Is a rip off
I canceled my subscription and they still took $70 out of my account and they won’t refund me for it. I canceled my subscription before the free trial was over and I was charged seven days after the free trial was over and they won’t give me my money back.
Charged for nothing
App has features removed from basic plan. Not worth it. Make sure you read all the features for each plan before you subscribe.

This app is incredibly frustrating and honestly feels misleading. Almost nothing works as advertised. The parental app controls have been “we are resolving this issue” for over 3 weeks with zero real update or fix.
What’s worse - they never clearly tell you upfront that iPhone does NOT support key features like “sound around,” individual app control, or proper activity reporting. These are major features people are paying for, and you only find out after purchasing.
And don’t be fooled by the “24/7 support” claim. It’s a joke. Initial responses can take anywhere from 2 to 10 hours, and then each follow-up reply takes another 20+ minutes. Getting any real help is painfully slow and ineffective.
Overall, this app overpromises, underdelivers, and wastes your time and money. Definitely would not recommend.

Two functions only for android
So if you need to track movement of your child cool however iPhone users read the fine print the listen in and summary of usage is not compatible and when you reach out to support be ready for condescend responses saying to bad..

Impossible to set up
It is practically impossible for me to set it up on an iPad because it doesn’t send any notifications to the fitness section on the privacy page in settings so I can’t even tell if it works well or not because it can’t be set up on iPad.

This is for my kids
It’s a pretty good app. I just don’t like the fact your kids can remove it off their phones at the paid and installed it and I do not like they get a reminder that we can listen to their conversations that should just be for us to be able to listen to know if our kids are in jeopardy not for our kids to know that we’re actually doing it.
