Poor
This app is boring. I would rather work with music and a little bit more dance aerobic type thing.
Not in English, lacks setting availability
The app itself is not very user friendly. Help desk is not even in English, it’s all in French.
Careful
They say they don’t have my email or any information on me yet they keep changing my account how they got it I don’t know and now I can’t contact them to get them to stop
Misleading, Frustrating
I purchased one month of a training program through this app, and planned on beginning in two days (today). It gave me a program that was geared toward building muscle with NO EQUIPMENT. The app automatically updated, and now the entire app is different, and it’s asking me to start over, as if I haven’t paid.
Now, there are NO muscle-building programs that do not require equipment. Immensely frustrated, and I would love to have my money back so I can spend it elsewhere.

Cannot use app without staring at phone
The app doesn't countdown for any exercises, cooldowns/rests are completely random times, and the settings don't work. It's a shame because there's a lot to like about the app, it just isn't usable in an exercise situation... which is its primary function.
I was doing a stretching routine, doing left triceps, and the time before waiting to do right was 50 seconds between them. Then after triceps, it was lumbar stretching (laying on the ground) and I only had 3 seconds to get to that position, but the whole 50 waiting to do my other tricep. No rhyme or reason to the time difference. Sometimes it's 3 seconds, sometimes 14, and sometimes 50. Never the 10 seconds I chose in the settings though.
I am hard of hearing, so I attempted to change the voice as I cannot understand the mushmouth default computer voice. Settings will not change and was told that they won't change as this voices are hard-coded into the exercises (despite having a setting to change the voice).
I contacted support about these issues and their response was to "memorize the exercises beforehand." So I tried this, but you cannot preview their exercises, only a miniature thumbnail and the name. So a new exercise you're unfamiliar with (because they call it something different), you have to wait until you're in the middle of your workout and hope the random rest/cooldown time is long enough to learn a new exercise you've never seen before.
They skirt apple's developer TOS by making you subscribe on the website (outside the app) then make it virtually impossible to delete your account. Now they're conveniently gone for the week for "banking holidays" and I feel they are going to defraud me.
