Sucks

All I wanted to do was track my son’s first flight. Right at takeoff, you tell me “unusual activity detected, try again tomorrow!” Are you kidding me. Deleting your app immediately.

I have been unable to type in my flight number “UAXXXX” and have the app locate the flight. This app has a good looking UI but it is not effective. Stick with the free version of Flight Aware if you are a traveler that needs information and doesn’t need flashy updates on your Dynamic Island (that is ultimately not helpful because the search feature does not work). Most official airline apps give you a Dynamic Island feature anyways.

Bad app, no way to cancel trial or subscription.

Scam, or glitch in system. Downloaded the app to try while out of the country and flights were being cancelled. It had a 1 day free trail so I thought I would give it a try. It charged my credit card immediately full price. I immediately cancelled the app in my subscriptions and replied to the email from apple to let them know and to refund my money please. No response. The following day the charge went from pending to charged in my credit card again a email from apple confirming my purchase and again I responded to the email with no reply. I then used the report a problem found at the bottom of the email and found that is where I need to request my refund. My refund was denied without any reason. The app is flawed takes your money any runs.

I purchased the app when my daughter travel from Fl to NYC I was able to monitor the flight live, but on the way the information was mixed instead of arrival was listed as departure

Tried the app to see if I could get more info than flight aware but it can’t even find the flight number or a single flight between two major cities. Maybe it’s only for flights while in the air. Definitely useless.
