Just a weight scale that’s not very smart
The accuracy for non-weight measures was way off for me. It severely overestimated my waist to hip ratio. I was better off using a $2 tape measure. Because the wth ratio impacts the fat percentage calculations, the total body fat % was also severely inflated. It’s just not worth the money.

Horrible
If I could give an app zero stars, I would. I set this scale up three days ago on April 11th and weighed myself. I weight daily and this morning I stepped on the scale. I went back to look at the data and the app says it’s April 12th and all my data from the previous days is gone. How does an app screw up the date??? Terrible. I have a piece of junk and data I cannot track.

Not accurate and no customer support
I have tried to contact customer service support through their app and even the one I sent over a year ago still has not been responded to. The scale and measurements are not accurate and apparently it seems like nobody at the company cares. I will be throwing my scale in the trash where it belongs.

After connecting, its switch my lbs to kilo, ruined my scale. Useless now.
Absolute trash
Bought this five years ago brand new. It worked great until it started having issues. It would get disconnected from Bluetooth and then I would have to reconnect it. Then a couple months ago I brought it out of storage to weigh myself and the display read “LO” so I changed the batteries. Afterwards, the display still read “LO” after using brand new batteries.

Their scale is just garbage, period!
I bought their scale 2 or 3 years ago because it was supposed to be much more accurate than any others at the time… I threw away my GARMIN scale because this one was supposed to be way better… My first motivation for doing so , knowing my real body fat. Results!… The scale gives me around 25% of body fat while in the real world I have 10-12% of body fat (measurements taken at my gym by a very expensive machine)… Not a small difference… completely garbage scale, a scam when they advertised their scale as the most accurate one. $200 in the toilet. DON’T BUY THEIR SCALE.

Scale = fine. App = crayon eaters. They flaunt data metrics that aren’t real and make no sense. My water percent at 60 something is low, while my roomate at 40 something is optimal? Yeah okay. This was slapped together with ai, and lacks even basic features. You can’t even switch who is the main user… I wouldn’t download this if I were you. USE THE SCALE LIKE A SCALE. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
Scale stopped working
I replaced the batteries and the scale does not turn on. I’ve used the scale for years. Very disappointing.
Battery killer
The app never times out. If you weigh yourself and then forget to close the app it will stay up and running.
Broken App
Only measures weight and BMI. Other functions do not work. I’ve followed all instructions and still have only been able to get additional features to work twice in the last 6 months. The app conveniently offers the option to turn off the error message for a lengthy amount of time so the issue is obviously known. FIX IT!
BF% indicator is terrible
I have an 8 pack and it told me I have 21%BF. I knew the indicators were innacurate to a degree, but at least 9-10% off is kinda outrageous.

The app keeps changing the unify of measure by itself even after I correct the setting.
No Landscape mode????
My main DISAPPOINTMENT and frustration is the app doesn’t automatically convert to landscape mode on my iPad, nor can I find any place to change it in settings. This is the only app among my many apps that doesn’t go to landscape mode.
My iPad is attached to a keyboard and it’s very difficult to use the app since the case doesn’t fold back on itself and, removing the iPad from the case is not an option since it’s very difficult to do that. I want to use my iPad to go through the data because my eyesight is not strong enough to see the data on my phone. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE offer LANDSCAPE mode in settings! Thank you!

Give the ability to turn off certain info!!!!!
It is absolutely under no circumstance necessary to “dock” information on the dashboard. Information like “recommended target weight” (which at the bottom of BMI scales, which are also horrifically outdated) should not even be included in any form of data on this app. The fact that it cannot be turned off needs to be changed immediately! This can be damaging for so many reasons. I am highly considering returning my scale for this simple reason.
App is terrible
does not have an accurate weekly weight averages very hard to add data if it is the next day. Even if you use the scale, sometimes it doesn’t read it and every other day the Fitbit or Apple health gets de-sync. Terrible!!!!
Its not accurate with the composition of your weight
Im an active person and workout min 3 times a week, im 32 yo, 5’1 and 131 pounds. Im somehow muscular, and look skinny sure my fat percentage is under 25%… but this thing its not accurate it just work based on your height and age and says my fat % its 33 +… what about the circumference its not the same a person same height with 131 pounds with muscle than 131 pounds with mostly fat… so just weight yourself but dont use this app as guidance as its totally useless and wrong.

I cannot get past setting up an account. The password field will only accept an apple chosen password but when entered, says it won’t work

Your in the app and your cat steps on the scale and stays there great you have to get up and move the cat just to use the app again with this new full screen interface, not good, thanks cat this just happened and he won’t move weighing under 15lbs when I’m around 170, why did the app register him? Why wasn’t there a way to exit full screen? Why?

Cannot trust for BMI
Beware: Inaccurate fitness assessment if you are someone who lifts weights and has more lean muscle on your frame. My BMI reading had me at 35.5 (obese) which is no where near my accurate BMI ratings, it is 7.5 points off.
Update Does not Communicate with Scale

I went to delete my information on this app because I will not be using this scale after not being happy with it. I found that the main user cannot be changed or deleted. This is a scam to keep your information and to use it for whatever they want. You should be able to delete your info on an app. Beware before you download and add your information to this!

Do not expect to be able to use the data collected in any meaningful way. There are historical graphs but they are functionally useless as you cannot export the data functionally and there are not comparison adjustments or other ways to use it. Also the “ideal weight” is a dangerous moving target that should be removed or at minimum explained.

I’ve emailed and nothing haven’t been able to connect the scale to Bluetooth. Worst app ever . Ending buying another scale from another company and returned this one .
No Landscape Support
My iPad sits in a Magic Keyboard 24x7. Application is very difficult to use in this configuration. This is 2024, and this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Uninstalling, and returning the scale I bought that is forcing me to use this horrible program.

Can't create amount
Well this isn't a good start and doesn't give me much faith in the app being any good. I can't create an account. It will not accept any password, just keeps saying the password I create doesn't meet you the requirements even though it does. Will not let me sign up through Facebook or Apple as it wants a confirmation code which it doesn't send.
Terrible App
I have purchased 2 different art scales. This app would not work properly with either scale. I entered my data. All worked fine with first scale. The we added my husband. The scale register all his data. BUT then the app would not switch back to my data. We both show up in tr Account tab, but his name is highlighted and also shows up at the top of the screen. We have tried EVERYTHING to get the app to switch back to me and record data for me, but nothing will make it switch away from my husband and his data. It will continue to add new data for him, but nothing for me. I deleted the app hoping to stay over, but it just reloads the original data. We even bought a different brand scale hoping that would fix the problem. Unfortunately I coukd find NO WAY TO GET CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THIS APP. As it appears to be the problem.
I will now return this second scale and find one that hopefully uses a different app.

Scam
Steals your password and uses it to download the app on other devices using your Apple ID. Presumably to artificially inflate downloads, if we’re being optimistic.

Love the scale; absolutely horrible connectivity with Bluetooth.
The real benefit of this very capable scale is in the ability to connect - and stay connected - to Bluetooth long enough to register the readings. Scale reports Bluetooth not connected when the phone says it is. What a waste of a good scale when you can’t get the data out of it.
Terrible
The Oxiline Scale X Pro scale only sporadically connects to Bluetooth on the App. It’s completely random. The app freezes constantly. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times to get it to work and connect to the scale. Then it won’t work anymore and I have to do it all over again. Sometimes I have to take out the batteries from the scale and start all over that way. Recently it wouldn’t connect when I weighed in the morning, so I went through my day and tried it again a few hours later. By that time I’d eaten no food but consumed about half a gallon of water. My weight was up by 4 pounds, which makes sense, but somehow it claimed I had gained over 1 pound of fat and my BMI was significantly higher, all because I drank water. Nonsense. This thing is not accurate and it doesn’t work and I cannot stress enough DO NOT GET IT!!
Wildly inaccurate
I’m a professional athlete and my body fat is no higher than 10% (measured at 2.4% in the body pod a couple of months back), scale clocks me at 19%, says my ideal weight is 150 when I haven’t been that since middle school (180 now; look and feel my best at 193). I have a full blown 6 pack and the app is telling me I’m obese. Seems that the app is useless when tracking my own body fat %.
Bluetooth connectivity
Every time I want to use the scale I have to delete the app and download it again. It’s very annoying that it hasn’t maintain its Bluetooth connection.

I have this scale and hadn’t used it in a few weeks. The battery died and I’ve tried recharging it. Problem is the thing won’t charge once it’s completely dead! No idea how to contact support. I see online this is a common problem..super annoying for a $150 scale!
Won’t allow me to register
The app will pair with my Oxiline scale but won’t let me register an account. Each time I try to create an account I get the error message “password format error “. The only way to use this app with my scale is with the “test” environment and write down my stats manually. Very poor design and maintenance not to mention inconvenient.

Big change in data
For years I was 24 percent body fat. Now all of a sudden I am 34 percent and my age increased. It is time to throw this one away.
Won’t stay connected
Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth. I’ve been logged out multiple times and it takes days to get logged back in. Not worth the hassle.
