Why did you scam me please give me refund
I payed for something that I did not even know what I did . I payed $ 37.98 for a membership and I could buy more things with that money so I would like my refund please.
DELETES ALL OF YOUR PROGRESS & LOCKS YOU OUT. EVEN IF YOU PAY. THEY NEVER ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY OR HELP
Don’t trust this app or its developers. You run out of space on the app after almost 600 days, but they stop the back ups too late. And then when you try to attempt to back it up manually, it will not work with your operating system, and they will tell you that they gave you an encryption code that they never gave you. (I had an android friend sitting right next to me and she agreed that I did every step of the backup process correctly on my iPhone) And you’re just locked out and stuck, with all of that lost data, progress, journals, everything. There are so many people on this app that are truly suffering with mental health or extremely tragic life circumstances. Some are severely depressed, some have loss of mobility or even a limb, and some have even lost a child. And they all turned to this app to help them during the worst time of their lives, according to their own testimonials. This is extraordinarily irresponsible. As a wellness app, with claims as a mental healthcare app, it should be beholden to the same laws of the state and federal government. Or at least remotely care about the damage it has caused.
I’ve moved on after over three months of never receiving help or answers from tech support to my problem.
But when this happens to the more troubled users???
Shame on you.

Worked fine then your updates don’t work on iOS
This app was fine 3 updates ago. Please just stop constantly updating. It freezes and crashes to Home Screen. I’m hoping y’all fix the crash issue or have this app unavailable to iOS users. Support is an absolute joke, and no help. I felt they were blaming ME for their issues. Don’t bother downloading. And don’t pay 9.99(10.78 with tax) for monthly. Just not worth the frustration to play when it’s the developers fault! Fix it, correctly, Finch. Patience with you is running pretty thin at this point!!
Hate The Shared Egg
I was really enjoying Finch until they introduced egg sharing with no way to disable it. I hate it. It ruins the whole app for me. I’ve been subscribing for a couple of years but I’m ready to cancel because of this feature I don’t want and can’t cancel. Instead of a relaxing and rewarding experience they have introduced frustration and stress.

Some of us are verbose by nature. It takes spoons to be concise and cover all the details. Verbosity is even encouraged in the app itself in free writing tasks.
So the idea of making users describe potentially nuanced tasks in that small a space seems needlessly constraining or gatekeeping.
This might me enough for me to switch from being a paid user to using something else entirely.

Lowered rating due to favorite outfits change.
The change to the favorite outfits is awful! I can hardly see what each item is. Switch back to seeing them on my birb!!
