re starting
Every time I get off the game but when I get back on it restarts me to the beginning when I had a maxed out outpost and I realized that you have to pause it before getting off I’m so mad now

Experience
This game is interesting, I think it still needs quite a bit of work in terms of world building. My problem is with the in app purchases. I was going through the game and had the problem of saving and coming back to the game. The last time I came back I forgot to reguard the wall and so I died. Being so far into the game I paid the 1$ to continue but it does not work. Once this gets resolved I will change my rating.

Good game all the way till I died and I was like ok I got 99 cent rn why not restart so I don’t gotta play for another ten years to get where I’m at again and I landed up paying twice for it I shouldn’t be angry over two dollars but it definitely needs to be brought to someone’s attention

No longer supports Apple Pencil
I’ve loved this game for over a year but ever since the most recent update it no longer registers my Apple Pencil. My Apple Pencil works fine with everything else. Please fix this issue because I doubt I’m the only person who prefers to use an Apple Pencil instead of my fingers on the iPad.

Your just making it pay to win now the old version was good and I like what you added but ether lower the difficulty or let people chose easy hard or peaceful maybe normal like bruh once the games become pay to win or hard to the point you have to pay to win it makes it not worth playing like I like the game over all just make it less pay to win with the nights and amp up the deer that get born over night and the farming time like bro. I’m just trying to help and tbh you will lose a lot of people with it seeming pay to win like it is now

Why is this even here?
Why is there population counter for the animals? I guess that you’re trying make the game more challenging but there should be an alternative food source, like bread, berries. this is still a great game though just a little difficult.
Yall F’ed up my game
Pre update would’ve gotten five stars. Post update gets two. Yall really F’ed up my game I was doing great. My skills were up I was literally two skills away from completing the whole tree. Look after the update and I had to start my skills over. Which was not a good time bc the zombies I was already dealing with are advanced. I had 45 people on the wall I should have survived the night no problem. But nope, *sigh* I’m going to play this new update version since it cause my outpost to be breach but if is booty cheese I’m uninstalling this game immediately.

Well I gave a good chance to this game but
After Surviving 29 days my conclusion is that the game is corrupted and forces you to pay to PLAY. It’s designed this way and it’s not fun any more… if they could fix the food better and actually made possible for players to actually play this game rather than pay to play…it could be very fun… but nooo. I tried and I deleted.
Great potential but many flaws
Should be more warning when your wall is low and just better overall systems for defense.
