Why not disclose the fees before hand. Do a personal body scan to be sent out as embarrassing as it may be then the next page tell you it is $20 to get the results.

Why does everything cost money
I used to have an app that was discontinued that was free and had in app purchases, it was amazing so this came up as an alternative but everything I try do, you have to pay for a membership. Why does it cost so much to be healthy? Like there isn’t even a free trial?
Not a fan
This was recommended as an app for older persons looking to get in shape and improve health. This app is no different than any other app and does not appear to take age into consideration when suggesting workouts. Disappointed in myself for buying the yearly subscription.
Don't buy the AI body scan
Paid $20 for the AI body scan to report a 27% body fat reading. compared to my recent DEXA scan at 14%. Complete rip off

Can’t figure out to cancel. Reached out to them with no response and I keep getting charged.
No support
App states they build customized workouts with the equipment you have. I have suspension bands. App doesn’t build workouts, just lists a number of general exercises. I can google that for free. I’m not a personal trainer so therefore I like to pay to have workouts built to make sense for different muscle groups and not train the same muscles over and over. When I reached out about if I was just not doing something right, I got no answer.

Inflexible and lack of custom tailoring
The app has potential, but it’s weaker than others out there because it does not allow the user to edit out or tailor the exercise exercises to specific needs.
Why do I need to pay before trying?
The app asks me to pay before I even know how it works and IF it works for me . Like so many fitness apps. Not spending anything.

This is not a free app
This is not a free app. But they don’t tell you that until after they get lots of very personal info including your email. (I was hoping for a freemium app that consistently impressed me with its basic features before trying to upsell me on its premium features.)
Now one of the staff will complain about this review hoping I’ll fix it in order to try to boost their ratings.

I bought the premium thinking I can track my reps but all the exercises are timed making it hard to track how many repetitions I can do which is not asking to much from a PAID app. Not really worth the money tbh most of the body weight exercises are stupid and made for old people or something.
Some good and bad
The kettlebell workouts are good enough, however when trying to do the yoga workouts, I think the app falls short because there’s no logic or routine to the opposes they put you through when there should be some kind of series of moves that you work through and build up because you can’t catapult into a very difficult Balance pose right out the front without warming up into it and you can potentially injure yourself if you don’t warm up properly and you try and stretch yourself too far. The AI feature that’s included is effectively less accurate than using a tape measure on yourself and should not be used for any reason.

When I was telling them my information and I was at the last part, and it asked me to connect the app to the health app, and it was optional, I clicked skip and it wouldn’t go. Please fix this!

Why do you have to pay to remember to workout at that point just make a reminder yourself
