Can’t cancel subscription
Not the app I expected. Tried to cancel my subscription and am not able to. I’ve followed directions given and they were not successful. I want my subscription cancelled.

You can’t locate anyone without alerting them I want my money back this is no good

Make it way too complicated to cancel and it auto renews. They also don’t help at all with cancellation process and just try to continue to charge you .

Never try this app. Very easy to subscribe but almost impossible to cancel it. Tricky buttons will steal your money

You shouldn’t make claims that people can learn the locations of someone and find out if a spouse or loved one is cheating on you when I can’t imagine any cheating person who is sneaky and conniving and trying to hide their location that would join your little circle of exposing Location friends to be caught not just cheating but stupid as well. What a waste of money and false claim that lured me into buying this app, I think I will call my credit card company and refuse the false claims that have been made that took my funds and left me still wondering where the person it claimed I would be able to locate actually is because I can guarantee you that a cheater doesn’t share their location because it’s sort of defeats the purpose of being sneaky and cheating. Don’t you think? I think I’ll stick with a cute little Snapchat if I want to see peoples locations on a map or maybe one of the other free sites because there’s no need to pay this much money for that little bit of information that I still have yet to give one star as being overly kind. Too bad I didn’t get any thing that was the kind of thing I was looking for when I was loaded in and filled out all that long bs question sheets info.

Worked for first 12 hours the stopped. Put in a trouble ticket hours ago. In order to save, I subscribed for a year. Don’t buy this. Now I am stuck with something that doesn’t work!

Buyer Beware
The app itself is good & works well. Purchased weekly subscription then cancelled it through Apple to purchase annual subscription, well I kept being billed weekly! I did everything I was supposed to & the company took no responsibility to check into my account to stop billing me on their end. Their solution was to request a refund from Apple weekly. Reporting to Goldman Sachs was my only recourse.
