I checked in 3days, each day I watched the videos to get coins. It shows to watch 12 videos for coins. I watched 24 videos each day and credited for 6. The webpage for 15s didn’t credit even after 2m

Not worth it
You get 2 minutes or less of a 60 minute story and after every 2 (or less) minutes it asks you to either pay money to continue or watch an ad. Not worth it. So frustrating trying to get through one freaking story I deleted the app.

Program does not work right while watching it starts to spin and won’t stop it’s annoying programmer should fix it before he’s allows others to watch his program

If one episode is three minutes they play the second episode for 40 seconds back-and-forth back-and-forth then they want you to pay for it. No no no that’s robbery. I give this the worst rating.
3 minutes of ads for 1 min reel
Ridiculously overpriced for ridiculously short reels. $20 for a week, $40 a month or watch a 3 minute ad to get a 1-minute reel.

Why 5 free episodes instead 10 now?
I used to get 10 free episodes per day and now is 5, why??? Also the web ads does not reward even if you stay more than 15 seconds and they used to reward 10 coins and now they reward 8 coins!!! If this does not change I may delete this app and keep Dramabox only.
None of the videos play!
I’ve tried for several days to watch the movies on this app and none of them will play longer than a few seconds! It’s the only app I’m having this issue with. Waste of money and time at this point.

You can watch videos to get rewards to watch movies and they won’t be rewarded to you because there’s also no way you can ex out of the add. You can pay money to get coins to watch videos and they don’t even give you the amount you paid for. Complete rip off.

Bad app to many ads
This app is horrible there’s a ad every 20 seconds can’t even enjoy the story the ads are longer then the episodes
Terrible, Only care About Money
honestly when i first saw this app was threw tiktok, i got a subscription to finish a story which i was already annoyed about, i canceled my subscription afterwards, however every couple of days i still get charged 21 dollars for a subscription i canceled, i have to keep my card with 0 money, and its so annoying to deal with since theres nothing i can do about it, the subscription is cancelled so i dont understand why i keep getting charged
App crashed
If it’s possible to rate 0 stars I would. I paid for 1 year subscription but only used it for 3 months before it crashed and I can’t view any series. Theres no contact info to connect with the website. You can’t use the feature on the App because it is non functional. This is a scam to steal people’s money without providing commensurate service!!!

The app was amazing first until it gives me the network error and I don’t hear any response from customer service. The app stop letting me login on my phone and it doesn’t even do any actions. What about the contents that i already unlocked.. ?

When watching on Facebook it makes you download the app saying watch for free so I did then it starts it from the beginning and stops it at the same place saying to finish watching pay a ridiculous amount, I'm tired of all the lies on most apps these days, don't waste your time or money, it's not worth it.

Zero stars if I could
I watched the free episodes on FB as an advertisment and decided to download the app so I continue watching new episodes . However , after purchasing $4.99 worth of coins, I’m forced to watch the same episodes was offered for free instead of the new ones , as continuation of the story while charging me the newly purchased coins . Unacceptable. Since I’m already paying for it I should be able to watch NEW episodes -and as random as I please

Won’t refund me!
I have send a request 3 times and I haven’t heard anything back from them. They charge me twice on the same day. 20 sum dollars every WEEK (NOT EVERY MONTH) for episode that aren’t even translated correctly or won’t even show subtitles at some point. 60 dollars in the span of a month is insane for the quality. Netflix doesn’t even charge that much and it actually has good quality! Their support team hasn’t even gotten back to me at all.

Let me start off by saying I wanted to love this app, but they only have three good shows, and the rest is in a foreign language. Oh, and let’s not get started on how bad the quality is. My screen literally turns dark on every other episode I even recorded for evidence. As soon as you get into the show, the screen light turns all the way down, making it impossible to see the characters. I’m highly annoyed. I would rather have purchased Reel Short at this point.
My FlixReels App
This is one of my favorites and somehow it’s been disabled. That’s the only reasonable conclusion. I’ve sent at least three emails to support. One was asking why I was charged twice, with proof. Never replied.

I’m tired of everytime i Watch a commercial it never lets me click the little x in the corner I have to close out of the whole thing and watch a 30 min video fix it or I’m deleting the app ain’t no way I should keep having to close out the app becus it won’t let me closed out of a video

I thought it was a good app at first, but in the middle of one of the shows, it just went down on me. The show was interesting, but the app has let me down because now I’m lingering. Just like that app not working .👎🏽
Too expensive and lags really bad.
I started watching a show and loved it so paid for a weekly subscription to finish watching it since unlike other apps, this one does not allow you to earn free episodes. After paying almost $20, all the shows started lagging taking a lot longer to watch any episode. I won’t be getting another week of the subscription and will stick to the apps that lets me get episodes for free.

The short drama was suspenseful pulling you in to want to watch more then charge for 5min increments is ridiculous this app is a get rich scheme to charge more then it cost to rent a full movie it is a rip off. I would not recommend or be a customer.

The dramas are admittedly absorbing, but the actors/actresses are sub par, everything is about shock value, domestic violence everywhere, child violence- especially in the dramas where the setting is in America-only a criminal would dare hit their child publicly. And only bad homes abuse children here.
It is not common place. It is definitely illegal to hit the face.
They suck people in on Facebook, the drama ends up being entirely different and shows awful things that fb wouldn’t permit so they hide it.
So misleading.
Stop showing abuse, stop showing non consensual sexual advances, I liked these dramas much better when it was basic slice of life with a little added drama, dreams come true, time travel, etc… not this absolute trash fire. Cant wait for my subscription to expire. Thank goodness I only got the weekly.
