Usage Limit
I have been using the app for almost 10 years and never had a limit to my listening, but today it cut off my music and said I had reached my limit of 35 hours for the month. I work out 2-3 hours a day sometimes 4 for 7 days a week. Was never told there was a limit wth is going on, this is bad business and they want almost 60.00 a month for unlimited what happened to being grandfathered in, time for a new app, it has been consistent but not worth that money for mixes to workout to sorry but I am out
Kept crashing
Never opened or was able to hear any of the music just kept crashing as it loaded multiple times. Deleted!

I subscribed and received unwanted charges to my account. First it started with the $1.04. Then it was a charge for $2.10. Another one for the $9.99 that you are supposed to pay AFTER 3 months subscription. And then a FOURTH charge for $16.87. That’s $30 they charged me the moment that I subscribed! Complete fraud! I cancelled my subscription right away and reported them to my bank as my bank saw the charges and posted for fraud.
Failed to honor purchase terms
This company failed to honor lifetime access terms of my original purchase. They have disrespected those of us who helped make them successful and are clearly not willing to honor their loyal customers.
False advertising
This app popped up in my Facebook newsfeed as an advertisement. It gave the false pretense that this was a free radio app. I downloaded the app and began to listen. It was free for a whole minute, then it stopped the music to make you sign up for a full subscription. What a waste of time.
Coach
Forced to use this app at a gym and coming from superior streaming apps. There is no ability to create personal mixes that fit member base make up. Teenage boys and girls make up most of our demographic. Even with with explicit setting turned on, most playlist feature songs with strong sexual suggestions. No playlist is safe from this, including country party which features the rap song Savage-Swing as its 3rd song in the mix and Miss New Booty later on. Every mix is not truly randomized which means if you do find a decent playlist, you will hear the same songs, in the same order, every single time. Redundant and mind numbing. Most songs are filled with extra DJ noise and scratches just filling the air with chaotic nonsense. The sound quality overall is poor and not up to par of other streaming services. After just a handful of times of streaming these playlists for drills, I have received handfuls of complaints and get brutally roasted by the youth players. This radio is overall embarrassing for the user/instructor and cringe for the clients that have to participate with it playing the noise it spews.

Was working fine for the last 3 months then all of a sudden I was logged out and now the app crashes instantly after opening. No pending updates so it’s not user error.

in the middle of a workout?! really? then u cancel the timers and don't bring me back to the same mix i was on?
Bug/glitched
Tried with the free trial. Loved it and it helped motivate me to push for faster pace/min! Bought the three month to try a little longer. App stopped working. Won’t play music. Tried to submit bug/tech support and it won’t even let me click on those options. Canceled my subscription and won’t use it again since the app doesn’t work for me.
This is a scam there’s no “free” station
It says there’s a free station option - this is inaccurate. It is a paid subscription only app. Do not download unless you want frustration and an added expense.
App crashes
Was really intrigued by this and wanted to try it out, but unfortunately it crashes whenever you click on anything so doesn’t look like that will be happening. Bummer 😩
I really wanted to like it
I love the playlists and several fitness trainers I follow use it. I was ok into being forced to pay for it. .99 for 3 months is fine. What didn’t work was the app had to be open to work. I need it to play in the background. When I am running or riding my bike my phone is not “open” and the music just switches off. I spent more time today messing around trying to get this to work the same way my Apple Music plays, I heart radio plays etc with the phone in my pocket. I won’t drain my battery for a playlist. No ma’am
App stopped working
I rarely used the app anymore, as the app would quit working. Out is nowhere I was charged the monthly business subscription of 49.99 and couldn’t get a hold of someone for a refund!
Unless you wanna pay immediately for something you never tried before- DONT DO IT
I didn’t even get to try it before it asks you to pay for it. Like 5 seconds of a song and BOOM never-ending commercial of their stupid commercial. Someone at this company needs to check their ego. If you want us to pay for it, let us try it before having to commit to it.

I paid for lifetime membership and used it daily now with this horrible update I only get 35 hours a month . I get it but why punish ppl that supported you from the beginning! Will be deleting and NOT recommend
Used to be Great
This has been my go-to music app for YEARS, and paid for it the entire time. I have recommended it to countless people, both friends and rando’s alike. The change to limited listening ability per month is garbage. The mixes are great for the most part, but I use this for more than just workout tunes. I use it for driving, cleaning my house, etc. AND we play it at the Firehouse when on duty for our group fitness sessions. Now you are punishing me for using your app more by limiting my monthly listening ability, unless I pay you more money? Nah, Shame on you. Apple music, here I come!
Can’t create account
Really wanted to try this app but I can’t get past the main screen to create an account
Often malfunctions and will display error messages
Won’t always load in the early mornings when you need it most for fitness classes. Will display messages like “there was an error loading music tabs.” When you click on a playlist it will play another one. It’s nice when it works, but when it doesn’t which is frequently it makes me wonder why I’m paying for something that I can’t use half the time.
Terrible
I loved this app when it was $30 a year even though it stopped all the time. Now it’s a monthly expense and I can’t even log in. It gave me an error that said “ login failed because login failed for unknown reason”

Good idea, poor implementation
App has great mixes and a lot of genres. When in the app, it’s pretty good. But don’t try to switch between other apps or pause the song, you’ll lose the mix and have to start all over again. It should run in the background so you can jump right back in like all the other apps in the world.
if you use it they want more money
I pay 15 dollars a quarter , been using it a the gym ( personal use ) at work and in the car , now they want me to pay 15 dollars a month because i listen to much . 3 times the amount just for a money grab . i recommend apple music or pandora who charge a quarter of the price .

Great mixes but problem with App
Love the mixes on here! I use this for personal use and am experiencing a lot of issues playing mixes lately.. It will not allow me to search either and I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this or not but it’s been ever since I downloaded the app 3 weeks ago

Overly focused on cardio
I was looking for an easy to follow strength training program - with voice prompts and good music. Ideally, I want to hear some motivation from the coach and maybe even some form tips during each exercise … THIS IS NOT THAT
The app has everything above for runners and for cardio workouts. But people looking for strength training workouts don’t get the same quality.
FitRadio - please add voice-guided strength workouts! There’s nothing more momentum killing than pulling out the phone to look up set or rep count or get a reminder on how to perform a specific exercise.
BTW great job on the music side. The music is tight!

So now you’ve got a workout app that penalizes people who use it and claims anyone working out more than an hour a day is a “gym” not a person.

Major bugs
Major bugs today. Click on a playlist and it launches you to a different playlist. Won't let you favorite playlists. I've tried shutting my phone down and restarting. Not working today.
