It just blurrs the scratches like you used a smooth over function or something. Could do a better job yourself for free than this app does

I was charged during the trial period. This app did not work. Not once. It remained stuck at 10% and never did anything. This is deceptive and I don’t appreciate that you took my money without providing what you offered. This is the second time an app has done this.

I downloaded the free three-day trial. This app does NOT do what it claims to do. It will not fix your pictures. The results are foggy. I’ve already canceled my subscription. I will find a better app.
Not impressed
Used it for 3 different pics. No change for a b&w picture, didn’t add color at all. The other 2 pics, eliminated some of the scratches but also dulls the color.
Waste of time
I would not waste my time with this app. My picture that was attempting to enhance some looked better before then after this app so called did its AI enhancement. To add the only reason for the one star is because the review cannot be submitted until it’s marked. Which in itself is wrong in my opinion.

Misleading
I opted for the 3 day trial and was immediately charged $9.99. May not seem like much but I didn’t even have the opportunity to use the app. I immediately canceled and just want my money back.
Paid and doesn’t work!
Paid for FixMyPics so that I could correct some old photos of my grandparents. Tried to use the app and it just freezes. Came to the App Store to see if I could get some tech-support and it takes me to a new app asking me for more money. 😡
Horrible Fixes
I wanted to fix some old pics of my dad, this app, changed his face completely to the point it didn’t even look like my dad. I tried several of the features and they all changed his face to a stranger. Please don’t even try this.

Cannot recommend this
I have a lot of old photos I’m scanning with old scratches and dust. I thought I would give this a try. The enhancement filter distorted the faces so much they were unrecognizable. The filter to get rid of scratches simply blurred them out, blurring whatever they were over. This was a complete waste of time space and money for me. I meant to delete it on the second day, but got busy and forgot, so I’m out $10.
Not happy
I just don’t think that I don’t know if it’s called pixels or whatever you do with this. They’re not very good and I’m not happy with the quality. And I’d like to know if I can unsubscribe? I did unsubscribe, but it still says that I owe you money until next year, I hope that’s not true. Thank you.
This Product SUCKS😡
I paid $38.99 for this product and it doesn’t work😡. I reached out to Apple Support Tech, there is nothing they can do about it, It is not guarantee that my money will be refunded! What a waste of money and time. This is like a new form of robbery😡😡

Super slow loading, or doesn’t load at all!! Just paid$39.99 for it and had to purchase a better quality Photo Fix App!! 😳
Not very good. My photos looked horrible
Unfortunately this was very disappointing. I have some old photos of my mother and me as a baby and the enhanced pictures and the scratch marks looked bad. The pictures were darker and the images were very skewed. Keep working on it.
AI garbage
Scroll right and left 100 times and see no difference between the ai version and the plain, waste of money
Does not offer enhancement
I got the app to enhance a photo print that had lost color over the years. It seemed to be an easy job since exactly that is advertised. However, the repair options did not offer the enhancement I had hoped for. So, I tried every feature in the app and did not get anywhere close to a simple enhancement. I canceled my subscription.

I’ve been scanning hundreds of old pictures and I have a few that are either blurry or have scratches. When the app ‘removes’ the scratches, all it does is blur the area. So if a scratch is on someone’s face, the face is now blurred. On one of the blurry pictures, the AI decided my aunt had a mustache and a huge nose because there’s a shadow on her face…
It sure if keeping

Disturbing
Used the face animation feature for a picture of my dad who passed away years ago. It made his face move in a completely unnatural way. Disturbing and creepy.
Nothing like it shows
Makes my photo look very wierd the original is nicer and look more realistic than the edited one . This app makes my photos looks creepy and its replacing our face with some Afros faces . lol
Absolutely no difference
I paid for the premium subscription because I wanted to get the best results. I have pictures that need to be enhanced, others colorized and other de-scratched. This app did nothing to all of them. The before and after are absolutely the same.
dissappointed
I’m very dissappointed with the purchase of this app. Enhanced faces look nothing like the person. Tried a picture with only a few scratches and it didn’t even clean them off. Want a refund!
Uncanny valley and monstrous mannequins
Do you want vintage pictures of your loved ones turned into instagram-reality mannequins? Do you want to barely recognize anyone and remember them without pores or distinguishing features? Then this is the app for you. The descratch feature is the only one that’s not terrible but that’s nowhere near worth the 9.99 a month.

Could not get a single photo to load. So, subscription was useless. Would not commit any money to this.

Not a single photo worked for ANY of their restore options. Every single photo I tried, over 20, said error occurred chose photo and try again.
